Situated on the cliffs of southern Mallorca, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this stylishly furnished semi-detached house is located in the peaceful community of Cala Pi, 25 minutes from Palma. The ground floor is an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, desk, bathroom, monolith wood-burning fireplace, and glass sliding doors leading onto a large terrace. The terrace looks over the sea and features a pool (8 meters long, 4 meters wide), lounge chairs, dining table, and barbeque. The property has Internet, digital TV, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and spacious wardrobes with a private shower and bath. The second double bedroom also has a queen-size bed. Both main bedrooms access a shared balcony through sliding glass doors overlooking the sea. A third bedroom has twin beds and shares a bathroom with a shower and bath. The 4th bedroom, located on the ground floor, features bunk beds, a desk, and a wardrobe. It is accommodated by a bathroom with a shower that also serves the main living area. This property is perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a holiday in a beautifully appointed area with views of the Mediterranean Sea that are hard to beat!

Location: Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet community of established private villas and houses. In the village center, below the Cala Pi Club, there is access to a deep cove with a beach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca.

Points of interest: There are several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance (open April-October). Each has its own special charm. Also within walking distance is a mini-supermarket (open year-round) that carries essentials including freshly baked breads and croissants. Also in the neighborhood are several small parks for children and public tennis courts. Almost every town in Mallorca has a weekly outdoor market, each held on a different day of the week. The nearest market is in Llucmajor on Friday mornings, where the locals gather in the town square to drink coffee and socialize. The Felanitx market is on Sunday and has a very picturesque center ideal for lunch. Sineu's market is held on Wednesdays. Most markets open early in the morning and are closed by early afternoon. Arenal has a water park. The Cala Pi Club, open April-October, is a five-minute walk from the property. Excursions and taxis can be booked there.

Golf: Marriott Son Antem Golf and Spa hotel. The Son Antem offers two championship 18 hole courses. Spa, leisure club, pool and restaurant (25 min). Many other courses can be found on the island including our local favorite, MAIORES in PUIG DE ROS, about 15 km direction to Palma, only 10-15 minutes by car.

An outstanding view

Beautiful setting, stunning view and spacious property. Convenient bakery 5 minutes away. A place where you can just be and enjoy the setting but also close to Palma and amenities. Had a great stay.

Four bedroom villa on the water

The property was as advertised with beautiful sea views and a comfortable home. Easy contact with owner. Near the beach and a small market for essentials. We all loved it and hated to leave.

This is a fantastic villa, spacious and the owner has pretty much thought of everything. Great to have beach towels provided leaves a bit more room in the case! The view is spectacular great location to see the sunrise. Think this was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. The pool is perfect for cooling off after soaking up the sun on one of the loungers. Great communication, check in was really easy and owners pre holiday instructions are incredibly helpful. Aircon made the stay incredibly comfortable and beds are comfy too. Having a washing machine was great for a mid stay wash. Beach is approximately 10 min walk away really stunning cove great for swimming and snorkelling. Small shop close by but a bit pricey so glad to have a car to head off to Mercadona. Parking was good, weather was amazing. Enjoyed exploring the island and kids loved the aqua park. Would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a restful, relaxing break with a sea view. WiFi is good too. Five stars all round

Beautiful home, idyllic location

Our family stayed here as a part of our trip to Spain. First, the location is lovely, quiet and easy to get to from Palma. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is a great option. House was as described and plenty spacious for our family of four. Hard to beat a pool overlooking the Mediterranean and it was perfect. Great communication from the host they gave great instructions on check in/out as well as local facts.

Wow!

The pictures and reviews are accurate! We loved this place. Realize the location is a bit out of the way (which we enjoyed). It is located in a small village. The water is calm in this area. The pool was the best feature. The residence is well stocked with things you need. We had a couple of minor issues and the owner responded promptly. Would love to return here! We were a group of fours adults (37-60) and 2 young children.

Excellent for relaxation

The Villa had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet area with a lovely pool and amazing sea views. There are a few bars/restaurants and 1 small shop for essentials within walking distance. We would highly recommend Sa Terrassa Restaurant for an evening meal, it is a 3 minute walk from the Villa, but make sure you book as they are busy every night! The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and is very reliable, to take you to the nearest towns. For a taxi, you will need to book as they don’t come into the village often. We used ‘welcomepickups.com’, they were on time and reasonably priced. There is a beach within 10 minutes walk, it is small and it’s quite a trek down the steps to it but worth a visit and swim!

Beautiful view

There is no denying the views at this villa are out of this world. We had a lovely stay with a few issues which were resolved quickly. My one recommendation would be to hire a car. Local amenities are extremely expensive and trying to venture out to a larger supermarket is not easy. There is a bus that takes you but you can’t get a big shop back on the bus. Getting a taxi back was extremely difficult with most firms we called would simply say no and hang up. We had to get a shop assistant to call for us in the end which we weren’t sure if they turned up or we just managed to flag down a random taxi driver. There were issues with the aircon and towards the end we we’re seeing a lot of big bugs in the rooms. Not sure what these were. Overall a nice holiday though with some breathtaking views

Lovely villa but hot without working air-con

It's a lovely villa with good sized bedrooms and a decent open plan kitchen/dining room/living room area. The pool was a great temperature, but the low wall between the house and the adjoining one next door meant that both families could see and hear each other very clearly when we were all outside. The air-con in the master bedroom and living area worked well, but none of the other bedrooms had functioning air-con so were very hot in the 30 degree heat. The property manager came round as soon as they were told (the morning after we'd arrived late the night before due to a cancelled flight), and tried to get engineers to fix it, although these were supposed to come on Tuesday and eventually came on Thursday evening, and were not able to sort it out. Once the air-con is fixed, which I'm sure will be soon, it will be much easier for everyone to sleep. Cala Pi is a nice little resort. The shop is very basic and doesn't sell the wherewithal to cook an evening meal, so you really do need to stop on the way and pick up all your essentials, including milk, tea, coffee etc. Everything in Cala Pi seems to be closed on Wednesdays but every meal we had out in the various different restaurants and cafes was good. The archaeological ruins at Capocorb Vell are worth a visit, and are only 7 minutes from the villa.

Disappointing but has potential

1. Arrived in the morning 14 hours late due to flight delays- Villa was dirty and had not been cleaned from the last clients. All the beds had been used with dirty linen. All bathrooms were dirty with hair everywhere. Kitchen dirty with ants all over the counter top. Called our contact who arranged cleaners within in an hour. We went out to the shops for provisions to allow them to clean? Had we arrived as scheduled the day before, we would have arrived late evening to dirty beds etc. and probably cleaners would not have been available. 2. Only 1 set of keys didn’t pose a problem as we were a small group 3. On first use of the fridge- the bottom fridge storage holder on the fridge door broke. Presumably broken before - resulting in the shelf and our newly stocked food items falling to the floor. Not worth reporting urgently as realistically this would not have been fixed with in our stay. 4. Oven hob tripped the fuse board when using all 3 hobs. Only used oven once so again not worth reporting urgently. 5. Washing machine leaking notice small brown puddle in the laundry room after each wash but usable 6. Swimmers pool was filthy with green sludge on the upper tiles above the water line. All 3 Filters including solar floating one were also heavily stained with green sludge. Could easily be removed with regular cleaning. One visit from pool guy no cleaning involved? filled the pool up and left the hose out to trip over. Son cleaned the pool with net on arrival.

Die Lage und Umgebung ist super und leicht zu finden. Der Pool war sauber und Poolzubehör war auch vorhanden. Die Sonnenschirme waren teilweise leider kaputt. Die Sonnenliegen waren gut, sind aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. An der Seite stehen auch noch andere kaputte Sonnenschirme und Stühle. Zu unsere Zeit gab es auch Probleme mit Ungeziefer. Essen bzw. Müll irgendwo kurz liegen zu lassen war unmöglich, ohne dass sich Ameisen daran verschafft haben. Der Kühlschrank war ein bisschen klein. Die Bäder sind ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Zudem fanden sich regelmäßig Kakerlaken im oberen, einzelnen Badezimmer. Die restliche Einrichtung wie Balkon, Schlafzimmer etc. waren super. Klimaanlagen waren vorhanden und haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ansprechpartnerin war gut erreichbar.

Todo genial, la casa es increible con vistas al mar desde el salón, las habitaciones y la piscina/terraza.Eramos 4 adultos y 4 niños pequeños y disfrutamos muchísimo. Dana nos dejó colchonetas y todo lo necesario para la playa además de dejarnos entrar antes y salir después. Un 10!! Gracias

Nous avons apprécié la dimension sublime de cadre face à la mer souveraine. La maison est très accueillante. La filmographie tournée vers l'action. Traumhafte Lage in leider unbefriedigendem Zustand

Die Buchungsabwicklung war bestens. Lage des Objektes traumhaft. Sauberkeit und Zustand von Betten, Stühlen und Tischen, Liegen, Türen, Rolläden unbefriedigend. Pool unsauber und nicht vollständig funktionstüchtig. Trotz Reklamation vor Ort, konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Da sich die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort nicht im Objekt hat blicken lassen, trotz vorheriger Terminabstimmung konnte der Zustand von nicht weitergegeben bzw. aufgenommen werden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier leider nicht.

Schade-tolle Lage ABER !

Der Ort ist weder sauber noch besonders ansprechend. Es riecht an vielen Ecken nach Exkrementen/Urin und Müll. Wir nahmen es mit Humor und nannten den Ort fortan ,,Cala Pi(p)pi.“ Die Lage des Hauses an der Steilküste ist absolut traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist dürftig und sorry für die Ausdrucksweise, sperrmüllwürdig ( Betten/ Matratze inklusive).Es gibt zwar genug Schränke in den Zimmern, allerdings haben diesen kaum Fächer und sind größtenteils mit Gegenständen der Eigentümer/Verwalter zugestellt. Die ganze Ausstattung wirkt leider zusammengebastelt aus aussortierten Haushalten. Ein Bad, das Bad en Suite , ist schön geräumig. Das zweite Bad ist leider wirklich klein. Das funktioniert für ein Wochenende aber für eine ganze Woche ist das eine enorme Einschränkung in der Wohlfühlqualität. In unserem Schlafzimmer wurde irgendwann eine Klimaanlage nachträglich eingebaut und es wurde vergessen nach dem Verputzen auch mal zu streichen. Demnach blickt man vom bett aus,auf gelb gestrichene Wände und eine große gips-geputzte Baustelle. Der Außenbereich hat einen tollen Pool. Allerdings auch hier diverse Sachen welche den Urlaub etwas trüben. Es gibt einen großen Tisch und Klappstühle aus Holz, nur leider keine Auflagen. Die Markise ist demontiert sodass der Sonnenschirm mit Steinfuss diverse Male wandern musste. Die Liegen haben auch keine Auflagen. Die Küchenausstattung ist super und wir haben nichts vermisst. Fazit: Viele Tiefen, wenige Höhen, in dem Zustand nicht zu Empfehlen!

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit perfektem Meerblick

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben genügend Stauflächen in den Schränken. Der Ausblick, auch vom Balkon, ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Auch die Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch die Terrassen laden zum Verweilen, Essen und Sonnenbad ein. Als es ein Problem mit der Pumpe gab, wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Insgesamt war das Ferienhaus eine große Freude für uns alle. Was man jedoch wissen sollte: sobald das Einfahrtstor geschlossen ist, wird man wahrscheinlich eingeparkt, da kein Schild am Tor ist, das Parken verbietet. Daher besser nicht drinnen parken, sonst kommt man im Notfall vielleicht nicht weg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen.

Urlaub, so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Nach einem absolut reibungslosen CheckIn steht man direkt oberhalb der Küste. Das Haus war genauso, wie wir es uns anhand der Bilder vorgestellt hatten. In der Küche glänzten eine nagelneue Kaffemaschine, ein Toaster und Wasserkocher. Auch der große Kühlschrank mit Eisfach war top. Neue schwarze Rollos schützen im Innenbereich vor der Sonne. Cala Pi wird tagsüber von Touristen gestürmt, am Abend wirkt es dann wieder eher verschlafen. Man erreicht die Bucht und mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung ganz leicht zu Fuß. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant wurde von uns gleich dreimal in der Woche besucht, so sensationell war die Küche. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht sollte man die Außenmöbel in naher Zukunft erneuern. Dann würde der absolut erholsame Poolurlaub noch etwas bequemer ausfallen.

Nie wieder

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist stark überholungsbedürftig. Die Möbel, man mag mir die Ausdrucksweise verzeihen, sind nur noch Sperrmüll. Die Bettdecken haben Flecke und Löcher, die Abläufe in den Duschen sind verrostet. In den Ecken der Duschen waren Schimmelflecke. Die WC Spülung lief dauernd, war nicht abzustellen. Der Ablauf des Waschbeckens hat getropft. Unter dem Mülleimer im Bad war nur noch Rost. Der Backofen total verdreckt. Der Kühlschrank hat dermaßen gerochen, dass wir diesen erstmal komplett säubern mussten. Die Gartenmöbel haben nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Die Markise war abgebaut, sodass die Sonnen ins voll ins Wohnzimmer schien. Die Dunstabzugshube über den E-Herd war total verdreckt. Die Handtücher haben wir im Trockner gefunden. Der Grill total verrostet, daher nicht zu gebrauchen. Dieses Haus ist so nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfektes Haus

Das liebevoll und komplett ausgestattete, auch für eine Familie mit Kindern sehr geeignete Haus, kann mit seiner Meer-nahen Lage und dem Pool absolut punkten. Sonnenuntergang kann jeder. Hier aber ist das Erlebnis des Sonnenaufgangs morgens im Bett ein Highlight. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn Cala Pi in der Nachsaison stark nachlässt und der Naturstand über Treppen eine sportliche Herausforderung darstellt.

Superbe vue !!!

Villa très agréable avec une superbe vue direct sur la mer et la piscine. Bien que la villa soit mitoyenne, aucune gêne avec les voisins. L'hôte, Gretchen, est très sympathique et nous a fourni de nombreux et précieux renseignements. (séjour d'une semaine, fin septembre-début octobre) le village est calme. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, restaurants, épicerie et tout est accessible à pied depuis la villa. Hélas, nous n'avons pas bénéficié d'une super météo et nous n'avons pas profité pleinement de la piscine dont l'eau s'était rafraîchi mais là, personne n'y peut rien. Je recommande cette villa
