Best view over Saint Malo

We had the best time in this apartment. The view is stunning. It’s a quiet place, but just a short walk from the inner city. We will definitely come back. The host doesn’t speak a lot of English but communications went very well

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment with everything you could need. Can't think of anything that was missing. The location is brilliant, we parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Town is a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. Beach and surroundinf area is lovely. The owners are lovely, very helpful and easy to contact. We liked it so much, we've booked for next year. Would highly recommend.

Stunning

Marie-Thérèse and her husband Réne treated us like royalty. She met us at the train station, gave us a ride to Carrefour and then shopped with us to help us get set up for our week in Saint-Malo. As a fair, but not fast, French speaker, I appreciated her nicely paced French which helped us understand her explanations as she showed us the dechetterie and explained the mag-lock security gates. The building is very secure and safe. Along with providing the keys and the gate prox-card, she also showed us how to unlock the underground parking space, which - sadly - we couldn't use because our EuropCar was simply too big! Small car is a must-have to park in the garage. So we parked on the quiet street just back of the apartment building, with some concern, but there was never a problem. The apartment has a stunning view of the the beach, ocean and sunsets. At low-tide we walked the beach when the rainy weather allowed. It's a short walk to great restaurants and shops in the old-city Intra-Muros. We highly recommend the restaurant Bouche en Folie. The apartment kitchen is minimal, modern, all-electric, with a two-burner stovetop, small microwave and refrigerator. It's a great home-base as you wander the streets of Saint-Malo.

Le logement est idéalement situé pour de belles balades, avec une superbe vue depuis l’appartement. La résidence est très calme et la place de parking est un véritable plus. La propriétaire est très agréable et de bon conseil.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter !

Très bel appartement en tout point conforme avec le descriptif. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui se déplace à la gare pour venir nous chercher, idem pour le retour et prend même le temps de nous conduire à une supérette pour les premières courses à notre arrivée. Très belle vue sur la mer, au calme et excellente situation à Saint-Malo à mi-chemin entre les thermes et intra-muros.

Séjour à Saint Malo chaussée du Sillon

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. l'appartement est idéal pour un couple avec une vue mer fantastique. Il est idéalement situé. Nous étions à quelques pas de la plage, à quelques mètres de la cité intra muros et restaurants et commerces très proches. La voiture est restée sagement dans le box prévu pour cet appartement. La propriétaire est charmante, elle nous a réservé un super accueil. Nous gardon cette adresse car nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub in der Wohnung vorhanden. Auch Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Ruhige Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter . Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage. Zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten, entweder auf der Promenade oder am Meer entlang. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Ein idealer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Saint Malo. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und ideal gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir Blick auf das Meer und konnten so das beeindruckende Schauspiel einer "grande marée" beobachten, bei der die Wellen während der Flut in bis zu 10 Meter hohen Fontänen über die Mauer spritzen. Eine kleine épicerie befindet sich in 2 Min. Entfernung, zum Stadtzentrum in der "ville close" sind es etwa 15 Gehminuten.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie Thérèse. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très calme dans une résidence sécurisée avec un garage très appréciable en sous-sol. Il est très bien situé à 10 minutes d'intra-muros directement sur la plage du Sillon avec une belle vue sur la mer. La literie est très confortable. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.
