WITH TOTALLY INDEPENDENT ACCESS Comfortable cottage (classified 3 *) located on the ground floor of the owner's house with a wide view of the town and the vineyards of Marcillac-Vallon.
Need calm and rest at the cottage of the rising sun you will find a pleasant stopover place to rest and appreciate this charming village in the heart of the vineyards located between Rodez and Conques. Provided with central heating for the cooler seasons it is open all year round.
Passionate about hiking you can discover charming villages such as: St Austremoine, St Jean le cold, Salles la Source without forgetting Conques and its abbey church and its famous stained glass windows.
Towns and sites steeped in history are essential: Conques, Belcastel, Rodez, the canyon of Bozouls, St Come d'Olt, St geniez, Estaing, Espalion, the lava flow of Roquelaure, the Aubrac plateaux, Roquefort ....

Lieu paisible et reposant

Location dominant un très joli village, en bordure de forêt, avec le chant des oiseaux, de jolies balades à faire tout autour. Nous avons apprécié la gastronomie de l'Aveyron et du bon vin de Marcillac. Et puis ce qu'il faut souligner, c'est l'accueil très chaleureux voire amical des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé quinze jours en Aveyron et avons apprécié la location: Très bon accueil avec de gentilles attentions (confitures et légumes du jardin), Très bien équipé, Jolie vue sur le vallon, le marché du dimanche matin est super, la piscine de Marcillac est agréable et chauffée. Notre chien a été accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nos vacances 2021 en Aveyron

Location très bien située, facile pour l'accès a pieds à tous les commerces; La location possède tout le matériel nécessaire, même beaucoup trop, on ne se sert à peine de la moitié des choses. Nous avions emmené notre lapin nain qui a bien apprécié le jardin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Rien à dire. Séjour très agréable, beaucoup de belles visites a faire autour.

Une super semaine dans ce gite, une vue magnifique, un gite complet dans lequel il ne manque rien! Idéalement situé pour rayonner du Cantal à Millau, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires. Cette location est simple et jolie,dans une rue pavillonnaire pratique car elle est située tout près du superbe village, possibilité de faire ses courses en descendant à pieds, une belle vue depuis la terrasse.Il y a tout l'équipement necessaire. Les propriétaires sont gentils et discrets et l'accès à l'appartement discret également. Les visites et promenades sont nombreuses et la localisation de Marcillac permet de rayonner agréablement. Une belle opportunité pour découvrir l'Aveyron, ses beaux paysages, son histoire, sa gastronomie ....

Un appartement coquet, lumineux, décoré avec goût et soin, idéalement situé en hauteur avec une vue magnifique sur le village. On y trouve également tout le confort, les appareils sont simples à utiliser, la cuisine fonctionnelle. superbes vacances en famille

Nous sommes venus en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et tout était parfait, que ce soit l'accueil, les équipements, la vue depuis le gîte, et la région très intéressante. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont mis à l'aise, on avait presque l'impression d'être chez soi !! A bientôt je l'espère en Haute-Savoie.
