Comfortable, convenient apartment!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Piacenza. It is located very near the railroad station and an easy walk to shops and the historical district. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to tour region and visit Piacenza

Very nice property and location. Apartment is close to train station and situated next to park. Only a short walk from center of town. Lots to do in Piacenza and surrounding areas

Perfect if you’re looking for a small place to sleep

good location close to city center and buses as well as grocery stores and some restaurants. Lots of stairs—Which is good for the exercise but should be noted in advance for accessibility. Perfect spot if you’ll be out of the house exploring most days, no frills but has everything you need! Fabrizio is very kind and caring, and always wanted to make sure the stay was going well. He is very responsive and will do his absolute best to help you in any way he can!

Pros and cons

PROS.The flat was a very good location close to train and market. It was clean, beds were comfortable and it had all the basic needs. CONS- Stairs! 72 to be exact. When you go out for the day, make sure you have everything! The immediate area is a little rougher than we are used to, but typical of being close to a train station. But we had no problem with anyone. Other than that no complaints.

L'alloggio presso l'appartamento è stato davvero ottimo. Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi e possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile interno. Perfetto, per chi come noi, deve esporre presso la fiera di Piacenza. Davvero Consigliato.

La casa è posizionata a pochi passi dalla stazione di Piacenza, comodissimo quando ci si arriva con tante valigie. La casa era spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Fabrizio era sempre disponibile ed accogliente. Sicuramente per le prossime volte che torneremo a Piacenza, affitteremo questa stessa casa a pochi minuti dal centro. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!

Nette, schöne Ferienwohnung am Rand der historischen Altstadt

Ein Freund und ich haben 5 Nächte in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Piacenza verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Bad und großes Schlafzimmer sind neu renoviert). Ein Parkplatz steht auf dem Innenhof des Hauses zur Verfügung. Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Eingang zur historischen Altstadt von Piacenza. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Park und der Hauptbahnhof sind in direkter Umgebung. Unterkunft eignet sich auch sehr gut, um Ausflüge in nahegelegene Regionen und Städte zu machen (Mailand, Turin, Parma, Bologna, Genua, Verona sind zwischen 45 Minuten und 2 Stunden entfernt). Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass es sehr hilfreich ist, wenn man zumindest ein paar Brocken Italienisch kann, da der Vermieter nur Italienisch spricht. Insgesamt aber eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Appartement très propre, avec vraiment tout ce qu’il faut et même plus! Accueil sympathique. Très bien placé (3e et dernier étage: haut, mais pas de bruit au-dessus ). Parking très pratique.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est confortable, propre, bien situé et très calme. En 5 à 10 minutes à pied, on est en centre ville. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent comme nous visiter des centres urbains pas trop éloignés : Milan, Parme, Crémone, Modène, Mantoue...on peut faire l'aller retour dans la journée. Fabrizio est très sympathique et arrangeant. Et surtout il accepte les animaux, nos 2 chats s'y sont bien trouvés.

L'appartement est proche de la gare et à 10 min. à pied du centre historique et des rues marchandes. Nous l'avons trouvé propre, calme et totalement fidèle à la description. Il est possible de laisser son véhicule au bas de l'immeuble. Idéal pour une une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 enfants.

L'appartamento è a due passi dalla stazione ed è vicino al centro storico, corrisponde alle informazioni dell'annuncio,al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti il proprietario che ha confermato la sua gentilezza e disponibilita' dimostrata anche per via telefonica . L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato pulito e completo di tutto l'occorrente. Ideale per chi si vuole spostare in treno e lasciare l'automobile in casa visto il parcheggio interno.

Ottima posizione e molto tranquillo. In pochi minuti ci si trova al centro di Piacenza a piedi É molto raro trovare un proprietario così gentile e disponibile. Appartamento anche ben fornito di utensili da cucina e relative pentole. Per un soggiorno a Piacenza è sicuramente da consigliare. Dotato di posteggio per chi giunge in automobile. Perfect position near the city centrum (5 minutes walking) but quiet. Well furnished with cooking tools and linen. You hardly will find such a nice and helpful owner. For those arrving by car the parking place is included. I suggest this appartement if you plan to stay in Piacenza.

"Appartamento comodo e funzionale inserito in un palazzo d''epoca in zona stazione delle ferrovie. Facilmente accessibile e vicino a tanti negozi utili per la vacanza. Dalla cucina bellissima vista sul centro storico della città e sull''adiacente parco giochi molto frequentato dai ragazzi. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile."
