The condo is located on the golf course in Rancho Las Palmas Resort. Relax and unwind while enjoying the gorgeous view from the patio, facing north and a Mountain view to the West. It is furnished with a 6 person dinning table. Inside has plenty of oversize windows and open space. Living room has a comfortable couch and a big recliner chair. Full size upgraded kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, fully stocked cabinets & drawers. No need to bring bedding, linen, towels or cooking utensils. travertine tile throughout, except wood flooring in all bedrooms, which all also have ceiling fans, mirrored closets and cable tv's. Great shopping right opposite our country club at 'The River Walk where you can enjoy shopping, a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining. 'The River Walk also has a multiplex Cinema with all the latest movies. Open air entertainment and many shops and stalls for your shopping pleasure.

We have personally experiences many different exciting activities in the Coachella Valley and Palm Valley Cities. Some of these activities have been experienced with family members from around the world. Following are some of our favorites: San Jacinto Wilderness Park and Wilderness --- Salton Sea --- Painted Canyon Hiking Trails --- Living Desert Zoo.

This fabulous location provides Las Palmas Resort amenities including a new multi-million dollar SPA, 27 holes of championship golf, 25 tennis courts, 24 hour fitness center, pools, spas and 24-hour gates security. Las Palmas Country Club is adjacent to the Las Palmas Resort. During your stay you can enjoy a variety of activities at the Resort including the luxurious spa. The Clubhouse Restaurant has casual patio and indoor dining staffed by the award-winning LA COSTA chefs, a boutique and golf shop.

Enjoy a round of golf at our award-winning championship golf course or tennis and the spa. Take a tour/brochure from the lobby of Resort and go see the mountains by tram, hiking, biking, rock climbing, museums, horseback riding, live theater, multiplex up to the minute cinema, sightseeing and maybe a day at one of Palm Springs' most famous spas.

You name it and it can be done! Rancho Mirage is approximately 15 minutes to Palm Springs Airport and the Palm Springs neighborhood where lots of shopping, restaurants and night music can be heard. Nice place in a great location in the golf course. Plenty of room for our family of five, kitchen was well appointed, bedrooms comfortable. Great to have access to the included golf cart, the River food and shopping mall was just a short jaunt away. The host John was very accommodating, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A quiet and relaxing stay, will be back.

The Absolute BEST

We cannot recommend this host or home highly enough. The kitchen was fabulous for cooking. The patio was comfortable, scenic and the perfect afternoon hang out.We used the pool during the day and hot tub at night. We had everything we needed in towels, comfortable beds, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and so many extras.

Convenient and beautiful

This place was only a block from golf club and a short walk to Starbucks too! It will not disappoint a perfect family spot and loved the 4 seater golf cart, stay here well worth the money!

Great Resort Condo

My friends and I came for Coachella and booked this place because it was close to a shuttle stop. We were so impressed with the neighborhood and the home! Everything was clean and comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was really quiet and it was so fun to watch the golfers in the morning from the patio. Check in and check out was really easy and I would definitely come back.

Two Weeks in Paradise!

Great place to stay. A few initial problems with access which were overcome quickly and trying to get the TV's to work. John was extremely attentive and more importantly, responsive!! He quickly addressed our needs and had them fixed. We loved the place and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, John, Regards Ken Crompton

Great Choice

We stayed in this condo for the month of February. We found it exactly like the photos. The location is great and the views from the back patio are beautiful. Although having access to the golf cart was a plus, we found it better for a quick trip down to the pool rather than for use on the golf course. We had the opportunity to meet the owner when we arrived and found him easy to communicate with for the few issues we had. We would have considered renting it next year, but the unit was already book before we checked in.

Always a wonderful time

Thank you again for a restful and enjoyable stay. The property was clean and well kept.There were some new updates in the bedrooms, this condo will now accommodate two couples or a family with small children. The complex is in the best location in the whole desert valley with some of the best restaurants and entertainment minutes away. I would love to see a keurig coffee maker in the unit , but that is the way I like my morning coffee. I would say that John is very accommodating, and helpful in keeping you comfortable in your stay. I would give it a 5 star but then where could there be any improvements if your perfect. Thanks John for the many years of wonderful memories. Elaine

Perfect condo in Rancho Las Palmas

We had a great stay in John's condo. It was large, very well equipped, nicely furnished, and had a lovely view. John was very responsive if I had any questions and sent very clear instructions on check-in, check-out, and things to do in the Palm Springs area . We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this would be at the top of our list.

Mixed experience

The checkin process was quite hard- poor directions from owner on name of complex and where the entrance to the complex was actually located. Like another review mentioned it feels like you are living in somebody else’s occupied house. Owner/prior occupant left groceries in the fridge and freezer. Same true for many other personal items around the condo. At the same time- things that we would expect to be there were missing - like a new sponge for dishwashing (old one available).

Wonderful home in Rancho Mirage

We loved this beautiful home! It was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, shopping, biking, etc. Owner/manager is kind, helpful and has the home well-stocked. We would definitely like to stay here again.

I own a good size commercial Dental Laboratory in Brea, California which is operated by my boys. This allows me to be on the faculty of a well respected teaching organization that teach dentists and technicians all over the world and as such, I get to travel a lot. My spare time, is primarily spent on my boat, or here at this wonderful condo if its available and with my family.

We were looking for a second home to be able to drive to within reason and also wanted to get the feeling of going on vacation, with completely different surroundings. The Rancho Las Palmas resort is right in the middle of where everyone want to go, so we figured it would ideal for us and the family.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The feeling of tranquility when you drive into the resort right across from the busy River Walk is what made us buy here. The condo is right in the middle of the complex so it is very quiet, yet really close to shops, restaurants, etc. I like playing golf (Not that I am good at it) but it is wonderful to load up our clubs in the electric car and just get right on the course early in the morning.
