This property comprises a house on one level divided in two: one side for 2 T2 and T3 side for 4 people. These two units are completely independent, each its terrace, built barbecue, garden side, its parking lot.
All on a wooded park, closed and flowery of 7500 m2
You will be 350 m from the first beach of Bodri and 650 m from the second Ghunkidou.
You can also take the small local micheline to get to Ile Rousse or Calvi's city center. A stop is planned at Bodri (between the beach and our property).
The rates of this property include utilities (water, electricity). The tourist tax is offered either: 1 euro per day per person.
For those traveling by plane, you can rent bed linen, bath linen.

Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft eine perfekte Woche Strandurlaub. Es war alles Erforderliche vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Manchmal hört man den benachbarten Parkplatz und den kleinen Zug von/nach L'Ile Rousse, aber das große Gelände ist nicht einsehbar und so stört das nicht. L'Ile Rousse ist mit Auto oder Zug schnell erreichbar, trotzdem war am Strand und im Wasser immer reichlich Platz. Alles in allem eine echte Freude.

Très bien placé, proche mer et accès rapide au centre ville

Le gros plus, la propriétaire a accepté de nous laisser recharger notre Tesla en 10A sur une prise extérieure (protect 20A) ce qui est très pratique.

Top emplacement, séjour agréable, un peu bruyant par moments

Maison 3 pièces très agréable, avec belle terrasse et vue dégagée sur le terrain et un bout de mer. Un emplacement parfait pour descendre aux deux plus belles plages du coin à pied. La proximité avec le parking n’est pas trop gênante au quotidien sauf quelques soirs pendant notre séjour où les soirées du bar de la plage se terminaient sur le parking. Il faisait également assez chaud à l’intérieur (pendant les fortes chaleurs). Propriétaire très gentille

Séjour agréable à Corbara

Une jolie location non loin de la mer mais qui ne correspond selon nous à une vue sur mer comme indiqué, on l'aperçoit mais juste un petit peu entre 2 frondaisons. Second point négatif, la proximité avec le parking, les portières claquent toute la journée, ce qui empêche bien évidemment de profiter pleinement de la jolie terrasse.

Super logement a 5min a pied de 2 plages magnifiques de l'ile rousse. Super terrasse et bbq! Cuisine petite mais pratique et bien équipée.

Un séjour ideal

Tres bon séjour, dans un environnement où les plages sont à deux pas sans voiture et l'île Rousse avec ses magasins et grande surface à 5mn en voiture, logement ou rien ne manque à part peut être une clim les jours de très grande chaleur, vous profitez d'une belle terrasse, d'un stationnement pour votre véhicule, pour ma fille et moi ce fut parfait, nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison. Elle est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La maison est située à 250 m de 2 belles plages. Une magnifique terrasse avec table et transat et vue sur la mer. Cadre idéal pour découvrir la Corse. Un très bon accueil et contact avec M. et Mme Passani.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très très agréable dans cette location. La maison, au calme, est tout à fait fonctionnelle, la grande terrasse ombragée parfaite, et la proximité des très belles plages fort appréciable! Les propriétaires sont très serviables et aux petits soins. A recommander!
