chalet de style studio au bord du petit village, de Longframlington. Ceci est une base idéale pour les couples ou les voyageurs indépendants de profiter d'une pause loin de la norme. Découvrez la belle campagne de Northumberland, promenades avec des vues à couper le souffle, la pêche sur les célèbres rivières, ou en découvrant notre abondance de châteaux et de se plonger dans notre riche histoire. Le primé plages sont larges et sablonneuses et un favori ferme avec des amis à quatre pattes que vous pourriez avoir.

Le chalet est confortable, avec un canapé 3 places, table à manger et cuisine bien équipée - une taille four et grill complète, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière et tous les éléments essentiels de cuisine nécessaires.
Un lit double, armoire, et d'une coiffeuse et un "téléviseur HD smart 32. Il y a aussi un lecteur DVD ainsi qu'un lecteur vidéo pour les oldies!
Il y a une grande salle de bains, avec douche, zone carrelée pour le séchage, qui a le chauffage au sol, WC et lavabo, avec beaucoup d'étagères pour accueillir vos articles de toilette.

Pour les nuits agréables, il y a un brûleur à bois. Toute la literie, les serviettes de bain sont inclus. Il y a aussi un pack de produits d'accueil local. La seule chose qui manque est VOUS!

Lovely little cottage, I liked how everything is in one open plan room, perfect just to relax and get away from it all, Alnwick, Rothbury, Thrunton woods (great walks and nice coffee shop) just a 10-20 min drive away

Whilst the property was clean and well stocked with equipment it smelt of damp. It might have helped if we lit the log burner , but we were out and about. The bed pillows were quite hard too. ( I could not find the general waste bin to throw our rubbish so did not remove the rubbish bin. ) Sadly the property is on a very busy road and the traffic does not slow down so it was impossible to take the dog out for morning exercise although Sue had provided a small square of garden suitable for smaller dogs but not our GSD.

Brilliant host who made us feel really welcome. Barn was clean and tidy and well stocked including home made marmalade!! Absolutely beautiful part of the country, we will definitely be returning.

a quiet refuge

About a mile north of the village of Longframlington, this is a delightful, peaceful and clean property , suitable for a single person or a couple. Suzanne was charming and met me on arrival. I enjoyed the quiet location and would highly recommend this property.

Besom Barns Cottage

Overall we had a lovely break away from it all. The location is quiet and peaceful. The cottage was extremely clean with super appliances and a lovely welcome pack of the most delicious coffee, Yorkshire tea and freshly laid eggs from the resident hens!he bed was very comfortable. The view from the kitchen window is superb. Our only disappointment was the lack of outside area attached to the property. An outside seating area would have been the icing on the cake!

The cottage is adjoining our property and we have lived here for 24 years. Chris is a Northumbrian, but I am not. However I feel like Northumberland is my true home.
We both enjoy the country way of life and take an active part in village life. We love to walk and explore Northumberland, so can offer extra local information and hidden gems.
We like to listen to live music and there is a lot in this area, mainly traditional. Every year there is the Rothbury Music festival (June) and Alnwick International Muisc Festival (July)
Our love of food holds no bounds and can recommend a lot of places in the area.

There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A lot of our guests comment on, that by the end of the week they are so relaxed that time has no meaning.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The hill we look onto is called Mount Pleasant, and to me that sums up living here. I think we have the best of both worlds. We are surrounded by lovely countryside and on the main A697, so can so drive anywhere. We have unpolluted skies and often have a starry nights, and have seen the Aurora Borealis, sitting in the garden.
