Excellent host

The apartment has a nice feel to it. Clean and well equipped. Our Spanish is poor, so Martin arranged for taxis and chased down our lost luggage. We will stay there again the next time we are in Madrid.

Well equipped, central apartment with an attentive host

This is a first class listing. It's a secure, well equipped apartment, centrally located in downtown Madrid, with an inviting courtyard. Our host was very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and transportation. He is well connected and arranged a taxi ride for us with his friend. Our friends decided to join us on our vacation and our host helped us find an apartment in the same complex for our friends to rent! This listing receives my highest recommendation.

Very nice apartment in a great part of town, very attentive owners

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was spotless, the owners were super gracious and helpful. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and were available for any questions. They signed us up for a free tour of Madrid. There was wine and orange juice waiting for us. While it is small it has its charm. It has a unique and fabulous shower, and a spotless bathroom. The sitting room is comfortable, the bed very comfortable. The outside courtyard was lovely, there was grape harvesting from the overhanging vines going on while we were there! It was really nice to have that courtyard to greet us when we came back each day. It is on a quiet street. Highly recommend.

Lovely flat, terrific location!

A beautiful small flat - with a lovely courtyard - located in a truly central location - relative to the great sights, markets and structures of old Madrid. The hosts were wonderful and helped answer any/all questions regarding the flat, the locale and places/things to do. Would definitely recommend to friends and would consider returning.

Small but perfectly formed

The hosts are attentive without being intrusive and give a thorough run-through of all the facilities. The flat itself is small but didn't feel particularly cramped for our family of four. It's located in a district which isn't very far from most of the main attractions (Plaza Mayor ten minutes on foot). The nearest metro stop is a two-minute walk and it's opposite a large supermarket. We'd stay here again.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Die praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung ist optimal, um das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß zu erobern. Alle wesentlichen Museen, Denkmäler, Restaurants und auch Schauplätze des Nachtlebens lassen sich per pedes in wenigen Minuten erreichen, der keine 200 Meter entfernte Carrefour schließt nie. Die Wohnung ist klein, praktisch, im Hinterhof ruhig gelegen. Alles Notwendige war vor Ort und auch einsatzbereit. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos, der Vermieter war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfreich, wenn es um typische Fragen vor Ort ging. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.......

Appartement bien placé

Appartement agréable et bien situé pour découvrir la ville. La décoration est moderne. L'accueil était parfait : le propriétaire nous a donné des conseils utiles pour visiter la ville et s'est occupé de nous réserver une place de parking à tarif préférentiel. Il manquait juste la clim dans le salon en plus du ventilateur.

Very accommodating to our needs

Rodrigo and his team were very accommodating to our needs. We were able to secure the reservation quickly and they were able to arrange for early check-in, which we greatly appreciated! The apartment is the perfect size for two, even though there is room for more. We had absolutely no issues with the wi-fi, a/c, and hot water (all very important features). The location is great too, as we were able to walk to most of our destinations from the apartment! There is a lovely courtyard with grapevines hanging throughout, and the neighbors are all very friendly and helpful as well. Next time we visit Madrid, we would be perfectly happy staying here again! Lovely place in Madrid/ Un sitio encantador en MAD

We stayed for a few days in this convenient location, in the center of Madrid, very close to everything we wanted to see, live, feel, appreciate and enjoy. It is an apartment with everything you need, nice and well kept. The owner was always available, very nice and recommended us nice places to visit. This facilitated our stay in Madrid and we were also in love with the great central courtyard, with its centuries-old vine, welcoming, friendly, full of flavor. We recommend it without hesitation. It is worth: well located, comfortable, clean and well cared for by the owner and his employees.
