Tempora Casa es un apartamento recientemente reformado en la zona de San Juan de Letrán. Ubicado en el quinto piso de un edificio de los años 50, está dotado de servicios de conserjería y ascensor. El apartamento, completamente amueblado y bien equipado (ropa de cama, wi-fi gratis, aire acondicionado, sistema de calefacción, televisión por satélite, lavavajillas, lavadora, tetera, caja fuerte), es espacioso, acogedor y tranquilo, perfecto para con dos baños, dos dormitorios, una sala de estar, dos baños, una sala de estar.
Tempora Casa se encuentra en la zona de Appio Latino entre Via Tuscolana y de la Vía Apia, dos steets importantes de la ciudad, muy cerca de "Ponte Lungo" estación de metro en la estación de la línea A y Tuscolana, en la línea de tren a / desde el aeropuerto de Fiumicino . La zona está bien comunicada con el centro de la ciudad por los autobuses (16, 85, 87) y bien servido (restaurantes, mercados locales, cines, supermercados, farmacias, tiendas, bancos, discotecas, parques y jardines).

Beautiful apartment, close to transport!

Beautiful apartment - spotless and very comfortable. Giulia was very welcoming and helped us plan our trip. Excellent location with Metro line a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended!

Clean, convenient and friendly.

Well appointed apartment close to the city and public transportation. Very attentive and accommodating host. Plenty of space for two couples or family with children. Secure private parking and concierge. 24 hour store within walking distance. A great stay, thanks Giulia!

Well appointed and equipped, clean.Owner pleasant and helpful.Couldn't ask for more.

Guilana gave us all the important house keeping information, and a receipt for the tourist tax. The beds were comfortable and linen spotless .The flat was handy for the metro and a 24hr supermarket. Would recommend the let to my friends.On the 5th floor, has a lift.

Fantastic apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay in Giulia's apartment! The apartment is very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. It is in a fantastic location - so close to the metro and supermarket. It was very easy to travel in and out of the city center. We highly recommend going to dinner up the street at Hosteria Antica Saluzzo - the owners are lovely and it was one of the best meals we had in Rome. Giulia was so nice and helpful and helped us with taking the train to the airport, which is right down the street. We would definitely stay here again!!

Worth staying!

Property manager was very kind and accommodating. She gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit, shop and eat. Property was clean, modern and well kept. Location is only a couple blocks from Metro and the grocery store. Nice balcony although the view was of a parking lot. Both bedrooms and one the bathrooms was roomy. Highly recommend.

wonderful travel!

I and my husband stayed in the apartment for a week in October 2016. We all really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Metro station and train to airport within walking distance of housing. Julia was very responsive and was always willing to help and were always in touch. The next time we are in Rome we will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Tempora is a True Home in Rome

Apartment was exactly as pictured and described! Super clean with towels, modern appliances and strong WiFi signal. Giulia is welcoming and accessible. She is committed to making you feel at home. There is a shelf of guide books, of set of directions for using appliances and map of area as well as a basket of business cards and menus. Sightseeing is easy with nearby buses and trains. The apartment gave us the opportunity to really experience living in Rome.

Exceptional and wonderful

The apartment is very good, above our expectations. All equipped with 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The owner Giulia is very friendly and was punctual when we received it. The neighborhood San Giovanni also exceeded our expectations with all the infrastructure like supermarkets and access to public transport, so much that we arrived from the airport by train, paying only 8 euros per person, as the Tuscolana train station is very close to the apartment. I really recommend and plan to bring my friends and family!

A wonderful apartment

Giulia was the perfect hoist, went over all the amenities when we arrived. Gave us information about the neighborhood, where to shop for food, which was only a block away. Where to caught the train to the airport also 1 to 2 blocks away, and much cheaper than the Leonardo Express. The Metro was a couple of blocks away and there were 3 or 4 great restaurants near by ( walk able ). The apartment was very clean, and as described, completely modernized in every respect, from the baths to the kitchen which was well stocked. All the Facilities were as described. There is also a terrace that you could have your morning coffee or evening wine. We would rent this property again if we come back to Roma.

Beautifully maintained apartment in a real Roman neighbourhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Giulia's apartment. It was like our home away from home. The apartment was spotless, updated and well maintained. We appreciated having a full-sized fridge, 4 burner stove with oven and a washing machine. We were also surprised by the size of the apartment as most apartments are quite small. It was bright, airy, comfortable and had plenty of room. It would easily meet the needs of 4 people. The location was within walking distance to many grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars etc. We actually never rode public transportation and walked everywhere, even to the Vatican. If you are not walkers, public transportation (bus or subway) is easily accessible from Giulia's apartment. The apartment is also easily accessible from the airport by local train and the station is 2 blocks away. Giulia was also the perfect host-she was always within reach, whether by email, text or phone. She went over and above what was expected to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend Giulia's apartment to anyone wanting a real Roman experience!

Very clean

The property is conveniently located near a train station with a direct line to the FCO airport. It is also conveniently located one block from a metro stop. Working with the property owner was very easy and the property was very clean. We stayed comfortably with five people, two adults, two teenagers and one kid. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the amount of graffiti on the buildings in and around the property. When we first got off the train we were a little concerned based upon the way the nearby buildings looked. However, the neighborhood seemed very safe and we enjoyed our stay very much. We later realized that most of the city outside the historic areas looks this way. If you don’t mind being 5 stops by the metro from Termini, this is a very clean and comfortable location.

Wonderful neighborhood apartment

The property is exactly as listed and photographed. Giulia was very easy to correspond with when booking her property. She met us for both check in and check out and answered all of our questions. The area has many wonderful restaurants in walking distance as well as a cafe next door for coffee & pastries. The Metro is a short 5 minute walk from apartment. It’s a very quiet building. You do hear some street noise but it’s not an issue. We felt very safe in the apartment building as well as walking in the neighborhood. Apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a small elevator that fits 3 people as well as a staircase. There is plenty of space to relax after a busy day touring Rome. We had 4 adults and we really liked having 2 bathrooms.

Wonderful place and people

We stayed there for four days and had a great time. The place was nice and clean and we got the chance to walk around and the people was really nice. There's also a restaurant down stairs that was really good.

Lovely, convenient home away from home

We had a lovely longer stay at Giulia’s property this month. The apartment is well-equipped and very convenient to Metro, the train, buses, and local stores. Giulia patiently answered all our questions whenever they arose. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Roomy and clean apartment in a convenient location

The apartment was roomy and clean. It’s not in the city center but it is well connected to public transit - the metro station, train station, and bus stops were a short walking distance from the apartment. Be aware that there’s a separate city tax and cleaning fee that needs to be paid in cash during check in. Owner likes to meet in person during check in and out so make sure to budget some time for that. You can hear noises from the street and the hallway but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay!

Wonderful stay in Rome

My son and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at Giulia's beautiful apartment. She was very helpful and gave us information on the amenities of the apartment, as well as the shops and restaurants in the area. We were especially concerned about finding a pharmacy to perform COVID testing before our departing flight, but Giulia gave us the address of the pharmacy and even called them for us to find out the cost and if we needed an appointment. Fantastic flat in a convenient location

We had a great experience staying in this Rome flat. It was conveniently located, a couple of minutes walking should take you to rail, underground or bus stations. Checking in with Giulia was straightforward and she was hospitable. The flat itself was spacious, clean and had the mod cons you need. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and having two showers and bathrooms were really handy. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Beautiful and clean apartment near metro line.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Giulia was an exceptional host who really cares for her clients and wants them to ne comfortable. She met us in person and explained everything about the apartment. She even let us in early which gave us more time to explore Rome. The apartment it finished beautifully amd has a lot of little extras like an iron, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. We would highly recommend this property.

Terrific Place

Modern and stylish furnishings and appliances. You will need for nothing as Giulia has appointed all that most travelers would require included into the unit. The kitchen has provided with it enough plates, pots/pans and cooking gadgets, etc. that one should need. The newer windows are a bit tricky, but if patient and careful work well enough. The newer bathrooms are a refreshing and re-inspiring change to some others that I have seen in Europe. The balcony of this 5th floor flat has a nice view. There is a good air conditioning system. An ample assortment of the most needed and other stores, including supermarket, internet cafe, pharmacy, etc. and many others also handy completes the setting. Its location is next to ideal. A short walk to the subway/metro transit station. With it, all of Rome is nearly at your doorstep. Be advised that an SUV sized vehicle, like the Opel SUV we had, may have difficulty with parking into the garage parking space with its somewhat steep ramp and tight turns, but a small to medium size European sedan should go fine. Otherwise there is fair priced metered parking and some free parking for a larger vehicle and which we utilized for our larger car. Giulia is a gracious and accommodating hostess. We could see that she takes pride in the condition of this apartment. I seriously doubt that anyone could be disappointed with their experience with this Tempora Holiday Home.

Location idéale

Appartement très propre, confortable, très bien équipé, doté de la climatisation et d'un garage, le tout à 3 minutes du métro en ligne directe avec le centre de Rome (5 stations), dans un quartier agréable. De plus GIULIA est aux petits soins. Des commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble et un supermarché est à 5 minutes de marche. Bref, une location de rêve pour les vacances, nous la recommandons très vivement, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Convenient!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tempora Holiday Home! The apartment was clean with a lot of great amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and good air conditioners in every room. We loved spending the evenings on the balcony while sampling the local wines. It was conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants, and Metro station, which would easily get you to all the great sites in Rome. Giulia was a fantastic hostess and even went out of her way to track down the Smart TV code so that we could watch Netflix during our downtime in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Rome.

The property was delightful

I so appreciated Tempora Holiday Home. There was adequate space for two in separate bedrooms. The condo was clean and fresh. It is in walking distance to metro, train and bus depots. If street art is your forte, there is much of this in the Tempora Holiday Home community. Giulia was a lovely host. I would definitely stay there again!!!
