My name is Mary and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I was born and raised in New York. After Parsons School of Design, various creative jobs and marriage, I moved to beautiful Mill Valley, North of San Francisco. After a dozen years we moved to the Seattle area. I had been an artist all my life, and entered into a career in real estate in 2000. I presently am a full time broker listing luxury properties all over the Puget Sound area.

My hobbies are painting, all types of art and design, interiors, yoga, running, trying new restaurants and travel.

I have two married children and two grand daughters. I chose Rancho Las Palmas CC, as the ideal place to own a second home ... The location can't be beat. I couldn't be more pleased we did.

I love, love, love this location for so many reasons. It is quiet, beautiful, great maintenance and security... love being near the poo/spa area.

Hiking trails are nearby, beautiful and a great workout.

The River is a quick walk with restaurants, an art gallery, nail salon, some boutiques, and more. The Clubhouse is lovely and close. Dinners at Blue Ember are outstanding.

Less than 2 miles away are the shops and restaurants of fun and exciting El Paseo. Close to to Whole Foods, Target and so many newer shopping options. Downtown Palm Springs is sensational for art galleries, eclectic finds and restaurants. I fell in love with the area the very first time I came here, and decided to purchase. I hope you enjoy it to the fullest.

What makes this condo unique

My new home in the refreshing and welcoming. The furnishings are new, attractive and very comfortable. It has not been a rental in the past.... I purchased it from a gentleman who did not use as a rental.

Bedding is all new. The kitchen is freshly remodeled with slab granite and stainless appliances, bathrooms are large and updated.

The gated front courtyard with gas bar-b-que and seating offers so much privacy. The large patio with tons of seating for invited guests (privacy as well). The unit sleeps 4, but could accommodate a party for more.

I love the quality in which Las Palmas CC maintains the grounds, the attention to detail from the Omni hotel, and the attentive security they provide.

Starbucks is active and fun in the am, and the Blue Ember is an awesome place to relax for drinks and dinner.
