This large villa is made to live outside in its large landscaped garden with spa for 6 people, straw hut and its bar worthy of the tropical islands and its playground. It is close to the beach (5 km) and the river (2 km).
Not to spoil anything, it also offers great interior services:

- 1 living room with sofa bed
- 1 independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment

Encore mieux que sur les photos. Allez y les yeux fermés villa au calme avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Propriétaires tellement sympathiques et arrangeants. Lieu introuvable sur google maps car rue inconnue mais idéalement située et point de RDV avec le proprietaire bien pensé. Encore merci pour tout !!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.

La casa molto comoda ed attrezzata . La jacuzzi fantastica bel giardino in zona tranquilla ma molto vicina a tutti i servizi. Mto gentile il proprietario. Nel giro di 30’ spiagge bellissime non affollate parcheggi dietro alle spiagge ( sempre trovato posti senza bisogno di cercare). Da vedere Plage de Lava e Capo di Feno

Alptraum

Dieses Ferienhaus war die größte Enttäuschung überhaupt. Die Bilder und die Ausstattung haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir sind mit 8 Personen angereist (2 Erwachsene, 2 Großeltern und 4 Kindern) und waren schon bei der Ankunft schockiert über den Zustand des Hauses und des Grundstückes. Das Haus war innen teils im Rohbau, Eisenstangen ragten an Säulen heraus, die Küche war in keinem sauberen Zustand, beim Anblick des Stromkasten blieb uns die Spucke weg. Das Außengelände war null gepflegt. Von der erwähnten Beachbar mit Sand und tropischem Feeling war nur morsches Holz und ein Platz voller Unkraut übrig. Der angegebene Fitnessbereich war ein komplett verrostetes Trimmrad am Wegrand. Überall lag Müll, verrottete Möbelstücke, Zigaretten, Hundehaufen, SitzKissen zerrissen, der Pool wurde mit Spanngurten festgehalten. Wir könnten jede Menge weitere Mängel aufzählen. Der Obergau war, dass wir plötzlich Kameras einer Alarmüberwachung entdeckten. Und das im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Ausrichtung auf das Bad und in den Kinderzimmern. Plötzlich gab es auch noch eine Untermieterin im Haus von der wir nicht informiert wurden. Eine Woche lang versuchten wir FeWo unsere katastrophale Situation zu erklären. Die Kommunikation war mehr als schwierig. An Tag 6 durften wir endlich umziehen.

Sejour au top !!!emplacement parfait environnement calme commerces a proximite maison spacieuse agréable avec un super jardin pour toute la famille avec en plus le jaccuzi !!! Très belle villa

C'est une très belle villa bien situé avec un très bon confort et un joli jardin . Idéale pour un séjour en famille. Le petit bémol sera la taille de la piscine et certaines nuits des nuisances sonores d'aboiements . Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un hôte très serviable et accueillant .

Maison très agréable et bien équipée pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Le jardin est super, avec vue. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant, serviable et compréhensif. Il est même venu chercher certains d'entre nous à l'aéroport. On recommande!

Maison plutôt agréable avec extérieur bien entretenu. Ideale pour 9 personnes mais pas plus. Par contre jacuzzi ne fonctionnant pas en totalité et environnement pas très agréable à proximité d'une zone commerciale. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour en famille.

Séjour inoubliable dans cette maison où nous avons séjourné à 3 familles, totalement isolée et au calme, avec un point de vue époustouflant sur les montagnes. Très bien située au-dessus d’Ajaccio et permettant de rayonner au nord comme au sud pour toutes activités. Jaccuzi très apprécié, ainsi que la piscine hors-sol. Une maison très agréable dans la banlieue d'Ajaccio. De grands espaces, une literie de qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. La décoration est sobre et soignée. Une douche supplémentaire à l'étage serait la bienvenue. Idéale pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Les proprietaires étaient vraiment sympa et accueuillants; la maison est très belle et a tous les équippements et conveniences qu'il faut. L'endroit est bien pour visiter toute la côte est de l'île. La piscine est plus petite qu'on avait cru selon les photos.
