Only 25 km from Deauville, 20 km from the sea and 170 km from Paris, this villa designed for 10 people will welcome you in the greatest of comforts. Each room has its own bathroom or shower room with toilet. the indoor heated swimming pool
opening on the valley, as well as the softness of a fire around the fireplace, will bring you pleasant moments of relaxation. winter and summer many activities are possible on site or nearby such as: golf, tennis, fishing, bowling, casino, cinema... marked paths will take you on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback , see in ULM. the animal center of Cerza and the sea with its fine sandy beaches will delight both children and their elders.

Just arrived home after a wonderful stay at Peter Rabbit Gite! From booking through to departure communication was perfect. Olivier recommended a local pizzeria and a couple of nice beaches to visit with the children. His recommendation didn’t disappoint. Perfect rural location but central to D-Day attractions. Would 100% recommend for a perfect holiday.

Family holiday

Beautiful place, split across two properties, pool was a bonus, and everybody loved the snooker room. House was ready on arrival lovely and clean we was shown around by Oliver who was there to answer any questions and he kept us updated throughout the week to let us know the gardener was coming to cut the lawns. The views was beautiful not over looked and the weather was fantastic, can not fault this place.

The property was in good order and is in a quiet location. Our teens appreciated the pool attached to the 2nd smaller property on site which was for our use during the stay. It would have been helpful at time of booking to be clearer on the description that 2 bedrooms were away from the main house so we were unable to use due to safety issues with our children. The property does need some cosmetic updating but everything was in working order during our stay. We found that the contents within the property whilst to some extent useful did mean storage was a real challenge for us as a party of 4 as Cupboards were already full. The host was excellent and very responsive.

The property is in a beautiful location, very quiet and benefits from a swimming pool that the children enjoyed every day. The photographs on the website could do with updating and the description could be improved to make it clear that accommodation is split between 2 buildings approximately 60m apart. The property would benefit from a good deep clean and some basic maintenance. Other reviews have mentioned several trip hazards. Our group comprised 6 adults and 3 young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday but some minor improvements would be of benefit.

Un super séjour à la campagne

Nous avons loué ce sublime ensemble de deux maisons avec des collÚgues pour un séminaire d'entreprise.Tout c'est trÚs bien passé. Nous avons été trÚs heureux de profiter de ces belles maisons, trÚs proches et bien aménagées. La piscine est un vrai plus. La communication était au top.Je conseille vivement !

Le bien n est pas prévu pour 10 personnes. Le mobilier précaire. Assis sur des bancs en bois. Seulement un canapé pour 5 les autres sont punis sur le banc. Tout ça réuni dans une piÚce de 20 m2. Un frigo pour 10.Il en faudrait deux. Un lave vaisselle 8 couverts. Vaisselle dépareillée et en mauvais état. Pas d internet dans la dépendance. Les photos sont trompeuses. La piscine est pas aussi grande qu il y parait. Et pour finir. La personne qui vous accueille pas trÚs sympathique. Trop cher pour le prix payé. En un mot fuyez. TrÚs trÚs trÚs déçue. Habituée à mieux sur Abritel.
