For holidays with family or friends, this beautiful flat with air-conditioning is just a stone's throw from Agay's sandy beach. Furnished and equipped for 5 people, it comprises a living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofa and armchairs, TV and internet box. A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) plus a single bed on the mezzanine, a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200). There is a bathroom, separate toilet and a lovely east-facing terrace with an electric awning. This terrace features a plancha grill with a view of the Esterel, ideal for cooler afternoons and evenings in summer. The flat is rented with a numbered private parking space in the residence. The sandy Lido beach is just 150m from the residence, as are all the shops and restaurants. St Raphaël town centre is 12km away, easily accessible by car, bus or even train (TER). The residence is very popular with families, for its calm and the beauty of its grounds. Its location just a stone's throw from the beach makes it the ideal place for a relaxing or active holiday, with something for everyone.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Appartementanlage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein kleiner Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Es gibt Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Check-in-Vorgang war etwas holprig, man sollte auf jeden Fall den Vermieter vor der Anreise anrufen. Die Ferienwohnung ist Sauber und sehr gut gelegen, ca. 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung in Agay verbracht. Die Wohnung hat genug Platz für fünf Personen, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Hervorzuheben sind auch die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, der Balkon und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Bis zum Strand und Pool sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Lage ist super, um die Küste der Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Dir nicht von Agay ist perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Wasser fällt flach ab und ist sehrvklar. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Agay.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in gepflegter Anlage

Wir haben den Urlaub in Agay sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Das Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, es ist modern und funktional, dazu komfortabel mit Klimaanlage und Balkon. Es gibt auch einen gemeinschaftlichen Pool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einwandfrei und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Zum Meer sind es von der Anlage nur wenige Schritte, der Sandstrand und das Wasser laden zum Genießen ein. Der kleine Ort bietet an der Promenade eine Reihe von Geschäften, Restaurants und Snack-Bars, Bäckerei, Eisdiele - perfekt für den täglichen Bedarf und zum abendlichen Flanieren. Von hier aus lässt sich die gesamte Cote d`Azur gut erkunden, insbesondere das nahegelegene St. Raphael und Fréjus, aber auch die gesamte Küste von St. Tropez bis Cannes. Mit dem Auto sollte man unbedingt die Küstenstraße nehmen und den Blick auf Meer und Boote, rote Felsen, Palmen und Pinien genießen - ein wunderbares Erlebnis!
