About this property

Spectacular apartment in the best location in Menorca

Located in the residential area of Ciutadella, Menorca’s best area, 50 metres from a beautiful bay, surrounded by palm trees, close to the city centre, and yet in a very quiet area with all amenities. The apartment was completed in 2013; all the furniture is brand new, as is the apartment itself, which is full of thoughtful details. It features two spacious double bedrooms with 150 cm beds, beautifully decorated, and set in an idyllic setting. Two large terraces facing north and south complement the home, which features a completely separate entrance. Paddle tennis court and communal pool, ideal for couples or families with children. The apartment is equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartment is located in a luxury complex with a pool and paddle tennis court. The apartment is just 5 minutes from a beautiful bay and only 1.5 km from the town centre of Ciudadela, which you can reach on foot. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a cosy, modern style to make your stay feel just like home. Ideal for rest and relaxation. The area is residential, very quiet, and offers all kinds of amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, bike rentals, and opportunities for water sports and horseback riding. Menorca’s best beaches are very close to the apartment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me. Thank you! Very quiet. “The best place to spend a holiday on this beautiful island.”
