El gran salón soleado ofrece un amplio espacio de 2 x 3 sofás plazas, tv de 50 pulgadas en la pared. Agujero en la pared de incendios por gas (disponible para su uso octubre a mayo) aspecto ventana con vistas a un callejón sin salida bordeada de árboles. Que va desde el salón comedor abierto con mesa y sillas para 6 personas de 50 '' de televisión en la pared que muestra vista de canales libres. cocina abierta moderna con todas las comodidades. totalmente equipado. puertas que dan a un jardín pavimentado con mesa y sillas para 6 personas. Garaje para un coche, pero la gran facilidad de aparcamiento en la calle para más coches. Desde escaleras pasillo que conduce a una habitación con cama individual y un armario, 2 dormitorios con cama doble y cuarto de baño con lavabo ducha y WC, además de cuarto de baño principal con baño y ducha, lavabo e inodoro. De tres dormitorios gran sala soleada con cama de matrimonio, ventana sobre la calle arbolada. 4 dormitorios con cama individual. La propiedad es amplia e ideal para familia o pareja.

Great Holiday Home

Great communication from the owners from the outset. The house was immaculately clean and very well stocked. Lots of restaurants, things to do and beach nearby. Would definitely recommend!!

A perfect holiday

Perfect getaway

What a lovely house - great location within walking distance of Rhyl Town Centre. Good amenities within the house, lovely family accommodation, fantastic kitchen, dining and living room area - all mod cons. Very helpful hosts and easy to contact should you need it. Double and single bedrooms have slightly outdated furniture but that doesn’t affect the comfort offered and outside the house needs a lick of paint and some TLC to keep it tidy and worth the price.

Many thanks for leaving the house so nice and clean and in good order, it is such a pleasure having guests like yourselves staying and a great bonus for the cleaners. Yes we can appreciate that certain work needs to be done in the house as we have not been able to get over to the UK for the last 2 years due to covid restrictions which has been very disappointing as we always try to keep up with the maintenance of the property. Are plans are to visit the property next month and bring the property back to a high standard that we have always offered, ready for the 2022 season. Thanks again and your feed back has been very valuable.

Home from home

Great location, easy access to beach, shops and North Wales Expressway for Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Quiet cul-de-sac, garden & plenty of parking space. Lovely, comfortable, well-appointed house, with quality refurbishment. Fully equipped kitchen. Ensuite shower a bit cramped, shower over bath in main bathroom. Plumbing efficient and quiet! Online listing doesn't fully do justice to the quality (although the price is an indicator.) We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Lovely spotlessly lane house .

Had a lovely stay in Smitten cottage , It was a great base for a lot of North Wales we visited so many places. Cottage is clean and has a real homely feeling with lots of home from home touches.

Perfect property

I can’t rate this property and the host Joanna enough it was brilliant. Joanna was very helpful the welcome pack was very detailed, she sent information of places to eat and things to do whilst there and knowing we had children was very thoughtful and sent an extra message recommending a place we may like to visit. The property was extremely clean, the garden which was secure for the children and helpful having the use of the garage to store beach stuff whilst there. Very well thought out so was equipped with everything you may need. Able to walk to the beach, pub and local attractions but also lots of other attractions a stones throw away with a short drive. We had a brilliant time and would defiantly return and visit the house again. So thank you Joanna

Rhyl Holiday House

A beautiful clean, comfortable, 4 bedroom holiday home with all the mod con's of home. In a nice quiet residential location of Rhyl North Wales. Only a 5 minutes walk from the Promenade. We all had a fabulous family week, the house was a lovely base to explore the Welsh coast and countryside.

Beautiful home

This was our second time at the property, we always enjoy going back to Wales and once again the property was just perfect, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The home is very spacious and very well maintained. Great location for exploring North Wales. We hate having to leave, but will be back again next year.

Spotless, comfortable and stylish

Great location near the beach and the town centre. Quiet, private leafy cul-de-sac. Great facilities, modern kitchen and bathrooms and very comfy beds. Loads of space. Clear instructions on how to work everything, lovely and warm (it was October!). We will definitely book again.

Stunning Home, Highly Recommend!

Beautiful home in a very quiet area. Communication from Joanna and Martin was excellent.The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The home was spotlessly clean, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was a home away from home equipped with everything we could have needed. We loved the rear private garden and enjoyed breakfast and evenings drinks outside. Ideally situated for walks to the beach, and to the town centre. The home was very spacious, and tastefully decorated, with spotlessly clean bedding. We enjoyed returning to the home after our day trips out which included; Llandudno Great Orme Copper Mines, Llanberis Slate Museum & Mountain Railway, Betws-Y-Coed, Llechwedd Slate Cavens, Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre, Liverpool Albert Dock & Rhyl & Prestatyn Town Centre. We did not not want to leave but are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Joanna & Martin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we had a lovely stay, see you next year. Amazing

This holiday home had everything that we needed. It is bright modern and well equipped. the lounge is modern and well furnished and decorated as well as the dining and kitchen area. the kitchen had everything that we required and I mean everything. Comfortable bedrooms with quality beds. the area is quiet but close to the beach which is virtually across the road. We had a car and visited Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conway. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return, possibly for longer.

A stunning property with a home from home feel

PERFECT! The house is stunning, situated in a quiet neat cul-de-sac moments away from the beach, This home from home large spacious house has everything and MORE you will need for the perfect stay, it is clean, neat, has everything you could possibly need from towels, blankets, bedding to the well thought out and beautiful kitchen essentials , we could not have hoped for a better holiday, This house offers so much, if you want to sit back and relax with a coffee in front of the TV or if you are wanting to sit at the dinning table with the patio doors open enjoying the sea air, this house has space for you and your family to relax and enjoy your stay, and for your adventures, well you have the beach 5 minutes away and Rhyl town a short beautiful 10 minute walk away, we have made the most amazing memories on our holiday and we will be looking to return as soon as possible to make more, Thank you Joanna and Martin you communicated throughout and was there if we needed anything, you really made our stay a comfortable and highly enjoyable one. A great place to stay

When we arrived the property was easy to access from the instructions given by Martin. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac,5 mins walk from the beach,10-15 mins from the town centre. The house was very clean and fully equipt with everything that we needed. I would certainly recommend the property and if I was to visit North Wales again would certainly stay there again

Excellent place to stay, in great location

We stayed at this property for a week and it was excellent! Lovely and welcoming with everything you could possibly need! Kitchen well equipped, we did 2/3 cooked meals during our stay and had no issues! Perfect location just few minutes walk from beach and also for the day trips we did! Adequate parking facilities and Wi-fi at the premises is also an added bonus! Lovely property would definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future holidays

A real home away from home.

A perfect home away from home. Location is very near the beach and within 10 minute walk of Rhyl town centre. Wifi also makes it an easy place to take teenagers! Whilst there we visited Prestatyn, walked up Snowden (about an hoot away) and the the national trust gardens at Bodnant - beautiful, well worth a visit.

We purchased this property because the area is very appealing. The House is located just near on the boarder of Prestatyn and Rhyl and is ideal for touring around the north wales coast and Chester. 4 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to nearest restaurant / bar.We have never used the property as our permanent residency , but we do spend many weeks there enjoying the comforts and area around north Wales

The property is ideal for those that wish to visit the beach which is only 4 mins walk, 0r for those that want to relax in the comfort of the home, or tour around the north wales coast. Easy access to Chester on M55 . So many places to visit around North Wales making it an ideal base. The house offers comforts.
Great location for the pavilion theatre just 5 mins walk. New Sc2 swimming centre walking distance . (please note thursday or friday the gardener or window cleaner will make a visit every two weeks if you feel that they are invading your privacy just inform them to leave the rear garden) .
There are 2 cameras located outside the property but not in private areas, this is for security only.
