Extraordinary new apartment with pool in Tonnarella area. It is 800mt. from the sea and 400 meters from supermarkets and catering establishments. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a living room with sofa bed. Both rooms are air conditioned and equipped with TV LED 32 ". Total l 'apartment sleeps n. 4/5 people. The inputs are separate and independent and l 'apartment has a large veranda. Included you will find: washing machine, hair dryer, large and small kitchen appliances. Everyone is allowed to use the shared swimming pool and barbeque area designated as a solarium pool. The price includes consumption, final cleaning, bed linen and hand dryer. L 'apartment is newly built as well as the furnishings are new.
