Everything worked as planned. The stay was perfect for us. Great location. Silent haven close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy contact with manager. Breakfast was perfect for us. Happy to stay here next time in Marrakech.
This Riad was beautiful, exotic, ancient and clean. The hosts were kind and communicative. Breakfast was authentic Berber meal cooked to order in house and was delicious. The neighborhood was bustling with scooters and stray cats. but once inside it was peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend this home to stay in.
This Riad was exactly what we were looking for: well-located in the Medina next to the Mellah, yet peaceful, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a relaxing roof deck. Marrakech has so many wonderful places to see and eat and discover and we were within walking distance of everything and when we returned to the Riad it felt like home.
We had a lovely stay at Dar Marly, the house is amazing! Just the best atmosphere. It’s close to the El Fnaa square and the medina south and north. Also the Kasbah and Jewish neighborhood are walking distance. Philippe is really so kind and helpful. And I highly recommend Sannah’s cooking! We would love to come back!
Overall the place was great, particularly the location being in the Medina yet so quiet, but we would rate it 4.5 due to a few minor things. The decor is funky but the furnishings are a little tired. The ground floor bedroom is cramped and has insufficient lighting. But Sanah the housekeeper was lovely. We paid 7 euros each for her to make breakfast each morning. We also had her do laundry for 5 euros each time.

Wonderful property in a quiet part of the Medina within 7 minute walk of Jemma El Fna Square.
Our hosts were in France but their friend Philippe took great care of us along with Sanna who cooked wonderful breakfasts and dinner one night. The location of this riad is perfect! It is beautifully decorated inside and it was so nice to have the entire riad all to ourselves after a full day of exploring Marrakech. The hot tub on the roof top terrace was wonderful after a long day of walking! Jemma Elf Na Square was a 7 minute walk away with great shops and restaurants along the way. It was quiet at night as well. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and taken back to the airport at the end of our stay which was a lifesaver! Said was wonderful even though we only used him to drive us one time. I would recommend him to take you anywhere in Marrakech or Morocco for that matter as he does trips to the Sahara, etc. The only downside is that the wifi comes and goes...not the fault of the property. It's the signal coming into the riad which is unpredictable. With that being said, Cafe France has great wifi on the square that you can use as you drink a cup of coffee and people watch! Thank you Nath and Jjac! We loved your riad and Marrakech! I hope to visit again one day! Tiffany, John, Emory and Connor
