Both master bedrooms also have small refrigerators and coffee makers as well as dehumidifiers.

The best part is the Condo's direct access (one minute walk from front door of the cCondo.) to the Mammoth Mountain Village and The Canyon Lodge Gondola which takes you up to Canyon Lodge in 8 minutes in the Gondola cars.

Also being right at the Village (We are Fireside at The Village) you park in an underground heated private parking garage and from the Condo you can stroll to the Gondola (1 minute walk) to hit the mountain or into The Village to have a nice meal, listen to some local music, hang out by the Village Fire Pit and talk story about the day on the Mountain.

Or just have some crepes and a coffee, wine etc at The Side Door cafe/restaurant.

You have easy access to all that Mammoth has to offer year round.

Don't forget that Mammoth Lakes is an incredible spring, summer and fall, destination.

With World Class Fishing, Mountain Biking, Trails, Rock Climbing, Wine Festival, Blues Festival, Rodeo, Motocross Week, we cater to travelers of all kinds.

Also we are just over an hour drive to Yosemite National Park, so you can stay in the comfort of your own Condo. do your day trips to the parks and local hot springs etc. and be back in Mammoth for a night in the Village or chill in the spa building with Olympic size pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong tables and fireplace upstairs etc. you and the kids will have so much FUN !

We also specialize in engulfing our guests in the the local flavor of Mammoth Lakes, so feel free to ask us for recommendations for whatever you would like to experience in Mammoth Lakes.

Your host also works in the Winter Sports Industry, so he can assist you with connections for rental gear, mountain access, on snow instructors etc.

Also the Spa (in a separate building, same door codes as The Condo for access) is a great highlight of our Complex at Fireside at The Village.

The spa building is located in between our two buildings and features an Olympic size heated pool, separate Jacuzzi, changing rooms with separate sauna’s.

The upstairs features a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Relaxation Room with Fireplace, as well as Laundry facilities.

This is a great get away for the kids to go have some fun on their own with-out having to leave the grounds of the complex.

We are also directly across the street the Westin Hotel, which offers an incredible Happy / Appetizer Hour and Friendly Hosts.

In the Village one of our favorites, is The Side Door, a small tucked away spot with Crepes and Panini's as well as the Town's best selection of Wines from around the World.

Great location, great value, great owner, great manager

  • 4 of 5

Doug the owner and Dan the manager were incredible hosts. Very attentive and responsive to our needs. The property is a fantastic value with a great location just steps form the gondola. My only suggestion is that there is some deferred maintenance (e.g. light bulbs not working, bathroom doors that don't lock, heat that struggles on really cold nights) that could be addressed. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thank You for staying with us, as well as your kind comments, it was nice hosting your group. We look forward to your return soon. Dan & I did followed up on your feedback yesterday. We found that one of the energy efficient heaters that we recently installed was unplugged (behind the sofa). Also one of the lamps by same sofa was unplugged. We strive to be attentive to our guests needs and concerns. Therefor we did check all lamps, bulbs & outlets, door locks and aded another flat wall heater. While in town, I also added a flat screen T.V. to the loft and improved the entertainment selection via Amazon T.V. .We do also offer recommendations to use the multiple heating options, which include flat wall & base board heaters. In addition we recommend to also use the multiple fireplaces to maintain a comfy temperature throughout the three story condo. All guests may always feel free to offer us tips to improve their stay while in Mammoth Lakes. Best Of Life, Doug

Exactly what we needed

  • 5 of 5

We wanted a place for a bunch of us to be able to access the mountain easily. A few steps to the Village and you are on the gondola to Canyon Lodge. Great crash pad for those looking to spend most of the day on the slopes.

Great location for ski and snowboard holiday

  • 5 of 5

My family had a great time here. The condo featured indoor parking and an indoor swimming pool. It was a quick walk to the village (approximately 1 minute) where you could eat and shop. Additionally in the village you can catch the free gondola to the lodge for skiing and snowboarding. So easy. Would gladly stay here again.
