Great location!

  • 4 of 5

The location is perfect. Beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. Very close to Haleiwa. Beach towels and swimming gear was a plus. Access to the washer and dryer was very useful. The kids will have a blast! The only thing that needs improvement is the restroom. It could use an upgrade.

Will 100% stay here again! House had everything we needed and more.

  • 5 of 5

Josh was great. We explained how we liked our privacy on our vacation and he 100% respected our wishes. The house had everything. Pots, pans, shampoo, soap, towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, condiments, laundry soap, bathroom spray lol you name it the house provided it. Nice private patio with couches, a table, BBQ, outdoor shower and washer/dryer. The rooms stayed cool with the windows open and fans on at night. If the living room got a little warm we just sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the ocean and cool breeze. We rented a car and explored the island. The beach was the backyard and was just a few steps down from the patio. The waves are shore breakers but a lot of fun for big kids. Waimea bay was just a 3-4 minute drive away. There is a food store about the same distance down the road. The backyard beach was very private and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we never seemed crowded. There was also a hose for your feet that you could wash the sand off your feet after walking the beach even though getting sand inside was inevitable but a broom and a vacuum was provided. The house was great!!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Beautiful location on the beach!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I really enjoyed the beach house. All the amenities were there inside and outside! Plenty of water gear for entire family. Boogie boards/snorkel gear/ sand toys/ water shoes etc.... enough for everyone! Great location for getting to Dole Plantation and Polynesian Cultural Center quickly but if you prefer to stay at home enjoy watching surfers from the convenience of your lanai all day long! The house had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen! Really handy to have ice maker in the Fridge. They even had puzzles, books, duplos (kids legos) for the young ones. This is a quiet neighborhood where you feel totally relaxed but at the same time lots of great places to see and go eat within minutes!

October dream vacation! Sound of the waves lulled us to sleep.

  • 4 of 5

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a bonus. The steps down to the beach were too steep for my older parents but the walk to the beach was short. The lanai was the perfect spot for watching surfers and padflebosrfers.

The beds and furniture were comfortable.

Perfect for a large group. We were 9. 2 kitchens with 2 dishwashers and plenty of dishes and pots/pans.

They provided water shoes which was a nice touch as well as boards and towels.

Nothing fancy but just what you need to enjoy the paradise that is Hawaii!!

Great property, great beach, worked great for our family!

  • 4 of 5

Our family stayed at this property while we took a family vacation over Christmas & New Year's and this house allowed us to all stay together. We had 8 adults and 2 very small children and enjoyed how easy it was to play on the beach but then take a few steps and be back in the house for the kid's naps. We appreciated being able to use the snorkels, fins and body boards. We had a few small issues, but the manager took care of what he could without interrupting our stay and I'd expect him to resolve the others in the near future.

Amazing family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

As a family reunion of sorts, our family decided to meet in Hawaii. Since it was the first trip to Hawaii for all of us, we couldn't decide between a military hotel, with separate rooms, in Waikiki or a beach front home, all under one roof. We chose the beach house and were extremely happy with the decision. We loved being able to walk out the door and then a few steps to the beach. The kids had so much fun with the surfboards, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear provided. We enjoyed bar-b-qs and outside dining on the lanais. The sunsets were peaceful and breathtaking. The house was stocked with everyday living items like towels, dishes, washer & dryer, and laundry detergent. There was only one room with an air conditioner, which we were concerned about, but a nice cool breeze blows through when the windows are open. There was one day that it was a bit warm and stuffy in the house but nothing that a walk on the shore or a dip in the beach wouldn't cool off. An outside shower is available to rinse the sand off before entering the house.

The North Shore offers a lot of small town charm and less hustle and bustle of heavy tourist areas. The beach house gave us privacy, close family time, and immediate beach access. This was the type of Hawaii vacation we were looking for. We would definitely book this home again.
