Wow Lucy S., we're thrilled to hear you all had an amazing time at Ringwood Road for your daughter's hen weekend! Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely house with all the mod cons. 8 adults and 3 children, ages ranged from 2-70 everyone had a lovely time particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the 3 boys loved the toy room! Enough space for everyone.
Really enjoyed our stay, hot tub was amazing, bathrooms were lovely and was kitted out for most types of visitors. I think the pictures on this site don't do this place justice.
Some areas for improvement - More toilet rolls and a bin/sanitary bin in the toilets. Lights for hot tub were okay, but would have been better to use the lights above it (switch was in shed which we didn't have access to).
Overall, small things for improvement but otherwise had an amazing stay and would definitely go back. Karl was more than helpful and contactable.
Stayed for 5 days on a golf trip with 7 of us. House was fantastic and perfectly located for us. Hot tub and sauna were very popular and the kitchen/living room area was ideal for spending the evening in. Check in process was easy and the property manager was always available for any queries.
Had an amazing time staying at this house, the pictures do not do it justice! It's so modern & light and the bedrooms are lovely and big especially the master bedroom with its modern en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and big velux windows which give so much light into the room. The downstairs was just as lovely, big open spaced living room/dining room/kitchen - so great for keeping everyone together. The garden was perfect, we managed to have a couple days of lovely weather so us girlies sunbathed on the astro turf and also had breakfast on the garden table and chairs. The only thing I would say is the Hot Tub was very chemically, we managed to sit in it for 10 minutes but then had to get out as the steam coming off it was stinging our eyes. Apart from that I would highly recommend coming here and would definitely come back!

So much Space! And lovely location :)
We had a fantastic weekend in this house, 9 ladies. Plenty of space, huge wardrobes, lots of mirrors, 2x en suites with showers, one bathroom with bath. Well equipped, dishwasher was a great help! Oven cooked perfectly! Fridge freezer was huge with an ice dispenser, saving us having to grab some ice from the shop.
Pub/ restaurant / KFC/ M&S food hall/ Tesco all within a few minutes walk.
Hot tub was easy to use and so lovely and warm!
We didn’t get chance to use the sauna but looked new and clean.
Beds all seemed comfy and put u ups were a good size.
Looking to now come back for a weekend with my family, hoping the weather will be better so we can use the bbq!!!

Review of "Four Corners Chalet/Bungalow":-Ferndown, Bournemouth,Dorset,BH22 9AS
House was excellent and just as we wanted-Loads of space, well equipped and very comfortable. Located in the residential area of Ferndown, Dorset approx.8 miles from Bournemouth & Poole.Central to all places of interest & very good for food shopping with Tesco Stores only 10 mins walk away and a new M & S Food Hall only 100 yards away.Enjoyed some lovely meals at 'The Curlew' Public House, 'Chianti Italian Restaurant' and a very good takeaway Chinese banquet from the local 'Top Wok' - all of very good quality and reasonably priced.
We were certainly lucky with the weather during our week (12th to 19th August.2017) and visited the lovely sandy beaches at Bournemouth / Boscombe & Sandbanks. We visited 'Monkey World' at Wareham and shops at Christchurch and Westbourne, a quaint suburb of Bournemouth which we also enjoyed.
The whole family enjoyed staying at the house and especially the astro-turf garden with the goal posts and fantastic hot tub / sauna - they were all well-used and considered to be a boon by the children.
Even though the house is adjacent to a very busy road, we did not hear any undue traffic noise and it didn't affect anyone's sleep.
The house could not be faulted and we would recommend it to any families considering coming to this part of the country.

Excellent, relaxing for the whole family.
We had nine of us across three generations stay for a week and had a lovely relaxing time. The house is amazing, lots of space to easily accommodate all of us. The boys enjoyed the play room and the garden, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We treated the house as a base to explore the area and found plenty around to keep everybody entertained, Studland beach and New Forest being a particular highlight.

A well equipped modern house with plenty of room for 12.
First impressions of the property were 'wow'. There was so much room, each bedroom could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children easily. All ages were catered for - a playroom full of toys, a garden with games and ride on toys, a hot tub and sauna, very large tv and lots of DVDs. The kitchen had a great variety of equipment and there were plenty of shops and pubs within walking distance. There's plenty of off road parking, our four cars fitted easily. The property is in an ideal location for visiting lots of places - we went to the tank museum, a theme park for the young ones, Kingston Lacy (NT) Corfe Castle and Swanage steam railway, Beaulieu motor museum. Although on the main road with lots of heavy traffic we were able to sleep with the windows open, as we had wonderful weather for our stay and it was hot upstairs.

Lovely modern house - perfect for a family Christmas
We loved the house - it was modern with fab LED lighting and high-end fittings. The open plan kitchen/diner/lounge made it the perfect place for our family of 12 (8 adults/4 children) to relax and be together. We were there over Christmas and the owners put up external llights, a tree and decorations for us. I think the owners must use it themselves quite regularly as there are a few of their personal things there like photos and toys. The playroom is great and full of toys plus a TV/DVD player. We couldn't get this to work but have since found out there is a secret switch behind! All the bedrooms are huge and at least two can easily accommodate the camp beds used by the children. The kitchen was well equipped (apart from no colander!) and we easily cooked our Christmas dinner for 12. We brought in the garden table and chairs to all be able to dine together. The lounge is comfortable, the TV is enormous and the children enjoyed playing on the XBox. We all loved the hot tub - especially in December! The location is on quite a busy road which can be noisy from the bedrooms on that side but convenient for the proximity to Tescos and M&S Food. We walked to the Horns Inn for a fab pub lunch and also drove to Sandbanks beach (25 mins drive away).
We would really recommend this property for up to 8 adults/4 children. It really is lovely!

Fantastic House with all the Mod Cons
Very impressed when we arrived at the house and found it to be like the tardis inside. It had all the mod cons and was very clean with 4 large bedrooms. The only negatives about the bedrooms was that we had to put all of the kids into 1 room, even though we were told we could use the drying room for the 2 youngest, and the wardrobes in the master were locked. This was not ideal as hanging clothes needed to be put in different rooms. Also any movement in the downstairs bedrooms, set the blue lights on the motion alarms off which filled the rooms and woke the occupants up.
The garden was perfect for the 4 boys. The goals were used on a daily basis which helped when trying to keep them entertained. The hot tub and sauna were the highlight for the adults!
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable for others to sit and chat whilst others were cooking.
The house seemed to be 20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, but found it was easier to turn left out of the drive as the road is busy at all times of the day. Centrally located and having M&S 3 doors down, and Tesco within 10 minutes walk, was a huge plus if we'd forgotten something on the shopping list.
Would recommend this house to others visiting the area.

very comfortable and well equipped holiday home
The property is very well proportioned four very large bedrooms with enough room to easily sleep twelve (only eight of us). The play room is a massive benefit for the children our two 4 and 8 loved it and they could watch telly or play while the adults relaxed in the lounge. My daughter loved feeding the fish, a nice touch.
The kitchen is well stocked and the large fridge is perfect for the amount of people. Outside the garden is very child friendly, and has a lovely hot tub and sauna for the adults.
It is located on a busy road and can be difficult turning right easiest thing to do is turn left and loop around saves time. The location though is perfect for exploring the new forest, and the seaside towns around dorset and the coastline.
Property was very clean and all the bedding and towels looked like new, and there were no complaints about beds being uncomfortable.
Some of the technology for those not used to it took awhile to get to grips with but once done so added to the holiday experience.
Could find very little to grumble about so saved to favourites for the next time we visit Dorset area.

Very clean, excellent condition, lots and lots of entertainment for children!
Loved our stay at this property, it seems brand new and it was all superbly clean.
We enjoyed the hot tub, and our party all enjoyed the beds, big television and large kitchen.
The toy room was an absolute god send for our 2 year old! We sometimes struggle on holiday with finding things to entertain the children back at the accommodation but this room is filled with toys so we didn't have to bring any with us and he was so happy to see the Toy Story characters up on the wall! The football pitch outside was fantastic too.
One point I would make was that there wasn't a curtain on the back patio door which was a little creepy with the security cameras outside.
Would definitely return for another holiday, thank you.

Luxury Home from Home
We with our family, children and grandchildren, 9 of us in total, had a relaxing week away in this lovely, fully equipped, 4 bedroom house. There was plenty of room for all of us, the children loved the garden, the adults loved the hot tub. Everything we needed was close, walks, pubs, shopping and the beaches were within easy driving distance. Information was provided about nearby attractions. We did have a problem with the hot tub, we rang Karl and it was very quickly rectified. Communication with Karl on booking the property, collecting the key and the return of our deposit was speedy and efficient. We have recommended this property to others and we hope to return to it ourselves in the future as we all have lots of happy memories of our holiday in Ferndown.
