Ambiente cálido y relajante!

Villa "Kedros" es el escenario perfecto para disfrutar de una maravillosa estancia en el sur de Creta, a saber, el pintoresco pueblo de Kalamaki. La villa independiente (82 metros cuadrados) está a un pequeño paseo de 250 metros de la playa de Kalamaki.
Está rodeado por un jardín privado (400 metros cuadrados), cuya atracción principal es un árbol Cedrus que data de hace 200 años, que le dará sombra durante los días calurosos de nuestro hermoso verano griego.
La villa "Kedros" ofrece todas las instalaciones modernas combinadas con una decoración, diseño y estilo simples, lo que garantiza un ambiente cálido y relajante.
Las instalaciones incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor con un cómodo sofá en tonos tierra junto a una acogedora chimenea para las frías noches de invierno, TV y aire acondicionado.
La villa tiene 2 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con 2 camas individuales, 2 baños con ducha, lavadora y plancha.
También se proporciona un cómodo aparcamiento privado.

Very nice house with lovely garden, close to the beach

We, a group of 3 adults, very much enjoyed our stay with the sea view from the terrasse and the really nice garden. Communication was extremely quick and easy per mail and WhatsApp

Nice holidays in Villa Kedros !

Property is well equiped and maintained (kitchen, garden, air conditionned, washing machines, etc.). Pleasant terrace to take your breakfast or dinner. Personnalized welcome by the owner, who was available anytime to answer any question. Beds could be more comfortable but no big issue. The villa is close to the (large and nice !) beach, shops and restaurants (300m / 5min by foot). Surroundings: just behind the villa, there is a building which construction has apparently been abandonned (you may see it on the photos). But this does not seem unusual in the region... Overall we (parents with two young children) enjoyed 12 good days here ! :-)

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir hatten eine nette Begrüßung durch Marina. Sie brachte uns sogar Wein und Kaffee mit. In der Küche war Alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, waren sehr hilfreich. Sehr bepueme Betten! Das einzig Negative waren zwei undichte Fenster. Bei Sturm und Regen floss Wasser ins vordere Schlafzimmer und die Küche. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht getrübt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmals an Marina und Nadine

Magnifique logement

Très belle maisons, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Jardin et terrasse très agréables. Belles plages aux alentours, bons resto... Idéal pour des vacances reposantes et des baignades en eaux turquoises loin des flux touristiques. Par contre si vous cherchez des vacances actives et riches en visites, prévoyez un 4x4 et du temps pour les trajets laborieux !

Très bon séjour

Échanges rapides et amicaux avec Nadine disposée à toutes les explications. Accueil très chaleureux avec Marina ( même a 3 h du matin !). Elle nous a montré toute la maison et le jardin. Disponible au besoin, c’était très sympathique. En cas de bienvenue : de quoi faire des sandwichs , bière, vin ,eau et fruits . Vraiment très appréciable ! La maison correspond en tout point aux photos. Elle est charmante et calme. Quelques livres et télé ( en allemand).Lits confortables. Climatisation efficace.Jolie terrasse où il fait bon prendre le petit-déjeuner et le dîner avec une petite vue sur la mer. Transats dans le joli jardin pour la fin d’après-midi. Plage et commerces disponibles à pied . Une semaine réussie. Cordialement Valérie

Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Sie war bei Fragen immer für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. In dem Haus und dem Garten merkt man, dass sie viel Liebe hineingesteckt hat. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Es war alles tip-top sauber, quasi wie neu. Für uns war diese Unterkunft ideal. Die Kinder konnten im Garten (welcher eingezäunt ist) wunderbar spielen. Der Weg zum Meer war nicht weit. Danke Marina und Nadine für diese schöne Zeit!

Aufenthalt Villa Kedros, Neo Kalamaki

Ein wunderschönes Haus, um dort den Urlaub zu verbringen, Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf FeWo direkt, stimmen 100%ig überein. Bis zum Ortskern und zum beach sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke Marina für den perfekten Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bellissima casa in un'isola meravigliosa

Bellissima casa, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto, silenziosa: abbiamo dormito benissimo.! Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, la cucina era già fornita di generi di prima necessità, e a pochi passi c'è un negozio che ha un po' di tutto, aperto fino a tarda sera. 2 camere e 2 bagni, bella cucina, ampio salone, bellissimo patio per mangiare e riposare all'aperto, un giardino verde e molto curato. Posto auto ad uso esclusivo. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze per le sere più afose, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè espresso, tutto ben funzionante e facile da usare. La zona è molto tranquilla, e anche se intorno ci sono alcune case non finite e qualche terreno abbandonato, a meno di 200 metri c'è un bel lungomare, con aree attrezzate, ombrelloni e due sdraio a tre (tre!) euro a giornata, numerosi ristoranti di buona qualità, con pesce freschissimo (noi abbiamo mangiato molto bene da Georgos'). La spiaggia è spettacolare: lunga oltre tre km, c'è una parte attrezzata e una libera, nella quale si può anche praticare naturismo. L'ingresso in acqua può essere un po' complicato quando c'è forte vento per la presenza di alcune pietre, ma i tramonti sono bellissimi. Beautiful house, clean, furnished with great taste, very quiet: we slept very well.! Upon our arrival we were greeted with kindness, the kitchen was already stocked with basic necessities, and a few steps away there is a shop that has a bit of everything and is open until late in the evening. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a large living room, a beautiful patio for eating and resting outdoors and a green and well-kept garden. Parking space for exclusive use. Air conditioning in all rooms for the hottest evenings, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, all well functioning and easy to use. The area is very quiet, and even if around there are some unfinished houses and some abandoned land, less than 200 meters away there is a beautiful promenade, with equipped areas, umbrellas and 2 deckchairs for 3 (only 3,00!) Euros per day , numerous good quality restaurants, with very fresh fish (we ate very well at Georgos'). The beach is spectacular: over three km long, there is an equipped and a free part, where you can also practice naturism. Entering the water can be a bit tricky when there is strong wind due to the presence of some stones, but the sunsets are beautiful!

Superbe maison avec jardin magnifique !

Des vacances merveilleuses dont nous avions bien besoin . Kalamaki est une petite station balnéaire avec une très belle plage tranquille , un très joli front de mer ,de petits bars, restaurants, petite supérette de dépannage, le tout non loin de Matala plus festif. Nous étions avec nôtre fils de 17 ans et avions un peu peur qu'il s'ennuie, pas du tout! Un très grand merci à Marina qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et à Nadine. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances sereines. Kalamaki procède plein de loueur de véhicules pour compléter vos vacances par la découverte de la crête si vous le souhaitez. Encore merci !

Very beautiful house and gardens, very well equiped and well situated close the sea front.

All went to perfection from the beginning to the end of our stay. Marina and her husband were very welcoming and we settled in immediately in this lovely setting. Marina's great sense of decoration comes out in every detail in every room. Also, it was lovely to have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (a luxury for us 3, but we got used to it !!). All equipments work very well and are well thought. It is also nice to be so close to the taverns on the sea front, and yet slightly in the rear of the village, so it was very quiet and accessible. We found Cretan hospitality everywhere we went in the village of Kalamaki. And we also found a delicious bakery ! Thank you very much for everything and I really hope to stay in Kalamaki again in the near future.

Hervorragend, Entspannung pur!

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön, bis ins Detail mit viel Herzblut und Sorgfalt und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Die tolle ruhige Lage, der große Garten mit Ausblick, sowie die nahen Strände und vielfältigen Tavernen in Laufweite runden den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Vielen herzlichen Dank von Petra & Thorsten an Marina für die Gastfreundschaft und das "Rundum-Sorglos-Paket", das wir in der Villa vorfinden durften!

Wonderful

We spent great holidays in this beautiful and charmy house. The house itself is thoroughly maintained and very well equiped. The garden with a huge cedar tree and two terraces offers a marvellous place for relaxation. The house is very quiet while being within a relatively short walking distance from the beach and the village. The house is located in Southern Crete and allows to disover this wonderful region - Kamilari, Phaistos, Matala, Kommos, Zaros and many others. Marina, the owner, is very friendly and she took great care of us. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Villa Kedros - we did it again…

Da wir im vergangen Jahr einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Kreta verbringen durften, zog es uns auch dieses Jahr wieder nach Kalamaki. Für uns war von Anfang an klar, dass wir wieder in der Villa Kedros unseren Urlaub verbringen möchten und glücklicherweise konnten wir noch einen verfügbaren Zeitraum ergattern. Von Marina wurden wir wieder herzlich empfangen und wir freuten uns sehr sie wieder zu sehen. Bereits von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wieder wie Zuhause. Wie selbstverständlich konnten wir auch heuer wieder auf die hilfsbereite und herzliche Unterstützung von Marina & Nadine bereits im Vorfeld zählen – einen großen Dank dafür an euch beide! Marina informierte uns bereits vor unserer Reise über die vorgenommenen Renovierungen und getätigten Zubauten, dennoch trauten wir unseren Augen kaum, als wir bei unserer Ankunft den neu gestalten Garten (inkl. saftig grüner Wiese) sahen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch die Renovierung des bestehenden Badezimmers sowie des neu gebauten wirklich sehr großzügige Badezimmers. Mit ihrer Liebe zum Detail ist es Marina gelungen, die Villa noch gemütlicher und einladender zu machen, als man es für möglich halten möchte. Nach 14 wundervollen Tagen voller Entspannung, gutem Essen und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen war es an der Zeit schweren Herzens wieder die Heimreise anzutreten. Wir können auch dieses Mal von Herzen sagen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden… Greetings, Michaela & Thomas PS: Dear Marina, we have to thank you for so many things. First we want to thank you and George for the amazing party in Kamilari. We enjoyed the evening – it was such a pleasure! Everytime we look at the present it reminds us of our wonderful holidays at Villa Kedros. We hope to see you and your lovely family again…

Best house in the village

We are a family with small children and enjoyed very much our stay in Villa Kedros. Marina was super helpful with all we needed and went out of her way to make us feel at home!! The garden is fantastic for the kids to play, the house is very close to the seafront and all amenities are close by. Super quiet and relaxed. We highly recommend this property for peace and quiet.

Très belle location

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa 2 semaines du 08 au 22 octobre 2016. Le temps était tout simplement parfait, du soleil tout le temps et des températures entre 25 et 29°C. La villa est très bien équipée (il ne manque rien), conforme au descriptif et photos et décorée avec gout. Un grand merci à Marina et Nadine pour leur formidable accueil, leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Christian et Véronique

Villa Kedros – Erholung pur ab der ersten Minute

Gut einen Monat nach unserem Urlaub sind wir noch immer ganz begeistert und denken wehmütig an unsere Zeit in der Villa Kedros in Kalamaki / Kreta zurück. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, sodass man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt. Ohne weiteres kann man die Seele auf der gemütlichen Terrasse baumeln lassen oder auch zum nahegelegenen Strand (fußläufig ca. 3 Minuten) spazieren. Ebenso in der Nähe zum Haus findet man einige tolle Restaurants wo man bei wirklich sehr gutem Essen den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen kann. Wir verbringen jeden unserer Sommerurlaube in Appartments oder Ferienhäuser auf einer der vielen griechischen Inseln und waren dieses Mal vom Angebot wirklich überwältigt – unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die herzliche und unkomplizierte Unterstützung durch Marina und Nadine, die sich bereits im Vorfeld um all unsere Fragen gekümmert haben und uns auch bei der Anmietung eines Mietautos (zu einem unschlagbaren Preis) behilflich waren. Villa Kedros – wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und hoffen für uns, dass die Villa noch lange Zeit ein Geheimtipp bleiben wird!!  PS: Dear Marina, thanks a lot for the great holidays at Villa Kedros, the tasty Olive Oil and the lovely present you gave us!! Die Villa Kedros ist ein echter Geheimtipp!

Die Villa Kedros ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die es ruhig aber luxuriös mögen: Der große Garten mit den beiden Sitzplätzen für vormittags und nachmittags, das saubere, gemütliche Haus, in dem man auf keinen Komfort verzichten muss und die Lage (Meer, Strandpromenade, Geschäfte, Restaurants nur einen Steinwurf entfernt) sorgen für einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub. Zudem ist Marina die perfekte Gastgeberin, die mit Liebe zum Details aus der Villa Kedors ein wahres Schmuckstück gemacht hat.
