Inside the holiday village of Porto Ada Pizzo is this beautiful and comfortable villa with private garden. The house, on 2 levels, comprises: ground floor large room with a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, single room with bunk bed and bathroom with washing machine; on the first floor 2 double bedrooms and main bathroom. The property includes a large garden with second kitchen, barbecue, dining table. In the garden there is also a comfortable shower. The village Porto Ada is a gated complex, surrounded by green vegetation and the characteristic pine forest which separates it from the sea. The sandy beach is a short walk or bike through the pedestrian walkway. By purchasing the club card you can enjoy swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer, volleyball, basketball, entertainment and performances within the Valtur.
The city center is 3 km, the international airport of Lamezia Terme is 18 km away. A 10 km away is the port of Vibo Marina from which ferries leave for the Aeolian Islands.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir haben wundervolle Urlaubstage in einem absolut traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht und sind noch immer begeistert von der ganzen Erfahrung. Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir beeindruckt von der schnellen und hilfreichen Kontaktaufnahme zu Rosella und Francesco. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und gut organisiert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Angenehmer Entspannungsaufenthalt

Für einen ruhigen Entspannungsaufenthalt genau das richtige. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienhausanlage. Es gibt etwa 500 m entfernt einen kleinen Laden, wo man alles Nötige zur Selbstversorgung (auch kalabrische Spezialitäten) bekommt. Durch einen Pinienwald gelangt man an den Strand. In den Abendstunden kann man mitunter die Silhouette des Stromboli am Horizont erkennen. Etwa 2 km am Strand entlang sind zwei hervorragende Restaurants (Agostino und Refresh) mit sehr guten Fischspezialitäten, aber auch mit leckerer Pizza, Neben der Anlage ist das Restaurant Kavani mit ebenfalls sehr gutem und preiswertem Essen, Dort kann man am Pool auch einen Liegeplatz mieten. Mitten in der Anlage eingebettet ist noch ein Resort mit Pool und Bar, das aber leider nur Mitgliedern zugänglich ist. Am Strand kann man ebenfalls für 15 Euro pro Tag einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen beim Rettungsschwimmer mieten. Die Gastgeberin organisiert auf Anfrage hin auch einen Transfer vom und zum Flughafen Lamezia Terme. Wenn man mehr unternehmen will, etwa die Städte Pizzo oder Tropea besuchen oder eine Bootsfahrt machen will, empfiehlt sich ein Leihwagen, da es am Feriendorf keine Bushaltestelle gibt. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Inchecken (op afstand) verliep vlekkeloos. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de buitenkeuken is erg handig. Op slechts 5 minuten lopen van een kilometers lang strand.

Großes helles Haus mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum! Mit dem Auto ca 15 min von Pizzo entfernt, auch Lamezia terme ist in knapp 30 min gut zu erreichen. Anlage ist angenehm ruhig und mit eigenem Strandzugang. Ein Zweiter Schlüssel für die jungen Leute wurde von Rossella problemlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Ein super Urlaub

Wir waren in Rosellas Haus, das sehr sauber und komplett ausgetattet war. Die Bilder entsprechend der Realität. Der Weg zum Strand war nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dieser war zu unserer Zeit (Nachsaison) komplett leer, ruhig und sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Rossella war immer erreichbar und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Kalabrien

Close to the sea, close enough to Pizzo. Lamezia airport in 20 minutes reach. Rossella is very reliable in her communication and always available to help. Great garden and plenty of space to sit outside for dinner even with a big family. The open air shower is perfect, when coming back from the beach. Grazie Rossella. Вилла расположена рядом с красивой сосеовой рощей, до моря - пять минут, в доме есть все необходимое, комнаты, ванная, кухня - все по высшему классу. Прекрасный малолюдный пляж, есть большой зонт, мы приобрели два кресла. До трех больших универсамов всего 10-15 минут на машине, работают без перерывов. Недалеко очень интересные города и нородки, которые интеремно посмотреть. Большое спасибо хозяевам за теплый прием.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Nähe von Pizzo im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betreuung durch Rosellas Familie war perfekt. Speziellen Dank geht hier an Mary, welche uns stets mit Rat und Hilfsbereitschaft zur Zeite stand! Ein sehr empfenlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Perfekte für Eltern die auch gerne mal entspannen wollen. Man hat den tollen großen Außenbereich voll im Blick und die Kinder können nicht aus dem Garten raus weil man das Tor auch anschliessen kann. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort. 2 Familien mit 3 Kleinkindern. Durch die kleine Aussenküche und Aussendusche waren wir hauptsächlich draussen. Genügend Platz für einen kinderpool. Etwas Spielzeug war auch vorhanden. Die Küche war zwar nicht mehr die neueste aber voll funktionsfähig. Geschirr Pfannen und Töpfe waren vorhanden.Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle wären toll gewesen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Einziges Manko wäre das es sehr hellhörig ist. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr süß. Sie ist durch 2 Tore abgesichert die mit einem Chip geöffnet werden können. Gleich daneben ist ein Restaurant die morgens auch Brot und Gebäck vorbei bringen. Dort kann man auch für 5 Euro am Tag den Pool nutzen. Das Meer ist fußläufig in Max. 10 min erreichbar. Ein mietauto ist ein absolutes muss wenn man auch mal wo anders hin will. Nächster Supermarkt ist ca. 10 autominuten entfernt. Die Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar. Bei uns hat der Kühlschrank anfangs nicht richtig gekühlt und sie sind eine stunde später sofort mit einem neuen da gewesen. Fazit# jederzeit wieder. Kann ich für familien sehr empfehlen 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👍👍👍

Wunderschöne ruhige Villa

Wir sind im September 2017 für eine Woche mit Freunden nach Kalabrien gereist und haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa gewohnt. Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Das Haus ist groß, hat eine super Terrasse, eine eigene Auffahrt und eine Außenküche. Diese haben wir täglich genutzt, genau wie die Außendusche. Einfach herrlich bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad. Der Strand ist bequem in gut 5 min. erreicht. Das Wasser ist herrlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat zwar zum Teil nur mit Hand und Fuß funktioniert, aber alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die ganze Familie gab sich sehr viel Mühe mit uns. WICHTIG - Ein Mietwagen ist ein absolutes Muss!
