Superb villa BAIE-MAHAULT

We live in a typical Caribbean house, near the town of Baie Mahault in Guadeloupe.
Our house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds.
Possibility of adding a cot in one of the bedrooms.

There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The double living room is very large, and has a TV with DVD player, and a PC with ADSL Wifi.

In a large 1100m2 garden, the swimming pool will provide you with moments of relaxation after a walk, a day of sport, or a day at the beach.
The garden is fully enclosed and the gate is motorized.

We have lots of books & DVDs in French in English for children, games and toys.

The neighborhood is residential.
Our house is located in the center of Guadeloupe, less than 50 km from any location (maximum 1 hour and 15 minutes by car to go where you want).
The location of our house is ideal for discovering "Karukera"

The shops are 5 minutes by car as well as the largest shopping center in Guadeloupe (Destreland).

The temperature is around 30 ° C and the water is around 28 ° C all year round (even in winter).

In Guadeloupe there are 2 parts: The western part is volcanic with a tropical forest (national park) and waterfalls. The eastern part has magnificent beaches (with white sand and turquoise blue water as in postcards ...).


All sporting activities are possible: Catamaran, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, wake boarding, scuba diving, PMT (palm mask and snorkel), horse riding, mountain biking, etc.
You can play golf at Saint François.


You can discover the islands of Marie Galante and Désirade (very calm and authentic), Les Saintes (MAGNIFICENT), and Petite Terre (nature reserve with iguanas and PMT).

A deposit check of 1000 euros will be given on the day of arrival. This check will not be cashed. It will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage has been found.
