プラザマヨールコンプレックスは、アレナルビーチの海から150メートルのところにあります。 バルコニーからの素晴らしい眺め。

共同プール、大きな中庭、庭で十分に確保された住宅地。

6ユーロ/日で複合体自体に覆われた駐車スペース（エレベーターでアパートのドアに直接）

最寄りのスーパーマーケットはMasymasで、徒歩5分です。 メインストリートのガブリエル・ミロも近くにあり、とても素敵なブティックやカフェがあります。 ホテルソリマールとホテルバイアは、アパートメントブロックの近くにある2軒のホテルです。

プラザマヨールコンプレックスは、ビーチエリアと旧市街の間にあり、多数の路地があり、そこには古い文化が完全に残っています。 料理を食べるのに高価ではない絵のようなレストラン。

アパートは完全に家具付きで、ビルトイン空調システム+暖房、テレビVlaanderenとすべてのスペイン語チャンネル付きデジタルテレビが備わっています。
バスルームが2つ、バスタブが1つ、シャワーが1つ、ベッドルームが2つ、ダブルベッドが1つ、個別のシングルベッドが2つあります。
キッチンには洗濯機、食器洗い機、コンビ冷蔵庫冷凍庫があります。 アイロンとトースター、電子レンジも利用できます。
リビングルームには電動リクライニングチェアがあります。
アパートは完全に新しく装飾されています。

少しリラックスしながら、護岸沿いの観光に邪魔されない理想的な場所です。
静かな場所にあり、ナイトライフに問題はありませんが、護岸からはすぐです。 通りは海からわずかに傾斜しているため、高齢者には適していない

飛行機で、カルペから70 kmのアリカンテに着陸します。空港からは、ALSAバスでカルペのバス停まで行きます。 したがって、徒歩で約10分です。
BENICONECTのバンもあり、ピックアップして空港に戻ります。 （事前に予約）

Wonderful holiday

Beautiful apartments. A large terrace with seaview. The walk to a sea took 5 minutes. The apartment is completely equipped by all necessary. The kitchen was equipped very well. There was beach chairs, sunshade. We rented in addition parking - it was very helpfull. Children very much had liked the pool in the yard. The apartment was very silent and comfortable.

Summer holiday

We had a lovely 2 week holiday in Hilde's apartment. The apartment was clean, well presented and had everything required for our holiday .it was well situated for the Old town and beach. Hilde was helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. The agent met us easily for the check in process , she was friendly and pleasant, however it appeared to be her first time there and she was unsure if which apartment it was and didn't give us some relevant infomation such as how to use the aircon, how to access the pool area and the code for the storage facility on the balcony. There was some info in the apartment but this would have been useful written in english and other languages. The pool was lovely, clean and well kept but was unfortunately closed between 15.30hrs and 17.00hrs , had limited seating with no loungers for relaxing/sunbathing. But on the positive these hiccups were sorted in our first few days with Hilde's and Annicks help and we had a lovely holiday .

Excellent séjour, bel appartement propre. Il y avait tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Cuisine très bien équipée. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans les chambres, grand balcon. Seul inconvénient qui nous a compliqué les vacances : un seul jeu de clés. Pas pratique car nous étions très nombreux à Calpe, avec amis et famille. Et en plus la crainte de claquer trop vite la porte en oubliant les clés à l'intérieur.

Fantástico apartamento bien ubicado.

Fantástico apartamento bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la playa. Al apartamento no le falta de nada ni un mínimo detalle. MUY BIEN CUIDADO EL MOBILIARIO. El aire acondicionado en toda la casa excelente, y más en la zona que es tan calurosa. Lo negativo. Lo ofertan con plaza de garaje y al llegar no la tiene. Hemos tenido que alquilar 1 PLAZA para toda la semana dado que es imposible aparcar.

MUY bien

Las instalaciones del complejo muy buenas, la casa muy limpia y con muchos pequeños detalles y de buena calidad. Un par de pequeños detalles negativos que la dueña ya tenía conocimiento y lo iba a solucionar. Las instrucciones de la tecnología en otro idioma ( fue un pequeño problema). La ubicación está una cuesta bastante pronunciada y cuándo vuelves de la playa se hace pesado. Pero en líneas generales muy bien. Volvería sin ninguna duda. La propietaria, ha estado atenta a cada pregunta que la hice antes de entrar. 👍👍🔆🔆

Lovely property near the beach

Very nice clean apartment Good size with nice balcony with sea view to side. Free underground parking is very useful Only 5 mins walk from the beach one way and old town the other Hole apartment block is very clean and well run

Urlaub wie zuhause

Eine tolle Wohnung in toller Lage nahe am Strand. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fürs alltägliche aber auch Weitergehendes. Will man mehr Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist Benidorm nicht weit. Das einzige was den Urlaub trüben könnte, mich hat es nicht gestört, ist der Festplatz neben an bei dem Live- Musik gespielt wurde. Die Wohnung kann ich weiterempfehlen.

De woning die wij hadden gehuurd was prima met alle voorzieningen die nodig waren. Het enige nadeel was dat naast ons appartement op 7 meter van ons balkon een nieuw appartementsgebouw werd opgetrokken dat uiteindelijk 7 hoog zal worden. Dat maakte dat wij iedere dag van 08.00 tot soms 22.00 uur met een uitzonderlijke herrie en stof te maken kregen, waardoor het bijna onmogelijk was om buiten te zijn. Mijn man was net uit het ziekenhuis na een longontsteking en was dringend aan rust toe. Wij keken iedere dag de heren bouwvakkers in het gezicht, privacy was er niet en iedere week werd het beloofde uitzicht minder door de hoogte van het nieuwe gebouw zodat uiteindelijk de zon zelfs niet meer binnen scheen, wij waren genoodzaakt om weg te gaan wat niet zo prettig was omdat mijn man zich moet verplaatsen met een scootmobiel en oplaadpunten in Calpe niet aanwezig zijn. De foto's bij deze advertentie dienen dus aangepast te worden, zodat evt. andere huurders niet voor verrassingen komen te staan.

A lovely property, very well furnished. In a convenient location with the advantage of a lift

From first phoning the contact number on arrival at Calpe, we received excellent service. The housekeeper met us at the apartment at the time arranged, showing us around and providing the keys.The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you could want (some basic supplies were included). The location was ideal for shopping or eating out, being close to the main shopping street and the old town and five minutes walk to the beach. The good sized balcony with dining table was ideal for sitting drinking G&Ts and relaxing in the evening. A great holiday! we will be back again soon!

Magnifique vacances dans l'appartement à Calpe

Bonjour, Magnifique vacances à Calpe, l'appartement est tout neuf, vous avez la vue sur la mer. vous avez la piscine en bas de l'appartement, la situation de l'appartement est que vous avez pas besoin de voitures, vous avez tout à côté.La mer est à 5 minutes à pied, vous êtes à 2 minutes du centre ville et beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants, la résidence est calme, de très bonnes vacances en famille, je pense revenir dans cet appartement. Merci à tous (Gardienne et propriétaire, ils sont très gentil et toujours disponibles) A bientôt Abdelnor de Paris
