Stunning views of the sea and sunset daily sun.
Just 15 minutes from the beaches of the southern capital.
Its location is in the 'hills' (600 m) and allows you to enjoy day or night with a pleasantly more temperate climate than the coastal heat or cool tops.

Appartement qui pourrait être idéal si la propreté et l'entretien était autre.La douche est a revoir, le sol, les joints sont noirs et les multijets ne fonctionnent pas.La cuisine n'est pas fonctionnelle, le four est sur le réfrigérateur.La literie de la chambre du haut est à revoir, oreillers et couvertures sont d'un autre temps. Il y a un manque des prises électriques dans la salle de bain, dans la cuisine, les blocs menagers et les multi-prises sont des postes à incendie alors qu'il n'y a pas de détecteur de fumée pourtant obligatoire dans les appartements et maisons.Manque un ou deux fauteuils pour regarder la télévision, assis sur le bord du lit n'est vivable.En conclusion: une bonne rénovation puis un entretien régulier pourrait améliorer le séjour des touristes.

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce mais il était indiqué qu’il y avait une piscine. Alors il y en avait bien une mais en travaux. Nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter contrairement aux bruits du chantier. Le propriétaire est sympathique

Un rapport qualité prix intéressant

La proximité avec les occupants des autres logements est agréable et sympathique. L’environnement jardin piscine propose un espace tout à fait adapté aux vacances. L’emplacement permet d’accéder aux activités en lien avec le volcan, l’intérieur de l’île sans être éloigné de St Pierre et de la mer.

Séjour apaisant et enrichissant

Laurence est une gérante extraordinaire, hyper avenante et avec qui les échanges ont été très enrichissants. Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir le centre et le sud de l’île. Oui il faut prévoir de la route, mais après des journées de randonnées intenses, cet appartement très calme permet de se ressourcer pleinement. L’esprit familial est très cocooning. Je recommande !!!

Séjour en famille

Excellent séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très sympathique et très réactif sur les demandes. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable, également très bien situé, endroit calme et sécurisé, avec le petit plus billard et piscine, qui on été très appréciable. C'est une adresse que nous garderons et que l'on peut recommander sans hésitation. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

En vacances pour les fêtes de fin d’année

Location très agréable tranquille dans petit impasse. Propriétaire très avenant disponible. Superbe vue sur le tampon puis l’océan avec une grande piscine et tous les équipements. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour passer un agréable séjour sur le tampon.

sejour chez michel

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement présente un excellent rapport qualité prix. Michel, le propriétaire ainsi que sa fille Laurence sont très sympathiques et accueillant. La position par rapport au centre ville est un peu éloignée mais la proximité de l'Hyper U permet de limiter cet effet géographique. Par ailleurs, l'Université est très proche également. Il existe aussi une boutique de repas à emporter au bas de la rue avec la encore un rapport qualité prix. Seul point négatif, la place de parking a été difficile pour moi. Mais il ne faut pas forcément se fier à cette remarque car je conduis rarement. Ne pas se fier à l'avis très négatif sur cette location d'un autre vacancier "mauvais coucheur". Je recommande fortement cette location pour les vacanciers qui recherchent un logement correct sans toutefois être un palace (idéal pour un couple avec un enfant). Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient un logement spacieux, préférez une autre location plus adaptée.

Déçu

Bonjour. Les hotes ont etait tres gentil et accueillant. Par contre tres déçus pour lentretien et la propreté des parties communes, sols douche wc sale et tres mal odorants.piscine verte et les carreaux qui se decolle sur les côtés ainsi que le sol donc inutilisable pendant nos 15jours.le propriétaire habitant aussi sur place a toujours un oeil sur nous. Pas de volet pour la chambre du bas. Le service client abritel a etait mis au courant avec photos a l'appui mais jattend toujours leurs retours apres mes 3 appels téléphoniques.

Calme et tranquilité.

Michel a été disponible tout de suite après notre coup de téléphone à l'arrivée. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, un plus quand on vient de métropole. La chambre à l'étage offre une magnifique vue sur l'océan. La compagnie de Michel est sympathique et les discussions intéressantes, il respecte notre intimité. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquilité de l'endroit. (J'ai pu préparer sereinement le Grand Raid et on sait l'importance d'être dans sa bulle avant un gros défi)
