Our Condo is three stories of pure fun, with the main floor as the hang out zone with a large living room, Flat Screen T.V.'s, Full Wall Fireplace, Large Pullout Sofa's, dining room (seats 8) kitchen/bar, Full Bathroom and Large Balcony.

The downstairs is where you can relax in privacy, in one of the two master bedrooms (one with fireplace/balcony) separate bathrooms.

The top floor loft has 6 single beds, TV, Stereo, Card Table and a Super Large Closet.

All rooms are complete with Direct TV and Wi-Fi.

The master bedrooms have small refrigerators and coffee makers as well as dehumidifiers.

The best part is the Condo's direct access to the Mammoth Mountain Gondola which takes you up to Canyon Lodge in 8 minutes in the mini bullet cars.

Also being right at the Village, you park in an underground heated garage and from the Condo stroll to the Gondola to hit the mountain or into the village to have a nice meal, some local music, hang out by the Village Fire Pit and talk story about the day on the mountain. Or just have some crepes and a coffee.

You have easy access to all that Mammoth has to offer year round.

Don't forget that Mammoth Lakes is an incredible spring, summer and fall, destination.

With World Class Fishing, Mountain Biking, Trails, Rock Climbing, Wine Festival, Blues Festival, Rodeo, Motocross Week, we cater to travelers of all kinds.

Also we are just over an hour drive to Yosemite National Park, so you can stay in the comfort of your own Condo. do your day trips to the parks and local hot springs etc. and be back in Mammoth for a night in the Village or chill in the spa building with Olympic size pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong tables and fireplace upstairs etc. the kids will have a blast.

We also specialize in engulfing our guests in the the local flavor of Mammoth Lakes, so feel free to ask us for recommendations for whatever you would like to experience in Mammoth Lakes.

Doug also worked in the Winter Sports Industry, so he can assist you with connections for rental gear, mountain access, on snow instructors etc.

Also our spa is a great highlight of our Complex at fireside at The Village.

The spa building is located in between our two buildings and features an Olympic size heated pool, separate jacuzzi, men's & women's changing rooms with separate sauna's.

The upstairs features a pool table, ping pong table, hang out room with Fireplace and Laundry facilities.

This is a great get away for the kids to go have some fun on their own with-out having to leave the grounds of the complex.

We are also directly across the street the Westin Hotel, which offers an incredible Happy / Appetizer Hour and Friendly Hosts.

In the Village one of our favorites, is The Side Door, a small tucked away spot with Crepes and Panini's as well as the Town's best selection of Wines from around the World.

We also have Berger's (yes it's spelled that way) just across the street, as well as Petra's and Novato's all of which offer incredible dining for all budgets.

The location is perfect as you do not have to drive anywhere.

If you desire to go into town instead of the Village, no problem as the Free Trolly will take you there from just outside our front door.

We are also located on the Red Line Bus Route to the Main Lodge of Mammoth Mountain.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

Great location!

Plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Spiral staircase was a tad skinny...nothing that couldn't be handled.

Great place/ would do again.

Location is perfect, secured gated parking, plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.

  • 5 of 5

Location is steps away from the Village and we could hear the live music from the patio. Two secured parking space was easy to get into and very convenient to leave our car behind as we explored the Village. The unit was spacious and was perfect for our three families traveling together. We would stay at this place again in a heartbeat and are already planning our next trip to Mammoth.

Wow. Perfect location!!!

  • 5 of 5

This place is in the heart of the village. A two minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Mammoth. The condo itself is a nice size place for a large family to stay. It's comfortable and and well maintained. The parking was a huge plus as it's a covered lot. One huge plus was the owner of the preperty. He was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. Our family had a blast!
