The apartment also has access to the building's swimming pool and to the 2 tennis courts.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The toilets are independent.

For your comfort, you will have a large flat screen with hi-fi / home cinema system, a private parking space in the residence, 2 terraces of 14 m2 as well as a bicycle storage room.

The apartment is also equipped with ceramic hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, as well as the dishes and utensils necessary for 4 people.
