この海岸沿いの自炊式ホリデーペントハウスは、セントの海岸沿いに位置しています。 ポールの湾 テラスからの眺めは魅力的です。

プロパティは、現代的でほんの数ヶ月前です。 5階にあり、設備の整った家具とエアコンが完備されています。 ベッドルーム2室と専用シャワーがあります。 従ってシャワー室は主要寝室から入手しやすい。

キッチン/リビング/ダイニングルームから湾を見下ろす海辺のテラスに通じています。 Seafront Holiday Penthouseのこのアパートメントのテラスには、ガスバーベキュー設備と庭園用家具が備わっています。

アパートの正面玄関にはエレベーターまで続く2つの小さな階段があり、そこからすべての階へ行くことができます。

近くには2つの予約された水泳ゾーンがあり、さらにMellieha湾、Armier湾、Paradise湾、Golden Sands、Gnejna湾、Ghajn Tuffiehaなど、マルタのすべての主要な砂浜へのバスアクセスがあります。

Great view, modest decor, very clean, good communication with host, they met with us in person, good location, very quiet. Needed to get bed linens and towels upgraded. Additional instructions for turning on and using hot water tank would be beneficial. Overall a pleasant experience.

St. Paul's Bay

Apartment was comfortable and communication with managers was great. Location is not as central as we expected and the island much more difficult to navigate than we hoped. But worth a visit.

Calm & Quiet

After spending eight days in St Paul, we know we were lucky to find this property. It is nice and quiet with excellent parking. Easy to walk to restaurants, or short drive to more “party atmosphere”. The apartment is very basic, but served our needs for two people. When we return to Malta, we will book this property again

Dreat starting point for exploring Malta

Blue Harbour Penthouse offers not just a breathtaking view over St. Paul's Bay but is an almost perfect springboard to explore the many sides of Malta. Theapartment is located in a rather quiet part of the former village close to bus stations from where you can travel to the many intersting sites of Malta. And if you came back a bit exhausted due to Maltese traffic, the place with its three balconies offers a perfect space for relaxation.

Mum and son stay

Thank you for your hospitality. Great hosts. We arrived late at night but with very detailed checking in instructions it was quick and smooth. Communication with the hosts was perfect very attentive and welcoming - thank you Ruth, Leo and Alessandro. Good transport links to amazing Malta landmarks. Lovely view

Lovely property right on the waterfront with nice view of the bay. Everything you could need in a nice two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the lift which Ruth sorted straight away. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance which were all good. I would recommend this property very much.

Pleasant Apartment in Quiet Location

We spent a week in the apartment and sadly the weather was poor which literally took the shine off of our holiday. The apartment was clean and well presented and Neville was very helpful in explaining everything that we needed to know. The listing details are accurate although the 'living' area which is essentially the kitchen is not large. The TV is mounted on the wall for convenience and does have access to hundreds of different channels with films, sport etc which was helpful for us as we spent quite a lot of time sheltering from the bad weather! The TV streams via the internet and sometimes the playback is a bit jerky. There are a few nice restaurants within easy walking distance but some were closed as it was out of the main holiday season (late October) when we stayed. Overall a very acceptable stay with attentive and helpful hosts in Neville and Ruth.

Arrivée très simple, l appartement était conforme aux photos et avait été nettoyé.Il y avait plein de suggestions pr des visites et ballades. Nous avons utilisé la terrasse ainsi que le barbecue!!!La vue était magnifique. Nous avons demandé à l hôte pour des oreillers supplémentaires, ns les avons reçus très rapidement. Penthouse im 5. Stock mit Aufzug

Wir hatten diese Wohnung mit 3 Personen für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist auch mit öffentlichen Bussen erreichbar. Das Penthouse im 5. Stock ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar und man hat eine schöne Aussicht über die Bucht. Man ist etwas entfernt von dem Touritrubel (Positiv). Lebensmittel einkaufen und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind bei allen Anliegen kurzfristig ansprechbar, kümmern sich zeitnah und sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns die beiden Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment war in Ordnung. Alles top. Leider gab es nur ein Lebensmittel, der ziemlich teuer war. Restaurants waren nur wenige in der Nähe. Die Busse waren eine Katastrophe. Sehr oft überfüllt und unpünktlich. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich und stets zur Seite wenn wir fragen hatten

Thank you for the wonderful review! Indeed the apartment is a penthouse located at the very top floor (accessible by lift starting from ground floor). The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the views are amazing. There is a minimarket just few metres away open till very late. For those guests that like to shop at a bigger store there is Lidl supermarket 5 minutes by car away in Burmarrad or Piscopo Cash and carry also in Burmarrad. There is also Wellbees in Mellieha about 7 minutes by car away. There are many good restaurants reachable on foot like Lilis Chinese, La bouna Trattoria del Nonno, Ta Bertu (maltese cuisine), Tavios by Pepe Nero and many many more. The best is to use Google maps to find the restaurants easily. In the peak Season - July and August - the busses tend to be quite full yes. One can rent a car and find parking right outside the apartment free of charge. The apartment is fully air conditioned and fully equipped. It is excellently located on the promenade and close to all amenities like bus stops, shops, restaurants, etc.. We are here to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable stay and they can reach out to us at any point during their holiday. We hope to host you again in the near future! Family stay in St Pauls Bay

The property is a very nice vacation property. It is clean and tidy and comfortable and well equipped, with all the facilities required if you have young children. It's located in a quiet area but very close to excellent bus links and taxis are plentiful and quick using a taxi hailing app. The hosts, Neville and Ruth, couldn't be more helpful or attentive and are there whenever you require anything, regardless the request. I can't rate them highly enough.

Very nice view

Hi, We have just stayed ,at this penthouse for a week... The view from the terrace is quite delightful.... The area is very safe,there is very little noise pollution,so it's quite restful, The apartment is very clean & comfortable,with nice beds ( good sleep ) St Paul's bay is in the north of the island,which is very attractive... We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this apartment. It's clean, spacious and has everything that you need to have an enjoyable holiday. There's a few restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. There's a small shop across the bay that has a good selection of groceries. There's a bus stop 100 metres away with a regular service to neighbouring towns. The apartment block has an elevator for easy access and Neville and Ruth left us a few groceries to start our holiday running. If you're looking for an enjoyable holiday in a fairly quiet area then should give the Blue Harbour a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Really comfortable relaxing stay

I have stayed in a different Appartment of the owners and always had a fantastic stay. The view from this Appartment is stunning. The balcony was huge had a table, chairs, sun loungers and even a BBQ! Air con in every room all facilities including internet and sky tv! When I get there someone is waiting to get you to give u a tour of the Appartment and show you how to use everything. Absolutely first class service i come a lot to Malta to see my children and would only ever stay here. Top notch!

Great

Geweldig appartement. Goed contact en alles goed geregeld, ook terwijl wij in het appartement verbleven. Netjes, schoon en alles erop en eraan + mooi uitzicht. Fijne week hier gehad. Vanuit appartement alles goed bereikbaar.

Beautiful, quite and wonderful view

It was a beautiful Apartment with a wonderful view from the balkony. The Region is very quite. So you can sleep very good. But the only Thing we would like to have there, are some nice bars and Café, thats what we missed. But the Manager of this Apartments is very kindly and told us some nice tip!! thank you for that, this help us very well. If we recommend Malta to friends and so, we would recommend this Manager but if possible in another Region. There is a minimarkt very near of this Apartment. The busstations are very good and very near of this Apartment! that was very good. So, we will come again to Malta and stay in another Apartment of this Manager!

We are a family business that offers comfortable and luxurious holiday accommodation in Malta since 1981. The business is now run by the second generation and are full time on these properties and thus can offer the best service and 24/7 support.
Our apartments are conceived for holiday accommodation and not adapted apartments for this purpose. Thus all apartments are:
In the best touristic areas of Malta.
Have great sea views, country views or just off the seafront.
Are close to the bus stop, and the bus stop is on the main bus routes with many busses passing frequently. Thus reaching all the corners of Malta will be easy.
Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.
Close to shops, village centre and all amenities.
Close to bars, and restaurants. Some are also walking distance to casinos and nightclubs.
Close to and easily reachable to and from the ferries and the airport. Also all apartments are close to ferries and one day cruise departure points to discover Gozo and Comino (Blue Lagoon).
We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.
We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with full time and part time fishermen.
On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences
