Perfect for city & surrounding area

Modern, clean, close to centre with very easy access to road network. Short walk to Grand Place and Place d’Heroes. Three good-sized bedrooms, big kitchen/dining room and two outside spaces to take advantage of weather. Pretty-much instinct comms with owners. Personal check in and check out. Just metres from canal and lovely walks/cycling.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre visite à Arras, et le fait que Marc nous a cueilli et reconduit à la gare démontre à quel point lui et Nathalie voulait assurer un bon séjour chez eux. Le logement était impeccable et situé près de tout. Merci infiniment.

Superbe sejour à Arras

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce magnifique logement. Tout y etait fonctionnel et acceuillant pour 6 filles De plus nous avons pu prendre quasiment tous nos repas à l'extérieur et profiter de la superbe terrasse en hauteur et de cette magnifique vue que toutes nos copines nous ont enviés Nous reviendrons certainement et mention spéciale à notre hôte et a son beau-fils qui nous ont si bien accueilli

Modern property with full amenities. Excellent location overlooking a park with a small lake, and just over a % minute walk from the main squares. Large garage with automatic door. Ground floor hallway with access to garage and a separate door to the front. Also in a corridor off the hallway a separate wc, a bathroom with a double bedroom opposite and at the end of the corridor a large double bedroom with a walk in shower. Plenty of storage space. Upstairs an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV. Sliding doors leading to terrace overlooking the park. Kitchen very modern with all amenities to hand, Comfortable lounge and internet connection. Owner very friendly and helpful, providing places to visit and recommended restaurants.

Un séjour plus que parfait

Nous avons choisi de séjourner dans cette superbe maison qui offre toutes les prestations et le confort souhaité : parking, de belles chambres avec rangements, salle de bains magnifique, superbe pièce à vivre, cuisine très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée (ouverte, offrant beaucoup de convivialité) et une décoration de toute la maison élaborée avec beaucoup de bon goût et de délicatesse. Nous nous sommes sentis à notre aise dès notre arrivée, comme à la maison... L'entretien de la maison est parfait, l'emplacement de la maison est idéal (étant natifs d'Arras, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux en terme de proximité des commerces, des lieux touristiques, et la vue directe sur le parc depuis la terrasse vient surplomber le tout) ! A recommander, sans aucune hésitation ! Nous reviendrons pour notre plus grand bonheur !

Nous avons passé avec nos amis, une semaine dans le Nord Pas de Calais dont 3 jours dans cette magnifique ville. Notre séjour fut parfait. La maison est très agréable et vraiment bien pensée. De même la terrasse permet de découvrir un merveilleux parc d'où l'on peut se promener dans la rosée du matin. La ville magnifique est aussi très bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Nous avons passé bcp de temps sur les places d'Arras . Nous gardons l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour dans la région. A conseiller sans aucun problème.

Première expèrience en chambre d'hôtes plus que positive. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. Nous la remercions pour ses adresses secrètes, pour découvrir tous les charmes de cette ville. Ce week end passé nous a permis de nous reposer. Le loft est bien située en plein coeur du centre ville une superbe vue sur un magnifique parc. Propreté impeccable, Pour tous ceux qui veullent se détendre et passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique ville d'Arras, nous vous conseillons avec le plus grand enthousiasme cette maison d'hôtes qui comblera tous vos attentes.
