Contemporary one bedroom sea view apartment, sleeping four located in a Grade II listed building surrounding a Regency Square in the heart of Kemptown Village.
It takes just two minutes to walk to the beach; shops, delicatessens, restaurants, bars and pubs are seconds away. You can walk to the famous Pavilion, Brighton Pier and The Lanes & North Laine for fabulous shopping in less than ten minutes. Everything is accessible by foot - there's no need for a car in Brighton.
The Space:
Kitchen
Just off the living room, this compact and fully equipped kitchen has all you need to cook a meal from a scratch or heat up a takeaway in the evening. You will find a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher for your use.

The living room is filled with light and has lovely features such as a large bay window and a period fireplace. Comfortable seating provided by a couple of two seater sofas, one of which converts into a small double sofa bed for two guests. Wall mounted TV allows you to watch the news or a movie from any corner of the room. There is also a DVD player, radio with CD player as well as free Wi-Fi.
Dining Area
The dining table seating four, is ideally appointed by the bay window which offers a spectacular view over the New Steine gardens and out to the sea. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine while watching the white yachts tacking across the sea.
Bedroom
To the rear of the building, the large hotel style bedroom is spacious and houses a King size oak bed dressed with pretty cushions and a matching throw. For guests booking longer stays, there is plenty of storage including drawer and hanging space.
Bathroom
Tiled from floor to ceiling, the bathroom is clean and has a contemporary finish. There is a wash basin with a large mirror above it, shower cubicle with powerful shower, heated towel rail and WC.
