Nice flat, perfect for a family or a small group of friends.
There are two area with mezzanine, one living area and other one for sleeping.
In the living area there are a kitchen and a sitting room with mezzanine whereas in the sleeping while there are a room with mezzanine and a large bathroom.
A double bed and a french bed (1 place and half) are in the sleeping area, a sofa bed and other french bed are in the living area.
A balcony is along the house.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Naples (near San Gregorio Armeno, San Domenico Maggiore, Santa Chiara, etc.), in the front of University Federico II.
It is easy to reach by public and private transportation, security-monitored parking lot is located less than 100 meters from the house.
At Piazza Bovio is the subway station, few minutes by walk and you arrive at the port where you can take ferries and hydrofoils to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi coast.
The apartment is fully equipped and is located in a historic building in one of the oldest and most beautiful street of Naples.

Lovely little place to stay while in Naples. Very vibrant neighborhood in the evening, but was quiet enough in the apartment to get a good night's sleep. Easy walking distance to Centrale and other amenities.

Perfect apartment for our family of 4, plenty of space to sleep, clean and close to many attractions in the Naples area. Host was very responsive and the check in was quick and easy. Close (5-min walk) from a parking garage and a great supermarket.

Great space in Naples

Naples short stay

Comfortable and airy apartment, had everything we needed. Easy access to train station. Good grocery store only 5 minute walk and pleasant walking in the evening in the old town. We took 2 day trips using the trains, one to Pompeii and the other to Mount Vesuvius. Both well worth the visit. Another day we spent exploring Naples. Good location of the apartment for these activities.

Great apartment and location. Exactly as listed and pictures! Cute balcony with plants! Close to Universita metro (linea 1) to get around the city for 1.20 euros or you can walk! Grocery a 3 min walk up the street. I would stay here again next time I'm in Naploi!

Location was great!

Overall we were happy with the location and the property was fine. However, the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were awful! The other downside was the shower. If you're short or if you baths it might not be as bad but pretty much every time we used the shower the bathroom was covered in water. It seemed till they got of every area of the shower and get all over the floor. There's no way to actually close the door. The little patio was nice. It would have been great if we could have opened the windows more almost but every time we did We had the smell of cigarette smoke coming in. The beds are on opposite sides of the apartment, one over the kitchen and one over the bathroom. I think it would probably be a nice place if you had kids as they had a lot of things for little children. Once again, if you're short, not a big deal, but the loft height of the ceiling was a little low so my husband almost hit his head a number of times when we were up in the bedroom. The check in process was pretty easy. All in all we were pleased with it, but if we ever came back I don't know if I would choose it again.

Ottima esperienza per una famiglia. Due camere su soppalco (da 1,80 in sù si batte la testa ma non è opprimente e si sale solo per dormire) e un letto ulteriore. L'appartamento è arredato con cura. Bagno e cucina funzionali.

Parfait !

L’appartement est parfait ! Spacieux, agréable, original avec ses 2 mezzanines. Il est également idéalement situé et en même temps au calme. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Il faut compter 1/2h de marche pour accéder aux quartiers Sanita et Margellina. Le quartier espagnol, le centre historique et san Ferdinando sont à quelques minutes seulement.

Great place to stay in Naples

The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious with good facilities and lots of storage space. Situated just a few minutes walk from sights, restaurants and other shops and food outlets, the train station is also easy to get to on foot for day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento etc. The street in front of the block is busy in the evenings but the apartment is well shielded from the noise and is quiet and relaxing. Valentina was easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brilliant location for a stay in this amazing, crazy city!

The property was in an amazing location for the old town and the port. As a previous review mentioned, you could be put off by your first impressions but fear not, it’s in a trendy area and graffiti is the norm. Once inside, it’s soo quiet..we overslept one morning as a result. One observation ( not criticism). Both beds are on mezzanine floors and the air con doesn’t travel up to the sleeping area. Being heat sensitive northern Europeans, we ended up buying a fan for 20 euros which sorted the issue out. Would highly recommend this “home from home”!

Absolutely delightful apartment in perfect location

When I met Valentina at the apartment, she showed me a beautifully and artistically decorated space with 4 French styled doors that opened out onto a full length balcony full of plants and flowers. Kitchen was wonderfully outfitted. Bathroom was large, modern and luxurious. Washer was handy and easy to use. And,,the owner left me a gift of snacks, drinks and fresh pineapple juice. The apartment is located right in the middle of the historic center of this fabulous city. Also it is a 10 minute walk to the hydrofoils that go to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. At first we were not sure of the neighborhood but ultimately it grew on us. The apartment is only a mile from the train station and since we had multiple tours arranged we used Hotel Naples as our pick up spot, which is just down the street. There's a great bar downstairs and some good eats around the corner, grocery store down the street as well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Manuela and Valentina were wonderful to work with. Would consider staying here again if ever in Napoli.
