Nice appartement with a large loggia, view on the pool. Very quiet area, with good restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay very much. Car recommended, easy to find a parking place near the appartement.

Angenehme, sonnige Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet und alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist etwas veraltet.Palmar ist etwas abseits gelegen. Ein Auto ist vorteilhaft aber der Verkehr ist sehr stark.Die Verwaltung dieser Wohnung in Palmar ist überaus hilfreich und prompt. Ein spezieller Dank an Frau Jennifer Garcia!

Sommerverlängerung

Palm Mar ist ein kleiner Ort in dem das Leben langsamer als in naheliegenden Touristenzentren läuft. Diejenigen, ruhe suchen werden dort zufrieden sein. Ein Auto ist fast unentbehrlich denn auf den öffentliche Busverkehr kann man sich nicht verlassen.Eventuell muss ein Taxi genommen werden.Sehr kleiner und steiniger Strand. Rund um gibt es viele Wanderwege.

The apartment in Palm Mar hosted by Jennifer was the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy our first experience in Palm Mar. The apartment had everything we needed. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Schöne saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen sonnigen Balkon. Der Garten und die Poollandschaft sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Jennifer, für die gute Kommunikation. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in Palm Mar.

4 week holiday

just had a lovely four week holiday in palm mar, very nice appartment lovely location and good weather, were met at the appartment on arrival everything explained and a contact if any problems. would definately reccomend this appartment its also wheelchair accesible but up a incline to it from beach, some lovely restaurants and bars would definately return.

Vacation

I had an amazing 3 months from start to finish. The apartment was clean tidy and spacious and I felt like it was home. The apartment complex is well kept and friendly. The lady that greeted me and showed me around was lovely and anything I needed I only had to ask. Palm mar is a great place for a relaxing holiday. Whole experience wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.

for people who want to stay a little bit quiet - beach is niot recommended for elder persons

our apartment was really furnished as stated in the description, everything was availabe even in the kitchen. The great balcony enables you to stay there also for a relaxing afternoon.

Great stay cloese to the ocean

We had an awesome time in the apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you'll need. Everything seems to be quite new and is decorated lovely. We would highly recommend it and would come back when we are in Tenerife again. We stayed with our one-year old and they provided a baby bed, which was great. Other than that, the flat is not very baby/toddler save with decoration, power plugs and the kitchen cabinets with glassware all reachable for our daughter. It was fine for us, just for others to be aware. The contact to Houria was great, when something needed fixing, it was done the next morning. Palm-Mar is small but nice, with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and even a bakery close by. And on top it is not very touristy, what we preferred.

Parking is a lottery, could involve some hill walking if you have to park at the bottom.

The accommodation was perfect. You get the sun on the balcony from sun up to sun down.

Peaceful and central

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. Contact with the owner was easy and fast responses. Similarly contact with person in Palm Mar. Centrally located in a well maintained development with a lovely pool area. Would book again.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Auch die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos, da zuvor ein Kontakt über WhatsApp hergestellt wurde. Die Lage ist toll, Palm Mar eher ruhig. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Ausgelegt ist die Wohnung für vier Erwachsene. Wir haben die Wohnung für zwei Wochen mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem neun Monate alten Baby bewohnt und haben in der dritten Woche Besuch von zwei weiteren Erwachsenen bekommen. Leider mussten wir 100€ mehr zahlen, als wenn wir die Wohnung drei Wochen lang mit vier Erwachsenen bewohnt hätten. Eine Babyausstattung gibt es nicht. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Appartment ist wunderschön.

Wir wurden von Frau Houria sehr nett empfangen. Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt,top sauber und wunderbar modern eingerichtet. Es bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren zum 2.mal dort und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. PS. Die Poollandschaft ist ein Traum und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dem Gärtner ein großes Lob, er hat es verdient ! Sand storm closed the pool and seating area.

Sand storm closed the pool and seating area so had no where to sit. So left after 3 days instead of 10 days stay. No gesture of good will from owner for a small refund. As we had to rebook somewhere else. So wont use again.

Everything was nice!

The Palm Mar is quiet and clean place. Apartaments are fully equiped and we found everything what we need to spend our 1 month hollydays. The apartments are realy clean and cozzy. We expect to come back one more time ;)

Virkelig lækker lejlighed med meget stor altan beliggende i rolige omgivelser i meget velholdt kompleks.Tæt ved indkøb og restauranter og kun 15 minutters gang fra en flot naturpark, hvor man kan gå langs Atlanterhavet til Las Galletas.
