This apartment was a little mean

This apartment had a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed Roses. However the property itself was lacking a little bit. First of all, the address that we were provided was the street behind the building and we had a frustrating time finding the property manager to check in. In the unit, which was clean, electrical outlets everywhere, but no reading lights were provided. A floor lamp in the living room did not have light bulbs in it. The single sized bed linens were extremely worn and the sheets popped off of the single bed mattresses. My last issue was that there were 4 of us and only 2 bath towels were provided. I contacted the owner and was informed that only linens are provided, not towels. My expectation with VRBO is that I'm staying in a fully equipped home, not camping. Overall, somewhat disappointed in this place.

First inform you that the apartment we are renting for the first time and has cast a complete refurbishment, new furniture, new linens, new appliances, etc. so it could not be that they were worn sheets when purchased new bedding for rental season. Bath towels not provide for issue of hygiene think it is something intimate and we prefer that guests bring, still apply if we deliver without any charge. The apartment can enter through two streets and the management is very important that you check a map before coming to have located the route to follow. Even that was difficult for you to find, at all times we provide our help, every 20 minutes you had a new question and I sent messages to help her, did not know where to throw the trash and told him to have a trash can next to the apartment two nights stayed and had two rolls of toilet and you wanted more, went to bring more rolls of toilet still not spent it, he approached the car her husband in my car because I was away, etc were friendly and we have always been there to solve your problem and still feel you are not happy, we also think we missed a thank you and a smile, a friendly guest is also nice to have in our apartment.

Beach Apartment with beautiful views

The apartment was extremely convenient to the beautiful beach of Roses and specifically Canyelles. The apartment was clean and the modern decor was extremely nice. They have a wonderful terrace with hammock that the children enjoyed. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. The apartment does easily sleep five, but at times it felt a little cramped with all of us. Also, the kitchen lacks an oven, so that might be important to those who want to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.
