Seven Palms Is A Five-Bedroom, Four-bath Ocean-View Beach House.
About Wayne Tragni
I have been traveling to the Carolina Coast for the last 30 years. I have opened my Home to many families that have shared great memories with me. I put a lot of care and attention into creating the best travel experience for you. My home continues to evolve as travelers continue to evolve.
Wayne Tragni purchased this House in 2005
Why Wayne Tragni chose Woodland Terrace
I have never considered my home your typical vacation rental. It was built as a Home and that is what sets it apart from all of the other rentals. My over-sized enclosed backyard and large pool make it special for large family reunions .
What makes this House unique
Many travelers like the spaciousness and the lay-out of the Home. It is always meticulous and comfortable. The custom elevator was designed for wheelchairs.

We Will Come Back
We had a great time at Seven Palms. The house was very spacious and conveniently located. Just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and other attractions. The owner Wayne was very accommodating and even had some recommendations for the area.
The back yard/pool area was large so we set up the corn hole game we had on the grass area.
We are already planning our next stay at Seven Palms
Thank you Joseph. You are another great example of how much I have been blessed to have such wonderful travelers stay at my Home. I look forward to hosting you in the near future. 7 Palms doors will always be open to you.
Thank you for the kind words as well as getting to know you.
Beautiful home, great location
If you want the plethora of activity available in Myrtle Beach, but a small town feel, this is the perfect house! We had ample space to spread out. The pool was the most used amentity and lots of yard space for Cornhole. Will definitely be back!
Thank you Deanna for your accurate description of my Home. Garden City Beach is a family friendly community tucked away on one of the 10 best beaches in the country but only a short drive to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway on the Beach is a popular nightlife attraction as well as Barefoot Landing that you'll find endless fun for young and old.
I welcome you back. My porch light is always on.
Seven Palms is located 0.8 miles north of Garden City Pier and a half-block from the beach. Outdoor features include a 26-by-13-foot swimming pool, enclosed backyard, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets.
Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Café, Original Sam’s Corner, and Sara J’s Seafood Restaurant.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the 'Seafood Capital of South Carolina', but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine saltmarsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you’re looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don’t forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.
Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.
Whatever your desire, whatever your need, the south strand offers a little something on everyone’s to-do list. We have a variety of restaurants, retail stores, miniature golf, entertainment venues, charter fishing, water sports…and of course, nothing but relaxation.
