In the historic fishing district, fisherman's house completely renovated located on the port of the swell, VERY APPRECIABLE private parking near the house, quiet street, near concerts, exhibitions, restaurants, shops, the sea is 80 m, many activities. WIFI ACCESS. From 180 euros the weekend 2 nights. Tourist taxes 1,20 €. During the school holidays, we rent from Saturday to Saturday, I prefer that we communicate together before booking.
You have the possibility to rent bed linen, duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase, as well as towels and dish towels.
10 euros for 1 bed, 8 euros per person for towels.

La maison est bien placée dans une rue calme, prÚs des commerces. Par contre, elle a un sérieux besoin d'entretien voire de rénovation (ProblÚme de clé de porte d'entrée, de fermeture de volet, de forte odeur d'humidité au RDC, de fermeture de portes intérieures etc..) Il manque également des tapis à la sortie des douches.Certaines remarques ayant déjà été formulées auparavant par d'autres vacanciers.Merci à Maryse pour nous avoir accueillis et écouté nos remarques, en espérant qu'elles servent à améliorer le logement pour les futurs vacanciers.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens (rustikal aber wertig) ausgestattet und liegt in 5 Gehminuten zum Hafen/Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Wir haben uns (3 Personen) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus bietet Platz fĂŒr 7 Personen (1 Zimmer mit Hochbett fĂŒr zwei Kinder und 2 Zimmer fĂŒr 2 und 3 Personen).Es kann ein PKW-Parkplatz (100 Meter Fußweg) angemietet werden, was sehr zu empfehlen ist.Cancale erklĂ€rt sich eigentlich von selbst. Wir waren jetzt schon 4-mal dort und sind immer wieder begeistert.Unser nĂ€chster Urlaub dort ist fest geplant.

Maison du pĂȘcheur

Maison bien situĂ©e dans Cancale. Le parking pour 40€ la semaine a Ă©tĂ© bien apprĂ©ciĂ©. Dommage que les odeurs d'humiditĂ© prennent Ă  la gorge en entrant et persistent malgrĂ© fenĂȘtre ouverte en continu. Dommage que le lave linge Ă©tait en panne depuis...avant notre arrivĂ©e(pas prĂ©venus).Le lave vaisselle s'est "bouchĂ©" le jeudi. Serrure porte d'entrĂ©e Ă  revoir...fuite de la douche du 2Ăšme Ă©tage sur la chambre en dessous. Barbecue et salon de jardin inutilisables. Escaliers pas du tout pratique pour enfants et personnes qui ont des difficultĂ©s Ă  marcher. La maison a un besoin sĂ©rieux d'entretien et de rĂ©novation !!!

la WIFI annoncée n'a jamais marché et le loueur nous a ignoré aprÚs notre 2eme relance. Pas de tapis de bains dans les salles de bains. La fenetre de la cuisine séjour ne s'ouvre pas. ménage mal fait (derriere petits meubles et chevet de lit non fait). porte du WC au rdc ne ferme pas et porte d'entrée impossible de metre la clé. Parking, draps, serviettes payants. prix du ménage élevé....etc.

Points forts : emplacement, parking et trĂšs calme Description et photos Ă  mettre Ă  jour : il n’y a pas de bain Ă  remous ou spa (ce n’était pas dans nos critĂšres de sĂ©lection donc pas de soucis pour nous). AccĂšs au jardin difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultĂ©s Ă  monter ou descendre les marches, nous avons lu que des travaux Ă©taient prĂ©vus, ce point devrait donc ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©. Cette ancienne maison de pĂȘcheur a gardĂ© tout son charme et elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e lĂ©gĂšrement en retrait de l'animation du port. On a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour avec un temps magnifique. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, quartier calme mais Ă  proximitĂ© du quai trĂšs animĂ©. Le seul bĂ©mol pour des personnes d’un certain Ăąge ce sont les escaliers assez raides pour accĂ©der aux 1er et 2Ăšme Ă©tages. Mais c’est une maison ancienne qui mĂ©riterait peut ĂȘtre un entretien un peu mieux suivi.

Schöne Tage in der Bretagne

Cancale ist ein charmanter kleiner Ort und das HĂ€uschen in einer ruhigen, witzig dekorierten Parallelstraße zur Strandpromenade gelegen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet und liebenswert. Man muss schlank und gut zu Fuß sein, weil sich die RĂ€ume ĂŒber 3 Stockwerke verteilen und die Treppen eng sind. Derzeit gibt es eine Diskrepanz zum Inserat, weil Mr. Man eigentlich keine HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche mehr vermieten möchte. Das sollte man im Vorfeld abklĂ€ren. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Tage dort genossen.

Es hÀtte sehr schön sein könne - War es aber nicht

GrundsĂ€tzlich gut ausgestattetet, hĂŒbsches HĂ€uschen in guter, ruhiger (außer Fr u Sa) Lage. Aber: Nach 5 Min haben wir festgestellt, dass unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter tiefschwarze Knie vom Krabbeln auf dem KĂŒchenboden hatte. Also erstmal wischen. Danach haben wir gemerkt, dass das Babybett kaputt war (was wir zum GlĂŒck provisorisch herrichten konnten). Das Inlay vom Babystuhl war auch kaputt und verdreckt – Der Stuhl ohne Inlay leider zu groß. Auch einiges an Besteck und Geschirr war nicht sauber. FrĂŒh am nĂ€chsten Morgen (Baby) wollte ich mir einen Kaffee mit der Kapselmasche machen. Die war dann leider am Schimmeln. Weitere kleine Dinge waren nicht in Ordnung. Die grĂ¶ĂŸten Probleme (Dreck und kaputte Babysachen) haben wir dem Vermieter vermittelt. Dieser war immer Ă€ußerst nett, aber wenig hilfreich. Kurzfassung: Er hat uns unter anderem angeboten, dass die Dame, die uns in die Wohnung gelassen hat, nochmal vorbeikommt und das Babybett repariert und die Kaffeemaschine reinigt. Beides wurde nicht gemacht. Wir hatten irgendwann keine Lust mehr unsere wenig freie Zeit (Urlaub mit 3 Kindern inklusive Baby) mit E-Mails an den Vermieter zu verbringen. Dinge die in der Anzeige unserer Meinung nach falsch dargestellt werden: - MĂŒnzwaschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung. - Die Reinigung der Wohnung muss separat bezahlt werden. - BettwĂ€sche gab es nur ausnahmsweise und nach weiterer, separater Zahlung.

Bonjour, La location est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, dans le bas de Cancale et proche du port. Un trĂšs bon atout. TrĂšs bien accueillies par Maryse pour les clefs et bons contacts (mails, tĂ©lĂ©phone) avec Emmanuel, le propriĂ©taire. Remarques ceci dit sur 2 ou 3 points : la location de draps et linge de maison n'est plus d'actualitĂ©, les Ă©tages sont bien indiquĂ©s dans l'annonce, mais les escaliers ne sont vraiment pas faciles (Ă  Ă©viter pour des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite). Dernier point, le plus nĂ©gatif Ă  mon sens, c'est le jardin... L'annonce fait allusion Ă  5 marches... En fait, il est sur 2 niveaux... Il faut donc considĂ©rer que le jardin est au 1er Ă©tage, accĂšs Ă  une petite courette et le jardin lui-mĂȘme est Ă  effectivement 5 marches... C'est le cĂŽtĂ© nĂ©gatif. Il est important de la prĂ©ciser pour les prochains.

Ballade a la pointe du grouin Baignade pres de la maison de leo ferre . Visite a st malo. degustation fruits de mer principalement( huitres pinces de crabes bulots moules.....)sous le parasol dans le petit jardin du pecheur. GENIAL.
