Holiday House Zirocco named after the old name of the street where it is located. E 'of about 100 square meters and has an outdoor terrace of equal size equipped with garden furniture. We are in Via Valle n. 2, 1st floor, that is, in the center of town of Sperlonga and close to all the attractions and shops in the country. Supermarket, pharmacy, butchers, bars, everything is within walking distance. At about 200 meters there is the beach club La Lanterna we've chosen for you and is included in the price. At all hours of your days at sea, there are always n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun beds + 1 director chair.
With 8 beds it is also perfect for two families. All rooms are very bright and airy. The terrace is the joy of adults and children complete with comfortable furniture and functional garden. They are all outdoor spaces where it is pleasant to stay even in winter on sunny days for outdoor meals or simply for a tea. A large umbrella with deckchairs is supplied to make you enjoy the terrace at any time of the day.
Mobile home Zirocco are pleasant and the whole creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the main door you are in a large and equipped entrance that leads us into the living room furnished. We find a large table with dresser, LCD TV flat screen, no. 2 comfortable sofas, one with a double bed. The hall is connected to the outside area and a corridor that serves the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. These are both complete with all accessories, very well furnished and complete with shower. Then we find the comfortable kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything. You will find pots, dishes, plates, cups, oven, refrigerator, etc. Pleasant is the output from the kitchen in a dedicated portion of the terrace where it is nice and pleasant lunch or dinner with friends in the shade of a functional tent camper.
All the spaces of the apartment will be equipped with free hot / cold air conditioning. The LCD TVs in the house are in the living room and kitchen. There is also a play corner for the little ones at home.

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach club, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here it will be at your disposal free of charge n. 1 umbrella + 2 beds + 1 folding chair. The plant is central to the country and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.
A few days before arrival, in order to better organize our meeting, please communicate:
- arrival time in Sperlonga,
- specific requests
- inside the house you will find a small detailed guide, maps and advice on Sperlonga that will make your stay more comfortable and organized!
- possibility of private transport to and from airport

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to put up a defense system against pirates that raged on the sea. Besides a clean and clear sea, awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol, and a beach with sand where children and adults can enjoy, it is characterized by a historical center made up of narrow medieval streets with artisans' workshops and shops of every kind. The Piazzetta in the historical center is an evening meeting for a pleasant stroll or a good glass of wine with friends. A few steps lower we find the wonderful walk Belvedere, attention could fall in love even more. Nearby, about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberius where they are on display important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Villa of Tiberius found in the 60 '. How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, they can enter Sperlonga both from the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town, and from the side towards Rome, arriving directly in the sea area. In either case you will be immediately in Via Cristoforo Colombo which is the main street of the village where you will turn to take the Via Valle. At n. 2 there is the driveway of the complex where is your home. Arriving by train is the most functional station Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary by taxi and bus transportation to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
