Beautiful farmhouse on a 4000 m2 terrain planted with large trees (olive trees, green and white oaks, italian cypress), swimming-pool, pool-house and shaded terraces.

Nestled near the typical provençal village of Rognes.

Three ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 6 persons.

Welcome at La Maison Provence where you can still sense the soul and character of this lovely Provencal farmhouse.

Spacious, green, calm, intimate, refined decoration and high-quality furnishing (l'Occitane bathrooms amenities), it all comes together for revitalizing stay in one of the most beautiful regions in France.

The charm of the place and exceptional comfort adds to a fantastic location in the heart of Provence.

The garden is a magnificent 4000 m2, filled with greenery, surrounded by large trees, where a beautiful pool is sheltered from view.

Entering the house, which is very open to outdoors, you find lovely large spaces and modern decor, with a soft and soothing country chic style.

-Large living-space with a living-room, chimney, lenghtened by a covered terrace.

-American kitchen fantastically equipped open onto another terrace.

-Double-bedroom with queen-size ( 160X200) and ensuite shower-room. Air-conditionning.

-Ensuite double-bedroom with king-size bed (180X200) My bed by Sofitel, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, view of the garden and swimming-pool

-Children's bedroom with double-bedroom (140X200), air conditioning and view of the garden and swimming-pool.

-TV corner for the kids. Nintendo WII U playstation, babyfoot, ping-pong.

The beds are freshly made on arrival.

Weekly housekeeping is included with free cleaning on wednesday every week.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir haben eine fantastische Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus im Juli 2024 verbracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und viel Abwechslung für die Kinder angefangen beim großen Pool über Trampolin und Tischkicker bis hin zum Tischtennis. Bei Check-in wartete eine kühle Flasche Roséwein auf uns sowie frisches Obst, Salat, Tomaten und ein paar Snacks für einen guten Start in die Urlaubswoche. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique maison au sein des coteaux d Aix en Provence. Parfaitement située pour visiter les villages du Luberon, les vignobles Aixois, et tous les trésors provençaux, et la magnifique d Aix. Beautiful Luberon Property

We had a fabulous two-week stay in this lovely property. The house is well appointed and decorated with great taste. The bathrooms are brilliant - top quality showers, lighting and fixtures. Great high-quality mattresses throughout, AC in the bedrooms, huge garden, lovely salt water pool. All in all perfect. You do need a car to get to any shops, nothing within walking range, but the nearby village has a great bakery, some restaurants and bars and a charming market twice a week. Our hosts were available and supportive throughout.

Magnifique propriété - excellentes prestations

Très belle villa. Décoration très raffinée. Très bien équipée (cuisine…). Recommandations très claires et livret très complet. Havre de paix, maison au calme. Très beaux espaces extérieurs et parfaitement aménagés. Propriétaires très attentionnés et soucieux du bien être des locataires. Je recommande cette villa à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un joli moment de détente dans un endroit simple et luxueux à la fois.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Provence

Perfection in Provence

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was beyond our expectation. It's location made it easy to get to many of the small towns. We were able to walk to a winery nearby. The home is well maintained and the furnishings comfortable and is large enough to afford privacy for everyone. The outdoor sitting areas are lovely and the pool sparkling. The kitchen is well equipped complete with an espresso maker. The owner wanted to know what kind of espresso we wanted, I indicated that we did not drink espresso and she was very accommodating by providing us with a regular coffee maker. The bedrooms are large and the house is bright and airy. Alfresco dining off the kitchen was a delight in the evenings. I wish I could give this property a 10-star rating. We did a private wine tasting with lunch in a vineyard and a private olive oil tasting complete with a look at how the olives were processed. Lavender fields in this area are not as abundant but those we saw were colorful. All-in-all a wonderful location to visit and a beautiful home to stay in. It is truly "perfection in Provence"!
