Este apartamento de un dormitorio se encuentra en un complejo tranquilo en el corazón de Costa Teguise muy cerca de las playas de arena blanca de Las Cucharas y El Jablillo, con muchos restaurantes de primera calidad cerca. Este precioso apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado (2016). Desde el amplio balcón a la sombra que dan a las piscinas y jardines comunitarios. Hay una gran cama doble (180 cm), alternativamente, dos camas individuales bajo petición. Cuna y silla para bebé también está disponible bajo petición. La amplia sala de estar cuenta con un plan abierto, cocina totalmente equipada, mesa de comedor y cuatro sillas, sofá de cuero (que se convierte en una cama de 140 cm doble), 55 "Smart TV.

The apartment was fabulous inside and the location was even better. Communication from the host was exceptional with messages and a video how to find the apartment front door. Faultless.

Home from home

Fab apartment on a lovely small complex. Great location right across from the sqiare, but not noisy at all. The host Ann Marie, was great and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was extremely well equipped and Ann Marie had even provided some washing tablets and fabric conditioner. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment

We stayed for 10 nights with my husband, we had a fabulous time. Apartment is fully loaded for self-catering and the location is right beside the beach. The complex is clean and very exclusive.

Excellent apartment.

We have had a lovely week staying at Anna’s apartment. We arrived earlier than the check in time but it wasn’t a problem Anna let us check in early and then met us to go through any questions we might have. Anna left a welcome pack with drinks, snacks, milk a couple of beers and a bottle of cava. The apartment is very clean and modern and comfortable, the shower is powerful and Anna came in once during our stay to change the towels and bedding. Also, having the washing machine was really useful, again Anna had left washing tablets for us. Wifi is great at the apartment and the folder explaining how to use the tv was invaluable. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked again for June, next time we are in their next door apartment. Can’t wait.

Lovely modern apartment in perfect location

Extremely impressed with this spacious modern apartment. Recently modernised to a high standard. Very well equipped kitchen and even provided beach towels. Lovely welcome pack which was great as we arrived in the evening. Host Anna welcomed us and showed us where everything was. Perfect location next to beach and easy access to bars and resturants. Wonderful holiday will definately be returning

Ideal location with all the little things that matter

Anna was great to deal with and we arrived late in the evening but she was there waiting. The apartment is super and well decorated and maintained. We loved the closeness to the beach which we found among the best on the Island. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Ideal location for travel to other parts in the car. We were really pleased to find the added touches of milk, tea and coffee among other helpful items that make the holiday. We will be back and hope Anna gets some larger pillows!

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé et très bien situé: commerces, restaurants, plage etc à 2 pas. Beau balcon avec vue piscine. Seul bémol: pas toujours facile de se garer à proximité, mais ce n'est un problème que pour ceux qui sont motorisés!

Home from home in the sun

Clean and modern apartment very well situated in the centre of Costa Teguise. Concerned this may effect noise heard in the apartment but found this was not the case and enjoyed good night's sleep during our stay. Found kitchen well supplied to enable self-catering as well as being metres away from an array of very good restuarants. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was very well equipped and was extremely comfortable. It was very central and close to all restaurants and bars. The main beach was only 100m away. We loved it here and would definetly return.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand. Modern und sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter, alles hat problemlos funktioniert, von der Anreise bis hin zur verfrühten Abreise wegen eines Todesfalls in unserer Familie. Einziges klitzekleines Manko: leider keine deutschen Fernsehsender. Wir würden sofort und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal besonders an Anna.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location! Absolutely brilliant holiday!

Anna was a brilliant host from start to finish. She met us at the apartment to give us the keys and talk us through things. The apartment had everything we needed - and Anna even provided milk, water and a complimentary bottle of Cava! This was a lovely touch. The apartment looks as good, if not better than the photos. The balcony is bigger than it looks. The location is perfect - it is so close to the Pueblo Marinero square with loads of bars and restaurants. The beach is literally minutes away and there is a Spar supermarket next door. There was quite a lot of renovation work going on in the apartment block, which was noisy at times but it just shows that it is being invested in. Thanks for your hospitality Anna - and I can't recommend this apartment enough!!

Perfect, spotless apartment, central location.

Absolutely beautiful, newly refurbished apartment, everything you need for a perfect holiday. Anna and Ian really looked after us. Location is perfect, the only problem with writing a review like this is that we are running the risk of not being able to get booked in now :-) 5***** from Tina and Mark, Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

Lovely apartment in superb location, outstanding

We stayed for the 1st week in September, myself, my wife and 21 year old daughter. We were looking for a relaxing break, close to good restaurants and 1st class beaches. Our hopes and expectations were fully met and even exceeded. The apartment is absolutely superb, wonderfully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a holiday break. The location is perfect, less than 2 minutes walk to a handful of superb restaurants and bars, all extremely good value and great service. The beaches, again on your door step, are simply outstanding, and great for swimming in the sea. A great holiday, fantastic weather, thanks to Anna and Ian for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing

Perfection

We spent a magical week at Casa Bella ~ a hidden gem ~ and it was without a doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had or probably will ever have (until we return!) If you are considering this apartment then please book it now ~ you will not be disappointed. The whole experience from the minute you step foot into the apartment until the moment you leave is 5 * ~ mere moments from turquoise lagoons and the finest restaurants and yet the apartment was so incredibly peaceful with a lovely sense of calm surrounding it. We cannot wait to go back!

A Wonderful Holiday Experience at Casa Bella

We absolutely adored our recent stay at Casa Bella. What an immaculately appointed, stylish, fresh stunning apartment ideal for relaxing and it's location was superb. Mere moments from sandy beaches and turquoise lagoons and literally less than a two minute stroll into the very middle of a vast selection of the finest (child friendly) restaurants in Costa Teguise and yet the apartment was so incredibly peaceful with a lovely sense of calm surrounding it. The brand new washing machine installed so neatly away in the bathroom was a godsend as was the huge walk in shower and the soothing spacious balcony after a day in the scorching sunshine was so refreshing. Massively impressed also with the great range of amenities literally at ones fingertips, supermarkets, cafes and shops galore. We would highly recommend this enchanting Spanish haven ~ We loved it so much that we have booked to go back again in September.
