The apartment was exactly what we needed and the facilities and fixtures were perfect. Two clean bathrooms was most welcome, as was the benefit of a bathtub. The location was good, but we benefited from having a car with us. Otherwise, the walks with equipment at the end of the day would have been tiring! The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. Thank you - highly recommended!

No bedding or towels!

It was a huge disappointment to arrive in the evening with tired children to find no bedding or towels in the appartment. This was not mentioned in the listing with VRBO and you can imagine how this adversely impacted our stay there. I emailed the agent and they told us we could hire bedding somewhere in town!! Nobody travelling to this appartment from abroad should be faced with this! I’d like to hear from VRBO about what they are prepared to do about this before I take any further steps.

Madame, Je vous remercie de votre avis qui d'une part est totalement isolé et d'autre part est tout à fait erroné. Tout cela est clairement indiqué sur Abritel et je vous ai répondu immédiatement. L'Association sur place vous a indiqué où louer draps et essuies dans le village. Je vous conseille, quand vous voyagez, de vous intéresser aux commodités locales et le cas échéant de poser les questions sur votre location. Vous aviez toutes nos coordonnées et celles de l'Association bien avant votre arrivée pour ce faire. Tous nos locataires anglais, comme les autres d'ailleurs, sont toujours ravis de notre appartement.

Appartement bien situé à 400m de l'entrée de la Clusaz.Spacieux et tres lumineux avec la baie vitrée et la fenêtre, une vue à 180o sur la montagne incroyable ! Un balcon avec une grande table bien appreciable exposé plein sud.L'interieur est tres bien aménagé avec goût, ambiance tres cosy. Un équipement egalement au top ! Il y a beaucoup de materiel de cuisine.Propreté rien a dire aussi.Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement de qualité à un prix raisonnable. Le seul bémol : concerne les conditions d'accueil, pas de contact direct avec le propriétaire,seulement par mail.La remise des clefs qe fait par l'association des Meublés dans le centre ville qui est fermée le samedi et dimanche ! Alors il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de soucis pour récupérer les clefs dans la boîte aux lettres....

Grand merci pour ces commentaires élogieux ! Quant à l'accueil, nons n'avons que des retours très positifs sur l'association er ses représentantes qui sont charmantes et dévouées. Et la boîte aux lettres (qui devient souvent la norme au quotidien de beaucoup de loueurs) n'est utilisée que le dimanche et a toujours fait le job ! Bref, le séjour idéal tel que décrit reste finalement le principal !

Appartement bien situé proche des activités proposées par la station, à quelques minutes de marche. Environnement au calme pour profiter du balcon et de la vue. Dommage que les poussières n'aient pas été faîtes dans le salon en particulier.Mis à part ce bemol, nous y avons passé une bonne semaine.

Appartement en très bon état, très lumineux et bien situé. Escalier pour mezzanine plutôt dangereux pour personne âgée et enfants. Ensemble très correct.Seul point noir: être obligé de louer ses draps et linges de bain nous paraît très compliqué et inhabituel!!…!?. Ayant voyagé dans quelques pays et gérant nous mêmes un Rbnb, nous ne pensions pas que cette formule existait et nous a gâché une part de notre séjour.

Appartement très bien placé à proximité du centre de la station et au calme. En 10 minutes à pied on trouve tous les commerces. L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. On ne manque de rien. Il est également très propre. Il a été repeint en juin et la salle de bain rénovée avec goût. A noter que la chambre en mezzanine donne sur le séjour en contrebas. Elle n'est pas fermée. Elle est le passage pour se rendre dans la chambre des enfants.
