Independent apartment in luxury villa for 4 guests, completely renovated with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Located in a Catalan village 7 km from Perpignan and 20 minutes from the beaches you can quickly radiate throughout the department.
The swimming pool, the outdoor pool house with summer kitchen and the fully wooded private garden, without vis-à-vis, with lounge and barbecue guarantee absolute calm and make this place a real haven of peace.

NB: The entire property is for the exclusive use of holidaymakers (owners absent) from 23/6/19 to 15/7/19 and from 10/8/19 to 31/8/19.
For other periods, the pool is shared with the owners (Flavie and Alberto, very discreet and little invasive)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment, voll ausgestattet und mit neuen Bädern. Dass die Toiletten nur eine Lamellentür , sondern eine Lamellentür bzw. einen Vorhang hat, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der blitzsaubere Pool entschädigt dafür, dass das Meer nur mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Die Gartenanlage ermöglicht den Aufenthalt in der Sonne und dem Schatten. Ausreichend Liegen mit Auflagen sind vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und da man Tür an Tür lebt, auch jederzeit erreichbar. Durch die gemeinsame Nutzung des Pools begegnet man sich regelmäßig, aber die Gastgeber ziehen sich dann auch wieder zurück. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in wunderbarer Umgebung.

Le manque de tact, s'il en est, se justifie quand des locataires mal élevés fouillent dans les endroits privés, invitent toute la famille sans autorisation et ne se gênent pas pour ouvrir des portes réservées et se servir ! A fuir !

Beautiful house in wonderful surrounding

We stayed 2 weeks in this nice house and beautiful surrounding. Flavie and Alberto made us feel very welcome and were very committed to make everything perfect. It was a stay with family involvement and we were also invited to the aperos Flavie and Alberto hosted for friends. Multi-cultural evenings with tasty appetizers, excellent wine and much fun. In the house we especially want to point out the very good matress and bed linen. Both is really high standard and also that we got linen for change. The pool is very nice and clean - the cleaning robot is in action about 1 - 2 hours a day and it's really fun getting some involuntary showers from time to time :-) The beautiful garden around the pool is shared with the hosts who live next door. There are many different possibilites to sit or relax. Parking is outside the property at the street. There was always enough space and it is a very quiet area which felt really safe. By the way, Flavie: We bought the beachchair you recommended and the white IKEA pillows to build a similar sunbed like you did at the pool. Many thanks for your kind help and advice! Thanks for all, Flavie and Alberto, and all the best for you!

Amazing stay in the south of France! 🇫🇷

Thank you for the great three weeks we spent in your apartment! We had such a lovely time during our stay. Everything was tidy and clean and we felt very comfortable. Flavi and Antonio were always obliged and willing to help. Although there were barriers due to language, we had a lot of fun with the landlords and the cat Poupa 😸 Moreover, we liked using the small terrace. We also suggest a short trip to Barcelona, it only takes about two hours by car. We would always come back! 🙂🌞

We hebben een week in dit verblijf doorgebracht. Heel sfeervol ingericht en gastvrije hartelijke eigenaren. Toen we een tandarts nodig hadden, werd dit heel snel en tot volle tevredenheid voor ons geregeld. Heel prettig!
