Gulf View Condominiums so close to the action you can taste it!! It is right where all the happenings occur. The new 'Hang Out' Bar and Restaurant is just 3 blocks to walk to. This property is located just across the street from the Best Western Motel and Restaurant with deeded beach access right by the Best Western on the Gulf side of the Beach Road. You simply cross the beach road to go to the beach. It has a nice pool and grilling areas located at Gulf View Complex for your enjoyment.

This unit is Town home style with 2 levels: the Laundry Room to the right as you walk through the front door. The Laundry Room has large capacity washer and separate large capacity dryer for your convenience.

Immediately to your left of the front door are the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the wonderful salt air and beautiful view! A full private bathroom is located in the hallway between the Master Bedroom and the Guest Bedroom with a tub and shower combo to be shared.

As you pass the Laundry Room on the first level, the fully loaded kitchen is on your right. The Kitchen bar opens into the Dining Room with the Living Area on the far end. The Living Area is equipped with a large TV that has DVD/VCR.

You will love the professionally decorated unit that plays off your yellows and reds. It is very bright, cheerful and beachy.

There are numbered spaces available with covered parking and plenty additional parking is available if needed.

There is a large, nicely kept up pool for your enjoyment. All the lounge furniture is furnished at the pool. Just bring your beach towel and swim suit. On the ground floor level are three separate areas for your barbecue grilling pleasure, all have seating near them to stick around and smell the wonderful food. Please clean after use. Pets allowed with pet fee.

Just walk across the street to the deeded beach access. Gulf view Condos are right across from the Best Western Pancake House and Motel located on the Beach side of the Beach Road.

Leave your cares at home and live a little -- let's say a lot!

This area is known as 'Golf Heaven' if you are an avid golfer. Addictive shoppers are in their element when they tour Tanger Outlets Mall. The young and young at heart find 'Waterville' and various amusement parks, as well as go-cart riding, mini-golf, and movie theaters for enjoyment. Fabulous restaurants are all around. You must visit 'The Wharf' and experience some of the up and coming happenings. There is plenty of fun for all ages.

Gulf View #8 Just a walk across the street to the beach!!

We have stayed in this unit before and we loved it! So we knew what we were getting before hand. Everything was clean, everything and more was in the kitchen, I personally LOVE having a washer and dryer!! So that was wonderful!! I appreciate that they leave a few days of supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. And for someone to help with selecting a place to stay, eat and selections for things you CANNOT beat ALICIA!! She is wonderful! Very friendly and eager to please. We have a small maltese and she even enjoys this place!! Also you can't beat the price and I have checked!! So thank you for our WONDERFUL VACATION!! God Bless!!

Enjoyed our stay but condo condition was a little disappointing

Let me start out by saying we enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. No real issues there.

When we arrived, the floor had not been cleaned. There was a lot of sand on the floor as well as some food. I swept up and entire dust pan of sand and food bits. The air vents had lots of dust on them as well as the ceiling fans had caked dust on the blades. The faucet in the sink upstairs had obviously not been cleaned very well in a while. I wish I could post photos as I have plenty to show the condition. Also, the condo needs some repair work. Many cracks in the walls, baseboards, etc. that need repair. Granted, these did not affect our stay, but was disappointed in the condition of the unit when we arrived.
