Dear Anita and Andreas, We wish to apoligize for this late reply. We were not in Italy as we took a holiday in Malta. We left on 25th October and got back today (29th). When we left on the 25th October your feedback had not yet reached us. Presumably it got to us between 26th and 29t October. No ways of understanding why the company sent it to us after such a long time. We are extremely happy to know you had a wonderl holiday in Toscany and at our place. Chers Philippe et Pascal, Nous avons bien reçu votre commentaire et nous vous en remercions, mais nous nous devons d'apporter quelques précisions sur ce qui a été noté : oui, au loin passe le train de la ligne Lucques-Florence, mais le bruit n'est quasiment jamais entendu car il dépend des conditions météorologiques du moment. Cela peut paraître étrange, mais c'est exactement comme cela que ça se passe ! La mezzanine ne pose pas de problème car lorsque nous recevons des réservations de clients avec des enfants, nous prenons contact avec eux et leur demandons de nous communiquer leur âge. S'ils ont moins de 12 ans, nous sommes équipés pour envelopper les escaliers et tout se passe en toute sécurité. C'est ce que nous avons fait avec vous qui nous avez dit que votre fille avait 17 ans. Quant au "bruit dans les environs", nous sommes vraiment surpris car en 10 ans d'activité et avec plus de 50 avis reçus, tous les clients qui ont séjourné chez nous ont affirmé que l'endroit était calme et à l'écart du bruit. Il suffit de lire les commentaires écrits. Les moustiques sont une véritable nuisance pour tout le monde et partout où vous allez pendant les mois d'été. Nous ne pouvons rien faire d'autre que de fournir à nos hôtes des produits anti-moustiques, car ce problème échappe à notre contrôle. En toute amitié Luigi et Franca
