Bright studio with suggestive sea view, lighthouse and Miramare Castle.
Located in historic center on of the most residential and quiet area of ​​the city with a typical maritime and holiday atmosphere thanks to the picturesque marina, more restaurants and bars (Eataly) and two historic Trieste's beaches. Close to the ferry to Muggia and the bus stop to reach the Railway Station in few minutes (line 8).
10 minutes on foot to Piazza Unità along the beautiful promenade : Le Rive street

⛔️According to the Italian Law on Public Security, people without identification documents (e.g. identity card or passport of each traveler/ Even Minor) will not be admitted into the house.

🕓🏠The keys are delivered personally after having agreed an appointment to meet us.

The apartment is located in a private street away from city traffic. Once you reach the house with the car you can stop for a few minutes and unload your luggage. Subsequently it is advisable to look for parking in the nearby streets (Belpoggio, Salita Promontorio) in order not to risk a fine. In fact, in the street it is NOT possible to park for long. Pay parking spaces are close to the apartment on the Rive with an hourly rate of 0.80 cents. per hour and free on weekends and after 20.00.

Wer fit ist und vor Treppen nicht zurückschreckt, ist in diesem Appartement bestens aufgehoben und wird durch eine gute Lage nahe am Hafen und nahe am Zentrum und durch einen schönen Ausblick belohnt. Stets erfreulich ist auch die gute und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin!

Wohnen über den Dächern von Triest

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderbar in jeglicher Hinsicht: gemütliche Einrichtung, grandiose Aussicht von zwei großen Fenstern aus bis zum Schloss Miramare über Hafen und Meer, günstige und doch ruhige Lage in der Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Natasha, unsere Vermieterin, war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat alles bestens organisiert! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

A little gem.

We stayed for three nights December 27-30. Samuele and Natasha were always prompt with replies and always willing to help. Others have commented on the stairs. There are stairs. No secret though. You are warned about them in the listing. They justify eating and drinking more. There are so many personal touches in the apartment that just make it more special than others. The linen. Sheets and towels. So important, and they are beautiful. Bed is super comfortable. Great location. Quiet. Warm and cosy. Just so perfect in every way. Would have no hesitation in recommending you stay here. Thank you Samuele and Natasha for your hospitality.

Nous avons apprécié la semaine passée au "petit phare" L'appartement est tt petit mais joli et fonctionnel . Et "franchement" la vue imprenable, et les levers et couchers de soleil, valent bien de monter les nombreuses marches qui y conduisent :-) (et pourtant j'ai plus de 60ans ;-))J.

Well equipped and conveniently situated near the seafront

Helpful information from Natasha and Samule was kind enough to meet us at the station after a delayed flight. There are lots of stairs! Best not to take a heavy bag. But great views to compensate. We enjoyed many boat rides from nearby pier.

Appartement idéal

Le lieu est très bien situé, proche du centre à pied et sur la ligne de bus vers la gare. L'appartement est petit (2 personnes maximum) mais bien organisé, bien chauffé (pour l'hiver, c'est génial!) et la vue est magnifique. Enfin, les propriétaires sont chaleureux et prévenants. Donc, l'endroit idéal pour visiter Trieste.

Absolutely wonderful

Perfect place in Trieste center, all objects worth to visit, best restaurants are reachable by foot or if you wish to travel more far - bus station is 5 minutes from the flat, apartment is so cosy, bright, sea view, comfortable - for two of us it was wonderful stay. The only problem to somebody could be the 4th floor, but for us it was additional sports activity and we were competing who reaches the door first!!! The hosts most helpful and attentive people ever met, still dream about those days in Trieste....Wish to come back

Fantástico

Es un apartamento muy acogedor, perfecto para cuatro personas, ya sean adultos o una familia con dos niños. Perfectamente situado en El Centro, pero nada ruidoso. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. El único problema es que no hay ascensor y es un ático , así es que si tienes problemas de salud o un bebé con carrito no es muy cómodo subir. Si todos suben a pie sin problema, ES PERFECTO!!! Muchas gracias

Agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement cosy, romantique, calme, très bien situé dans le cœur historique de Trieste que nous avons adoré. Vue superbe sur le port, un vrai tableau de peintre. Un lieu magique que nous n'oublierons pas Merci Samuele pour votre accueil chaleureux, les petites douceurs à notre arrivée, la documentation et le choix musical à notre disposition . È un piccolo bijou: colori pastello delicati, luce calda e diffusa, cura attenta dei dettagli anche minimi, persone di una squisita cortesia ed affabilità... Va da sè che pulizia, ordine e dotazioni erano impeccabili... E poi... le ciabattine appena arrivati, caffè e biscottini e.., e... mamma mia! Mie splendide ospiti, Fortunatamente esistono persone come voi dove il rapportarsi, se pur per poco, viene accompagnato da una valigia non solo riempita di vestiti ma ricca di sensibilità, rispetto, educazione, amore e attenzione verso l'altro. Persone uniche Donatella e Laura perchè , pur entrando in punta di piedi nel" mondo dell'altro" , cosa rara al giorno d'oggi, producono un eco che è musica. Grazie per avercela fatta ascoltare. Perfect place in Trieste

The apartment is locate in a quiet area in Trieste, walking distance to the city center. The apartment is well equipt we everything you can asked for, even a washing machine. Everything is very clean and nice decorated....you easily feel welcome and at home. The host Samuele and Natasha a very attentive care for the guest. So if you visit Trieste, this is the place to go.

Un incanto!

Abbiamo soggiornato "Ai due fari" questo Natale. L'accoglienza riservataci e' stata stupenda, ad accoglierci perfino un albero di Natale! Grazie Natasha..ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L'appartamento è provvisto di ogni confort, niente è lasciato al caso, tutto è teso a rendere estremamente piacevole la vacanza. La cura dei dettagli mi ha piacevolmente colpito. Nell'appartamento, provvisto di due grandi finestre vista mare, c'è anche un binocolo per far godere al meglio la vista spettacolare ...approfittatene! La posizione ottima, parcheggio gratuito e negozi sotto casa. Tutto come descritto dai proprietari. L'atmosfera che vi accoglierà invece non è descrivibile...provare per credere!! Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Siete una meravigliosa famiglia capace di tener stretto un nucleo dove si respira tanto amore e rispetto in ogni sua forma! Con te poi Laura un feeling immediato che mi auguro di coltivare nel tempo. Feeling welcome and at home!

Dear Natasha, dear Samuele! We felt really at home in your wonderful flat. You have made the very best of this little apartment. We got a feeling of your personality! Thanks a lot for your very nice welcome: picking us up at the station, your helpfulness with the second bed-clothes and the real surprise with the lovingly breakfast and not to forget the boat!!! The view is unforgettable : overlooking the roofs, part of the port with the lighthouse and bay of Trieste to Castle Miramare! The flat is really centrally located, all sights within easy walking distance, the bus station in 5 minutes, 2 supermarkets also quite near! We have had a wonderful stay! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Todo comenzó por accidente; por una necesidad personal de estar más cerca de Trieste, una ciudad querida para mí y que me encanta. Tan pronto como vi el apartamento que estoy totalmente enamorado tanto que decidí comprarlo sin pensarlo dos veces. De hecho, la vista, la ubicación, considerado entre los mejores de Trieste, y la paz que reinaba hechas sólo para mí. Entonces, pensé en la posibilidad de compartir su belleza con mi necesidad de "reinventar" un poco y con la alegría que siempre me ha dado para estar con la gente. Hoy, estoy feliz de haber tomado esta iniciativa y agradecido a todos mis invitados para la belleza y la singularidad que cada encuentro me da ......

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Dos habitaciones separadas con vistas al mar gracias a grandes ventanales que dan la bienvenida tan pronto como se ponga un pie en la casa. Apartamento pequeño, no mucho más grande que una habitación de hotel cómodo, pero extrañamente inmensa. De hecho capaz de dirigir su mirada hacia fuera en el mar de la ciudad, sino que permanece en armonía con el ambiente interno. Perfecto, así como "Pied a Terre" con el fin de vivir de forma independiente Trieste.
