This one bedroom apartment is set on a quiet complex in the heart of Costa Teguise very near the white sandy beaches of Las Cucharas and El Jablillo, with many top quality restaurants near by. This lovely apt has been recently renovated. From the shaded spacious balcony you overlook the communal swimming pools and gardens. There is a large double bed (180cm) alternatively two single beds on request. Cot and highchair is also available on request. The spacious living area features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining table and four chairs, leather sofa (that turns into a double bed 140cm), 55" Smart Tv.

Home from home

Fab apartment on a lovely small complex. Great location right across from the sqiare, but not noisy at all. The host Ann Marie, was great and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was extremely well equipped and Ann Marie had even provided some washing tablets and fabric conditioner. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment

We stayed for 10 nights with my husband, we had a fabulous time. Apartment is fully loaded for self-catering and the location is right beside the beach. The complex is clean and very exclusive.

Excellent apartment.

We have had a lovely week staying at Anna’s apartment. We arrived earlier than the check in time but it wasn’t a problem Anna let us check in early and then met us to go through any questions we might have. Anna left a welcome pack with drinks, snacks, milk a couple of beers and a bottle of cava. The apartment is very clean and modern and comfortable, the shower is powerful and Anna came in once during our stay to change the towels and bedding. Also, having the washing machine was really useful, again Anna had left washing tablets for us. Wifi is great at the apartment and the folder explaining how to use the tv was invaluable. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked again for June, next time we are in their next door apartment. Can’t wait.
