We practice my wife and I a medical profession in St Pierre (Orthodontist and Osteopath). We had the opportunity to acquire this villa at the edge of the water in 2007, we have done major renovations and extensions to make apartments, all facing the sea.

Why they chose this property

We acquired this villa in 2007, which we transformed completely to make 5 houses: 3 destined to the seasonal hiring and 2 rented with the year.
For the moment we live 10 minutes away but do not exclude to come to live up in a few years so the spectacle of the sea is beautiful.

What makes this property unique

Le nombre de villas donnant directement sur le lagon comme celle ci est faible, c'est un véritable privilège que de pouvoir y passer ses vacances.
A Terre Sainte, autre quartier de St Pierre, à L'étang Salé, Saint Leu ou St Gilles, il y'a a quasiment toujours une route entre la maison et la mer, mais là, il n'y aura rien entre vous et la mer sur 180° !
La route passe derrière la maison et ne présente pas de gène auditive
