At night, make your way to the bedroom and the loft area for a number of sleeping options - a king-size bed, a queen, and a twin bed provide spots for up to five guests. In addition, you'll have one and a half bathrooms and a washer and dryer for laundry during your visit.

We enjoyed our stay despite water leaks and issues with an ice dam. The problem was cared for respectfully by a gentleman named David who mentioned that he would figure out a discount since we were inconvenienced by the water leaks. Upon follow up with Vacasa Customer Service, the tone was abrasive, almost defensive and no discount has been sent. I still intend to follow up with them but I should not have to call more than once to inquire.
I did not appreciate the defensive nature of the customer service department who made me feel like I should feel lucky that someone came out to look and attend to the issue. The real issue is that when renting a vacation home, everything should be perfect! If it is not, then it is important to make it right for the customer by some means.
In this case, the promise of decent customer service was never delivered and is extremely disappointing. I will certainly be calling again to lobby my complaint!
We went to Sunriver to celebrate Thanksgiving but our holiday was ruined. On the morning of Thanksgiving, as I turned on the oven to cook the turkey, the oven caught on fire burning the electric element in half. When I called Vacasa they suggested that we use another property to make our dinner. We lugged everything over to another house to cook our dinner. Vacasa offered to move us to this property but the modern condo was a far cry from the sweet rustic cabin where we staying (my kids chose the property on Quartz because of its cozy environment). After we lugged everything back to the Quartz location we sat down to enjoy a Christmas movie, a Thanksgiving family tradition. However the DVD player did not work, another Thanksgiving disappointment. We tried to make the best of it by piling the kids into the master bedroom and watching a movie on the tiny TV. That TV also did not work. It was missing 2 cords, so we had the choice of watching it without sound or without color. My kids went to bed in tears. So much for the special family vacation to Sunriver. The Vacasa person helping us said they could come in and try to replace the heating element in the stove ("if I can even get the part") but we really did not want to be disturbed further. He had no response or suggestion for the DVD player and TV that were not working (the day after Thanksgiving, after an hour of pulling out all the cords my husband was able to fix the DVD player in the living room--it was not set up correctly). The Vacasa employee offered a 20% discount but I really don't believe that is enough for the problems we encountered. He told me not to bother calling the main office when we got home because they would not give us more of a discount. I understand that things happen but Thanksgiving dinner is the most important meal of the year and the reason we came to Sunriver in the first place. Sunriver is a beautiful place and we enjoyed the activities it offered but not Vacasa. We will never stay with Vacasa again and have advised our friends not to do so as well.
Lovely cabin in the woods. Perfect place for a late summer getaway.
We were very happy with our visit. The cabin looks exactly like it does in the pictures which was very warm and cozy. We would stay here again any time.
The cabin was an amazing getaway for my son and I. We loved the cabin feel and the setting is amazing.
This property is actually managed through Vacasa, not VRBO, so booking directly with Vacasa will save you $75. The place is quaint though a bit dark and nicely appointed, but the main blind over the patio door was inoperable and the screen door was in poor repair. Not what I would expect considering the price that they are charging. I called Vacasa and though the rep was friendly all she could do for me was offer me 10% off on my next rental. Not a great solution. Won't use them again. Enjoyed the area in the end.
