Magnifica y amplia villa ubicada en la bella localidad de Alhaurín el Grande, a muy corta distancia del aeropuerto internacional de Málaga y las mejores playas de la provincia. La casa dispone de tres amplios dormitorios, uno de matrimonio que ademas cuenta con sofá cama, un segundo dormitorio también con cama de matrimonio y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas literas más una cama supletoria. Amplísimo salón comedor, cocina independiente, dos cuartos de baño, uno de ellos en suite, y un espectacular porche con vistas al campo, a la piscina y a la Sierra de Mijas. La casa esta totalmente equipada, dispone de aire acondicionado, así como calefacción central mediante caldera y radiadores. Zona de aparcamiento cubierto para varios vehículos. Una fantástica barbacoa cubierta con una gran mesa central, despensa, plancha, frigorífico, etc. Piscina de 9 x 4. Cuarto de baño con ducha en la zona de la piscina.
En la zona de jardín hay zona de juego para los niños con columpios y portería y una mesa de pin pon en el porche.

Excellent peaceful getaway

The villa is set in quiet countryside, with wonderful views and a great pool. It is well equipped and Juan was easy to deal with, messaging via WhatsApp as soon as our initial booking was made and just prior to arrival to Confirm check-in arrangements. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Lovely Villa

The Villa is well equipped for a family holiday. It is well maintained and there is plenty to do - excellent pool and pool house, table tennis and green area for ball games etc. The owners are really helpful and reply quickly to any questions. The bedrooms are lovely and large and kitchen had everything we needed.The town is a few minutes drive away where it was easy to park and find many great places to eat out. A great place for a relaxing family holiday.

Nice House

Very nice House and host. Always friendly and helpfull if any questions. Pool area has been renewed since the pictures. The small Water Fall is gone and Stones around the pool has been replaced with Wood alike planks. Pool and pool area was very clean and ready for use when we arrived. The inside of the House was also very clean and you Will find whatever you need in the kitchen. We Can only recommend this House and host.

Fantastic Villa with excellent facilities!

Great villa exactly as described, fantastic amenities and lots for the kids to do. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as the Villa is a good 5 mins drive from the bars and restaurants. Juan was a godsend and there to assist with any queries we had. The villa catered for all ages but was especially great for kids with all the little additional touches, plastic cutlery, glasses and plates etc. A good DVD range and board games meant there was always something to do even on the one cloudy day we had. The kitchen had all the modcons meaning that mealtimes were super easy even for 10 of us! Fantastic holiday all round will definitely book again.

Fantastic, relaxing stay

We absolutely loved this property, particularly the terrace and pool which were beautiful and extremely relaxing. Could do with a little TLC around the outdoor kitchen area which had potential to be a great selling point but left us a little disappointed, broken furniture, damaged sun loungers, gas hob being disconnected as examples. The indoor kitchen however was very well equipped with everything you could need. Juan was very helpful when we reported the boiler had gone down, fixed at earliest opportunity. The lack of hot water was a problem when we had additional guests staying with us. Juan also took great pride in making sure the pool was clean and maintained for our entire three week stay! Our little one absolutely loved playing there all day. We were gutted to have to leave and would love to come back next summer

Living in partnership with ants

There is a serious ants problem. Ants circulate almost everywhere: in kitchen cabinets on the counter in the bathroom, and even in bedrooms. Problems in the sewage pipes. Water in the shower does not descend and cause flooding. The kitchen sink is barely clogged with water. The landlord tried to fix the problem but it did not help much. He asked us not to spill coffee into the sink. Also the toilet paper after use is forbidden to throw into the trash. Hot water is not in sequence. It takes about 2 minutes until hot water comes out and then they continue to flow for a minute until they return to be cold and back again. A rickety dirt road of 1 km from the main road to the house. There are no garbage bins for evacuation outside the house. You have to drive 2 kilometers from home get rid of the garbage. Tumble dryer - not dryer. The owner says laundry can be hung on the line. Close to the house locate doghouse. Sometimes they bark in the middle of the night and wake you up from sleep.

Nice property, but a complete let down

The property was advertised with aircon. This didn’t work in the master bedroom and although we reported it straight away was not fixed for the entire stay. So we didn’t have a good night sleep in two weeks. Totally unacceptable. However this wasn’t the only problem or irritation. The hot water system is terrible it didn’t work at all when we arrived but this was fixed quickly. However even when fixed it was unacceptable taking up to 10 mins from when you turn the shower on to when the hot water arrives!! There were lots of other issues too. The master bedroom stank of drains when we arrived. Seemingly this was because previous visitors flushed paper down the loo. Not sure if this is true or not. The smell came and went with no obvious reason. The drain in the shower had a non fitting cover which was a serious slip hazard. The other shower the handles fell of the door. Many wardrobes did have all the handles and the towel holder fell apart if you breathed on it. The main double bed is two singles which are not attached so slide apart in the night if you go over the middle. The air con (the bits that do work) is on a timer so it turns off every 2 hours. However you can change this setting in the fuse box thankfully. The state of the kitchen equipment was another serious let down. Everything is in poor condition from knives that have broken handles and are not sharp, a broken corkscrew, there were only 3 bowls when we arrived and one of those cracked in the dishwasher. Juan did get us some more but everything re plates cups Bowles glasses, wine glasses, utensils etc was in a bad state many of them are damaged and need replacement. None of it matches, it looks like a collection of left over bits and pieces. The sink was blocked and the plug didn’t even fit. The iron didn’t work and the washing line had 2 of its for lines missing, no problem there was a drying rack, but this had been repaired and was in danger of falling apart. There is a table tennis table but this has a massive crack in it, which I was worried my kids would make worse (thankfully the didn’t). The pool area has been improved since the pictures were taken but there is no privacy around the pool, some screening would have been nice ax you can very easily see the neighbours drive by ( the neighbours all have some sort of screening around their pools). At least 2 of the 4 the sun loungers gets are falling apart and not safe. More issues but I have run out of space. WASP PROBLEM

Villa Ana was the perfect vacation home for us!

The house is located very private and has the most amazing views! The children and my husband and I enjoyed most of the ones that were outside by the pool with amazing scenery. The decoration and furniture are well maintained. This really made the experience complete! Also, everything was only a few minutes away by car and, when we wanted to have a drink, the taxi trips could easily be ordered. Thanks to Juan, we knew where to find the best restaurants and they were all very good and very close. The welcome was warm and the operation of the house was explained in detail in English and in a very friendly manner. Also during our stay, Juan and his team remained attentive and professional for all our questions and wishes. We hope to return here again in the future!

Paceful holidays in a wonderful place

You should go to Villa Esperanza for having a good time with your partner or family! I wanted to spend a disconnect vacation with my husband and it could not be better. It is a clean house in a quiet and paceful place, the views are really awesome and the treat by the owners is excellent! I recommend you go there to spend your holidays, we have enjoyed a lot!

Nice holidays in an amazing village

I have been on holidays with my family from June 30 until July 7. It’s a place which offers peace and tranquility. In addition, the house is very well connected with the main towns and the capital. We have visited Marbella and Ronda. My children have had a great time, thanks to all the space they had to play. Thank you very much for the good treatment, we will see you next summer!

Excellent !!! Des vacances au top dans une superbe

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa (3 adultes, 2 enfants) et nous n'en retenons que du positif. La propriété a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Très bien équipée (y compris tout ce qu'il faut pour un bébé) et très bien entretenue, on a vraiment apprécié le confort que la villa offrait. Les fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires nous ont permis de laisser entrer l'air et de rester à l'abri des moustiques durant tout notre séjour. Les salles de bains et cuisines sont fonctionnelles et présentent tout le nécessaire. Et bien sûr, la piscine... nous avons adoré ! La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la région tout en étant au calme. Le village, avec tout type de commerces, est tout proche. La plage est très accessible, tout comme les villes, villages et attractions touristiques aux alentours. De plus, le propriétaire, Juan, a mis tout en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour parfait ! Très sympathique, disponible, à l'écoute et très arrangeant, il a sans aucun doute contribué à la réussite de nos vacances ! Merci encore, Juan !! Bref, une super expérience ! Nous recommandons cette propriété et espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour.

very nice and rally quiet place

We' ve booked this house for 1 weeks from feb 4th to 11th. It is a very nice and really quiet place with everything you need spending a great vacation. The landlord where we ' ve booked were very nice and helpful. We were allowed to reap fruits from the yard. It was great. Grocery stores like mercadona, Aldi and Lidl were to be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It is a great starting point for activities and to go to all directions of Andalucia. We've had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

Rummelig, veldisponeret, høj vedligeholdelses stan

Skønt hus liggende 20 min fra Malaga lufthavn. Huset har en fantastisk beliggenhed på en bjergtop, så der er ingen forstyrrelser fra naboer og udsigten er bjergtagende hele dagen. Logistikken fungerede godt fra første færd, men vil anbefale at man bliver hentet på Repsol tanken som tilbudt. Det fungerede godt. Der er 3 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser. Alt tænkeligt udstyr i huset og en super lækker terrasse med forskellige bordopstillinger til dagens måltider. Kan varmt anbefales.

A Touch of Class

Not our first time at this villa, but each time we revisit, it gets better and better. A stunning piece of architecture is continually being enhanced by the maturing gardens, which also provide shade, tranquility and a moving backdrop to the uninterrupted views from every angle. Location, location, location ........... The villas itself never disappoints; comfy beds, sparkling bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, terraces and indoor spaces to suit family gatherings or romantic encounters. Wi-if keeps you informed or amused and impressively is pretty reliable. If you contact the owners directly they will invariably offer you the best deal as well as personalise your stay, and welcome you to the Soñana family. It puts a big smile on yer face :))

Great villa in a peaceful setting

Stayed here on a short golfing trip with 3 other adults - loads of space, beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean Kitchen and utility room very good with dish washer etc Information sent was spot on, following their instructions to the letter made for a simple journey from Malaga airport. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Wonderful villa amongst a beautiful orange grove. Large swimming pool with shaded areas and great BBQ, table tennis, table football, TV, etc. Our family of 6 loved it- we really can't fault it!

Well-maintained and comfortable holiday home

We were met on arrival by Juan who showed us around and gave us some local tourist advice. The villa was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Spent most of the time in/around the pool but we did venture out to the Wednesday morning street market in Estepona, the nearby 'white village' of Casares and Peurto Banus. Karaking on the Guadiaro in Sotogrande was good fun too. We would highly recommend the villa. Thank you Juan and the other people who keep the pool and garden in perfect condition.

Het is een fantastische villa met prachtig uitzich

Het is een fantastische villa met prachtig uitzicht. Geen inkijk van buren en lekker ruim. Groot zwembad en keuken met alle voorzieningen. Verder prima locatie. Binnen een half uur in alle grote steden en supermarkt lidl ligt op 7 km afstand. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

heerlijke vakantie en goede verblijf

Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Het reserveren van het huis en contact verliep prima. Bij aankomst werden wij goed ontvangen door Juan. De Andalusiërs zijn erg vriendelijk en relaxed en behulpzaam. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Ligging aan de weg went wel en vonden wij helemaal niet erg. Niet echt last gehad van passerende auto’s. Coin en Alhaurin erg dichtbij. Supermarkten in Coin 5 min met de auto te bereiken. Malaga half uur rijden en Marbella ook. Voor de rest voldoende te zien in de omgeving. Sevilla is bijv. 2,5 uur rijden. De wegen zijn goed en alles is goed aan te rijden. Het huis was schoon bij aankomst. Mooie goed onderhouden tuin. De zwembad is super, lekker ruim en diep. Kortom wij hadden een prima verblijf in een goede omgeving met prachtige uitzichten en lekkere zwembad en heerlijke bbq met afdak.
