Una bella vacanza in appartamento con tutto quello che si può trovare in una casa di proprietà personale.La descrizione trovata sul sito rispecchia tutto quello che abbiamo ritrovato entrando.Zona tranquilla ma vicino alla movida Riccionese a pochi minuti.Spiagge a 5 minuti a piedi.Riccione ogni sera offriva svaghi per tutte le età.Ritorneremo sicuramente e Gianluca e Debora sono molto gentile e pronti a eventuali richieste.

Sehr sauber und sehr netter Vermieter

Herr Albati hat bis zur Ankunft mit uns Kontakt gehalten und uns am Appartement in Empfang genommen und gleich eine Einweisung der Wohnung und Ausstattung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, modern ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Dusch-Bäder, großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Große Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und großem Gefrierteil samt Eiswürfeln. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und 6m el. Markise über dem ganzen Balkon. Drei Klimaanlagen die alles schön kühl gehalten haben bei 36 Grad in Mitte Juli. Die Wohnung ist etwa 7min vom Stand fussläufig entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür die Metromare Haltestelle " Dante" die zwei Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof Riccione entfernt ist. Wir waren mit dem Flugzeug gekommen und hatten so eine gute Verbindung mit der Bahn von Bologna - Riccione. Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene mit Kindern 3 und 5. Vor Abreise kam Herr Abati noch mal rum um uns zu verabschieden. Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottima scelta

Siamo stati due settimane in questo appartamento in quattro e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è fornita di tutto quello che serve, la posizione è ottima e la zona silenziosa. Le stanze sono fresche esposte a nord. La zona giorno e soprattutto la terrazza sono più calde. Siamo atati molto soddisfatti della scelta.

Das bezogene Domizil ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Die Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert, da es nur wenige Meter zum Strand bzw. auch zur Einkaufsmeile sind. Herr Abatti ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Er ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

die perfekte Ferienwohnung

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage (ca. 3 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone bzw. Strand). Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist. Das eine Auto konnten wir im Hof parken und das Andere stand sicher an der Straße. Würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa con amici. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, in quanto la casa si trova in un posto tranquillo ma a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, pulito, ben arredato e molto spazioso, meglio di casa propria. I proprietari sono persone disponibili e sempre molto cortesi. Consiglierei questa casa senz'altro a tutti.

Per chi vuole fare una vacanza a Riccione/Rimini, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Partiamo dalla casa: Nuova, moderna, luminosa, in un solo e semplice aggettivo Bella! Oltre all'arredamento, ai servizi (Ottimi) e alla comodità, l'appartamento in questione si trova in posizione molto centrale a Riccione, da permettere di girare a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e siamo stati comodissimi. Io personalmente, dopo qualche giorno mi sentivo a casa. Anche i proprietari sono stati cordiali, gentili e disponibilissimi. La consiglio vivamente.
