*There is new home construction happening nearby at number 6 Muskrat. You may hear construction happening during business hours. Sunriver has strict disturbance and quiet hour policies.

This popular updated Sunriver vacation rental is a 5 Bedroom/ three bath home situated within a short walking distance of the Village at Sunriver. Two bedrooms with king beds, three with queens and bunk combinations. This 2400 sqft home is great for large families, family reunions, or groups of friends. Keep cozy and warm all winter next to the wood burning fireplace. Upgraded kitchen includes granite counter tops. Vaulted high ceilings through this home and a wall of windows allow all of that Sunriver sunshine to flow through the home even when the snow is piled high outside! Each bedroom has a flat screen TV as well a TV in the main living area! Two stories of windows provide lots of light in the living room. Head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 8 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Our Family reunion

My children and grandchildren joined us from Washington and Texas. We had a wonderful time. The house is located within walking distance of the swim center, SHARC, and the village. A great set up for all the kids. It was hot, but we opened the doors and windows at night and then it remained cool during the day. A wonderful vacation. Thanks.

Friends weekend

Great location, the hot tub was lovely and the cruiser bikes were so fun to explore the area. Well equipped for a large group.

Large home

The home was large enough for the 9 of us and could have fit more easily. The house needs some upgrades though. Most of the outlets were so loose in the bedrooms that we could not plug a lot of things in. There was only bar soap provided so make sure to bring your own shower products. The house sleeps so many people but there needs to be more seating in the living room. The fireplace was amazing to have however all the wood provided was wet and not kept undercover and there was zero kindling to start it. Luckily we live in Bend and were able to bring our own for the snowy weekend. Overall this house was ok and we had a great friend weekend but for the price it was lacking in a lot of areas.

Spring Break 2023

The stay at this property is everything we hoped for!! The location was super close to the village and the walking/bike path. The layout of the house was very spacious and convenient with plenty of room for the 9 of us. We especially liked the counter and cupboard space in the huge kitchen.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at this house. There was plenty of room for our 2 large families. The kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was how dark the house was at night. It would be nice to have brighter lights.

Perfect location, lots of bedrooms

Easy walks to the SHARC center (but no passes), great proximity to The Village. Lots of bedrooms for large families. Since there is no air conditioning the house was very hot in the afternoons and early evening. No air flow on the first floor. Lots of fans provided but didn’t bring down the heat. The deck is in the sun all afternoon and very small for a good number of people. Bathroom tubs could use some grout cleanup. Lots of bikes provided.

Good family stay

We had a great time, very close location to the sharc and the village, about .30 of a mile to both. We enjoyed our stay, we were able to grill outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and cook inside and had great kitchen space. Great bedroom set ups and common space. We did run out of dish soap the second day of our stay and trash bags. I had to go multiple times to pick up supplies from their office, so that wasn’t great and didn’t feel well supplied. No laundry soap or shampoo or conditioner supplied for the stay. Hot tub may have needed more or less chlorine. Fun games and well stocked kitchen. The management company was great in communication.

Satisfying

Great location. Amenities were an added bonus, much appreciated. The front door handle is wearing out a lot and can be difficult to open. A bit disappointed that there wasn’t recycling. All in all, the house was exactly what I expected and did not disappoint.

Perfect Spot for our Girls Weekend

The home was very comfortable for our group of 6 girlfriends. Walking distance to the Village for restaurants, coffee, groceries and shopping. The hot tub was great. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful time!

Large 5 bedroom home near Sunriver Village

Bennington Properties manages this home and they give excellent service. We were a family of two parents and 4 adult children all of whom brought their significant others so there were 10 of us in all and we were not crowded in this home. The 5 bedrooms are large and all have a queen or king and 3 of those bedrooms also have a twin or bunks. There is a master bath and two other good size baths, and the towels were thick and nice. The house was well equipped with kitchen dishware, glasses, wine glasses, nice pans, etc and a large table that sat 10 comfortably. The 8 adult bikes were in good condition when we arrived and later when one developed a problem, Bennington sent a bike repair person within 30 minutes. Although this home does not have air conditioning that was not a problem, even tho our daytime temperatures were in 80's and 90's. There are fans in every bedroom and a ceiling fan in the LR but since the nights cool down to the 40's and 50's, it is easy to keep the house cool simply by closing blinds during the day and opening windows at night. The location is great...walking distance to village. We found it a quiet area even tho near busy SHARC swimming area. Wehad a great 6 days there.

If you have kids..Not the house for it. We have stayed at many other sunriver homes that were stacked with FREE kids bikes LOTS of board games movies etc. The house was NICE. My stay not so pleasant.

Muskrat 4 was fantastic for our conference stay!

Our stay in the house was wonderful! There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, and it was a blast being in the hot tub under the stars.

Great home; Great location

We just checked-out of 4 Muskrat today and we miss it already. It was the perfect size for two families of four; and there were still bedrooms we didn't need. The set-up in the non-King rooms, which includes one Queen bed and a bunk bed set, are great for maximizing space (or parents with little kids who want to try bunk beds but won't sleep through the night without mom and dad ;;) The home was clean and updated. Kitchen fully stocked. Location was ideal! Quick bike or walk to Village and SHARC. And the kids love the paved Circle on Muskrat Lane for riding bikes while adults prepped meals. If this home ever goes up for sale, call me first ;-) Thank you for a great back-to-school weekend getaway.

Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice....we had a wonderful time! Only thing that was a little disappointing was the crowds of people everywhere and need for making reservations... whatever you do. It's only to be expected...but kept us from doing things that we wanted to do!
