Los apartamentos CdC están totalmente equipados con cocina, lavandería, sala de estar y comedor.

Cada unidad tiene un dormitorio doble en suite, un baño privado, un dormitorio doble y un baño auxiliar.

Modern apartment in lively area

Modern apartment associated with nearby hotel. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and parking spot (small). Very attentive and helpful check in. Location not far from central attractions. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful space, relaxing atmosphere, convenient location

We spent six days in this beautifully appointed apartment. It was spacious enough for the four of us. The location is convenient to public transit. We utilized the nearby metro and bus to get around the city. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight and we took advantage of that service on more than one occasion.

Unbelievable place

We stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay in the city another so we transfered to the hotel that owns the apartment. the apartment was unbelievable. Beautiful with everything you could ask for. The hotel room is wonderful as well. Can't say enough about this booking.

Very nice apartment and great location for us. Roberto on the reception was so knowledgeable and informative. He also kept in touch to make sure we were okay. The appointment was also cleaned everyday.

Nice visit in Porto

very clean and spacious appartment, for Europe. Excellent communication with owner/manager. A slight issue with the parking occurred on arrival but was rapidly and very effectively solved. Thank you for making our stay in Porto very enjoyable, we would highly recommend this appartment.

Americans in Rainy Porto

Our original apt cancelled on us 20 hours before check in. This unit was available so we jumped on it. The check in was great, the apt was as listed, and the hotel did our laundry when it was discovered the laundry machine was wash only. It is conveniently located and very quiet.

Best place we stayed on the our 12 night tour of Portugal

This apartment was perfect! It was exceptional to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We arrived to a bowl of cherries and a big bottle of water as well as a new package of coffee--very nice touch. You have to stop at a small hotel to get the keys. The people we met with there were very helpful, showing us the top spots to visit on a map. He even helped us by offering to park the car in the garage which I was very grateful since it was a bit tight. The location was ideal, easy walking to all the major sights. They also booked us a boat trip to the Douro wine region and arranged the taxi to pick us up. I highly recommend this location!!!

a cosy home in porto

i loved my stay at this cdc apartment in porto. the location is absolutely perfect (downtown, metro, train, supermarket...). the hosts Marcia, Raul, Tito, were always calm, kind, reachable and so accommodating! the apartment was recently renovated. it is clean, and it has all that is needed to stay not only for a short holiday but also for longer periods (as i did). i was there during winter months, time during which the heating system worked perfectly and the apartment had always plenty of natural light. i felt like home. great energy. totally recommended!

Despite 5* ratings of provided Features, some minor improvements would make this a true 5* accommodation (Would rate as 4.5, but no 1/2 star option!): 1) wifi signal is weak in the master bedroom 2) 2nd bedroom beds soft & uncomfortable, as was living room sofa 3) smart looking bathrooms, but lacking in hooks/racks to hang towels to dry, &/ clothes Overall, very pleased with the apartment’s location, with some interesting shops & good restaurants just down the street, & an easy, pleasant walk into the centre of Porto.

Lovely location, nice apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just as advertised with the addition that the staff at CDC Apartments that welcomed us were terrific at tending to suggestions and any issues. Uber around Porto was very easy and inexpensive.

Fantastic

We loved this lovely apartment. Why? Great location close to all major points of interest, very clean and quiet, terrific showers, great comfy beds, kitchen well appointed with lots of dishes, pots, etc. Good washing machine for long stay visitors, and grocery store nearby. The daily cleaning service was a nice surprise. We could walk everywhere, but were close to buses and the metro if necessary. The only thing that I would add is an updated television with SMART capabilities. We had only one English language Channel, and not a good one. Would highly recommend this apartment and a visit to Porto. Moira

Comfortable and good location

Nice comfortable apartment in a good location. I would recommend it. The people at the hotel manage the property. We found them to be very helpful and pleasant. Try not to have a car because the parking garage is treacherous.

Lindo Apartamento situado no centro do Porto

Apartamento decorado com bom gosto e confortavel para quatro pessoas, com boa limpeza diaria. Ao pe de tudo necessario para umas ferias na terra do vinho do Porto e com bons restaurantes tipicos e tradicionais. Pessoal da casa do conto muita simpatica e com bom servicio. Recomendamos este apartamento a toda gente;)

Très bonne location

Location totalement conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenue (ménage fait tous les jours, ainsi que draps et serviettes changés tous les jours). La propriétaire nous a fourni de bons conseils. Des fruits frais étaient présentés sur la table en guise de bienvenue. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Parfaitement conforme à la description. Bien équipé et confortable. 2 bémol mineurs : placard dans la petite chambre est difficile d'accès et avec les douches italiennes on inonde la salle de bain
