The apartment is located in the middle of summer resort of Kokkini Hani, close to amenities, ideal for couples or families. Only 100 meters away from the sandy beach. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine, furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the garden. Supermarkets are open until very late at night, for shoping and cooking meals and breakfast.

The apartment was very clean. The bedroom has one full/double bed. There are two single/twin beds in the living room. We met Manolis the host. He was very accommodating. My daughters and I had a very relaxing time.

Nice place, nice people

Nice property perfect for 2 people to be comfortable, more would be a little cramped. Good central location for exploring Crete. Beach just down the road several shops and restaurants in walking distance. But I strongly recommend a rental car to make the most of Crete. The owners are lovely people, nothing but polite and welcoming.

Worth a visit and stay

It was a great apartment and the owner was very nice and helpful. We had everything we needed and whenever we had questions we didn't have to hesitate to ask the owner. A clean apartment. Calm and enough space for 4 people. We were 3 and it was perfect. Close to the beach. Nice destination to the airport and Heraklion very easy to reach things by bus.

Excellent place 100% recommended

Excellent apartment for a couple like us. We were there during Easter, so we didn't visit the beach, which is not far away. The owner is super friendly and attentive. Clean, comfortable place for a few day's holidays, 12minutes far from the city centre by car. Parking is not a problem, btw. Thanks for all, Mr. Kapsetakis!

Small clean place in a beach neighborhood

We were met by our pleasant host and given clear directions about the place itself and how to get to local attractions. We were surprised there were no cookware at all, although provided a convenient oven and 2 burner stovetop. The clothes washer worked well. And having parking at the grocery next door was very convenient.

grocery store next door, loud in am with deliveries, shower water pressure low & terrible, bed mattress uncomfortable. no extra blankets, airplane path, so noise 6am - 11 pm.

Thank you for your feedback, I hope that overall apart from these minor issues you enjoyed your stay with us. I was expecting a "thank you" from both of you, for the time i had spented to find a proffessinal cook for cooking lessons. I am proffessional host and i try my best for our customers, which you can see it in the previous comments. I have accommodated dozens of couples and families without a single complaint so far. As for the super market it is not next to our property, there is another complex of apartments between us and the supermarket. You write no extra blankets, i do not provide blankets in the summer, during your stay temperature was over 35c, i provide bed linnen, bed cover and towels. Water pressure is high and I found out on your departure day that you had blocked the spiral of the shower. I provide new and comfortable mattress. It's clear in the descritpion of the property that the apartments are in the center of the village and 10 kilometers from Heraklion airport. The air runway is above the sea and not above the village. We hope that one day you will "enjoy" your future holidays.

Because you had a dog, it was impossible to stay in a ground floor apartment, since the next guests were allergic to dogs, you also agreed on the day of your arrival for a first floor apartment, more expensive, without charging you the difference in price. During your stay, your son was in the garden every day, so you did not see the garden only from above, the garden is for all our guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped, as I refer to in the description of the property. The planes pass in the distance over the sea, not directly above the apartment, and our guests find the area very quiet. It was clear from the beginning that this destination was not exactly what you were looking for and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben die zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen! Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht, Geschäfte, Tavernen etc. Ist aber nicht so von Touristen überlaufen wie andere Orte. Die Wohnung entspricht dem griechischen Standard, ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und funktionell. Die Appartmentanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und man daher gut den Wein auf der Terrasse genießen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht auch Deutsch und Englisch und macht seinen Job professionell.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Kokkini Hani. Das Apartment, wir waren im 1. Stock mit Balkon, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad zwar sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen ist alles völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einen schönen Strand, Mitsis Rinela Beach, erreicht man zu Fuß nach 10 Minuten. Manolis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Joli studio proche de la mer

A environ 8 km de Héraklion, très propre, plage à 100 m; commodités à proximité. En revanche, la proximité de l'aéroport rend le coin plutôt bruyant. Comme nous nous sommes beaucoup promenés, dans la journée il n'y avait pas de problème; en revanche les approches des avions toutes les 5 à 10 min jusqu'à minuit et plus et à partir de 6 hs ou moins chaque matin rendaient les nuits plutôt courtes.

Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Vermieter hat uns persönlich an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und alles erklärt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Zentral gelegen mit Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Bäckerei und Busstation vor der Tür. Keine 100 Meter bis zum Strand.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Manolis in Kokkini Hani. Dir Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei mit Manolis. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super séjour en Crête !!

Manolis est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. Il est de très bon conseil. La location est bien située, bien equipée et propre. Si vous avez des questions, n hesitez pas et faites appel à Manolis. Allez manger à la "Taverna Pratsinis" située a une cinquantaine de mètres de la location, c est bon, pas très cher et ils sont super gentils.
