Spacious clean and well located

The owners are so nice and met us at the property to show us around, everything was as described and 2 minute walk to pool and tennis courts. Will definitely stay again

Roomy apartment in nice compound, good location

There was a warm welcome with a even a bottle of wine and fresh fruits. Clean en roomy, and nice balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Good cleaning service, they came regularly. Good location. Shopping facilities and restaurants not too far out. A car is advised though, to tour around and go to the beaches.

Very nice place to enjoy your holiday

We had a very nice holiday at this apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equiped for our family with 2 kids (0-3). Just about everything you need! A warm personall welcome and good contact by whatsapp. A small problem with the screen was fixed quickly. Marina and centre were in walking distance and beach was also close. Carlos and Maria, thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay in your appartement!

A wee Gem!

What a beautiful 2 Bed apartment. We were met by the owners Carlos & Marie who are wonderful and the most helpful people. We’ve been coming to Lagos since 2007 and love Marina Park. It’s a busy time of year but still it was very comfortable down by the pool and restaurant. The new boardwalk down by Meia Praia is a super addition to the area. Lagos is a must visit. Plenty to see and do. Looking forward to our next visit and can’t recommend this apartment and the place high enough.

Great appartment, clean location, huge sand beaches

We've stayed in Carlos' appartment for 9 days with our kids (2.5 and 9 years) and had a great time. Carlos is a great host and very easy to communicate with (WhatsApp). The appartment is very spacious, clean, with good air conditioning, balcony, car garage and everything that's required to have a pleasant stay. The appartment is located in Marina Park which is an appartment buildings environment (max. 4 floors - therefore not too high/big). This park features a nice swimming pool (not too crowded) and a tennis court which can be used free of charge. If you stay in this area it's best to have a car - then it's very easy and fast to go to the huge sandy beach or to the city. Parking in the city only costs around 1 EUR/hour (or even less - use easy park app for a relaxed parking experience) and at the beach you'll find many parking lots. A walk might take about 20-30 minutes. Everything was clean, well maintained and it felt like a 2nd home. We would definitely come back!

Relaxed and comfort stay

We enjoyed our stay. What made in very pleasant was the communication and friendliness of the owners Maria and Carlos. Maria welcomed us personally. It was a warm welcome which felt good as we were family. Also during the vacation Maria and Carlos were always available by phone. This gave a good trustworthy feeling. The description on the website Apartment Accommodation and Amenities are correct and working. The balcony is large and a good place to have your breakfast and dinner. Also the house cleaning during our stay was excellent. Even in the timing discussed with Maria the owner. You can really enjoy the swimming pool with a café/restaurant, television, pool table etc. For the little ones even a small playground. For me also the “after sales” is important. The return of the deposit well organized. As the previous review tells you on the website “nothing was too much trouble and they really made the effort to make my families stay perfect from start to the end". Maria and Carlos deserve this good review. We hope that we may rent this apartment soon again. PS for the children there is wifi :-)

Propreté est le maître mot.

L’appartement est d’une propreté impeccable, très bien tenu, bien agencé avec une grande surface. La terrasse avec ses accès par la chambre parentale et par le salon est très appréciable. La piscine de la résidence est bien fréquentée et propre. On peut se rendre à pied à la marina et en ville facilement.

Sehr gute Lage, um Lagos und die umliegenden Strände (5 Minuten Autofahrt) zu erkunden . Fußläufig gibt es einen Kiosk mit gutem Sortiment. Ruhige Anlage mit Pool und Pool-Bar.Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.Wohnung ist auch sehr gut mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern nutzbar.Ein wundervoller riesiger Balkon.Wir hatten einen sehr unbeschwerten, glücklichen Urlaub in der Wohnung.

Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Anlage am Ortsrand von Lagos vorgefunden, die sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet znd vorbereitet war. In der Wohnung sind viele kleine Extras enthalten (Sandelzeug für die Kids, Sonnenschirm, Wasserspielzeug etc.) Maria und Carlos haben uns persönlich willkommen geheißen und uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und auch die zwischenzeitliche verständigung war immer reibungslos. Hierher immer gerne wieder!!! Thank you

Apartamento estupendo

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, las fotos no le hacen justicia. La terraza es enorme y con mobiliariario comodo. Colchones muy cómodos. Está muy bien equipado. Cerca de la playa ( una playa realmente espectacular) es mejor ir en coche, hay muchas cuestas para volver, pero hay muchísimo sitio para aparcar. El centro de Lagos está muy cerca y es una ciudad muy animada, llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Anfitriones encantadores.En definitiva, recomendable al 100% .

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of the Algarve

We were delighted with our stay in The Blue House. On arrival we were greeted by Carlos and Maria and made to feel most welcome, they even had some essentials in the fridge for us so that we could relax and not have to dash to the shops! Would highly recommend this apartment 👍
